Hey there, miiiiight have gone on a little hiatus for like... a few years, and while I've not really stopped being active in this fandom, I feel like I've fallen off the boat regarding artwork.

So I guess to kick things off, an update on things

First off, and probably the biggest change, I transitioned about 5 years ago. For those who have been following my sona's evolution over the years, this probably wasn't a massive surprise, but it's insane looking back over my art and seeing just how badly I was having issues with gender identity and who I actually was as a person. At present, I'm still going by Jenks online, just using she/her pronouns. I feel a ton happier with myself, and I'm just happy to finally have all that figured out.

Next, moved around a bit. I think last I stated I was out in TX, and since then have left and moved up Northeast. Definitely nicer up here (less scorching temperatures) but we'll see how I handle the winters. I'm kind of looking forward to it if I'm being honest. As much as I am a wuss when it comes to cold post HRT, I still adore chilly, rainy days, so fingers crossed I can tough it out or bundle up enough to not hate it.

Finally, art. I definitely fell out of touch with that part of me in the past several years. I've been trying to do things like carry a sketchbook, make myself practice, but the habits just haven't been there for a while now, and I'm getting frustrated. I think a lot of dusting this account off is me trying to reconnect with that bit of my old self that just drew constantly because they could. Hopefully I can kick my ass back into gear and actually start making things I'm happy with while I re-learn everything.

Other than all that, I'm still pretty much the same goober I have been for ages now. I'm probably going to cull what's on this account down a bit, as there are some journals and submissions I feel are just kind of not what I wanna put out there anymore. This is mainly in regards to older one-off characters and journals that don't really have a place on an art page.

Been a while since I was really active on here, and I wanted to kinda start changing that. Guess I should start with an update on things.

As far as life goes, got a new job, been saving money, and I'm currently looking into finally getting my own place that isn't just a rented room. Finally fully self supporting for the first time in my life, and it really feels nice.

With the new job, I kind of fell into a bad habit of not really doing anything creative. It's been bugging me a lot lately, and I'm starting to try and get back into the swing of things as far as drawing goes. I'll start working from home soon, and that should give me even more time to work on things as well.

I have a few drawing ideas for some friends so far, but I'm always happy for more if anyone still reads these!

Hey everyone, Been in a big arting mood lately, which is good as right now I'm waiting to start a brand new job. I could spend the next couple of weeks playing videogames and being lazy, but I'm looking to be a bit more industrious than that.

Right now I've got a couple of drawing ideas from some friends but I'm definitely looking for more to keep me occupied and working on improving my skills!

So if you want some free art then throw me some ideas! I'm mainly doing sketches, inks, and flat colors right now so nothing too fancy. Also I do ask that the request be a bit simple, nothing over two characters honestly as I'm also starting to get used to posing multiple subjects in one image.

Of course there are some things I'm not really comfortable drawing right now. The things that immediately come to mind are scat, watersports, gore, and cub stuff. Pretty run of the mill when it comes to no lists.

Hey everyone, I know it's been a while and I just wanted to get a journal out to kind of give everyone an update on things.

First things first, I'm no longer a Floridian! After eight months of not being able to get a job in Florida, I decided to relocate to Austin, TX. Already there seem to be a lot more prospects in the fields I want, and I've hung out a bit with some pretty awesome people. (namely  Ombre  Ty_Kitty  Pinko and  TigerPillow ) Currently working and all that and trying to just sort of get to a point were I'm self supporting. Really feeling good about all of this.

Next, I'm back to drawing again! Been cutting down on the time i spend playing vidya games and it's really helped me start picking up a pencil (or sometimes stylus) and actually do something creative for a change. Going to start posting some of this stuff once I have more than a camera to take pics of the physical art.

That's about it really. Settled in nicely and I'm just sort of chugging along. Hopefully it won't be four months before I do another journal.

Welp, I've been trying to get it work work for a day and I am sad to say that after four years, the hard drive on my desktop computer has officially bit the dust. This means that everything I've done or saved digitally is now gone.

Honestly, I'm only a little ticked off. I can get a new Hard Drive, and all of my music is on my Laptop. The only thing I miss is the artwork that's now locked on a non functioning brick.

I actually see this as a fresh start to be honest. I miss the old stuff, but i can get a new drive and reinstalling windows will be a snap. This just means that I'll need to get my laptop all set up for drawing if I want to do any digital, which should be pretty easy.

Hey all, just wanted to get everyone up to speed on how I'm doing artwise and how life in general is going.

Artwise, I'm slowly getting back in to the swing of things. Spent all summer in Alaska and while it was great for my self confidence, I didn't have much time to draw at all. After Alaska I got home and had a few things happen to derail me a bit, but after a lot of working through my feelings I think I'm ready to move on and move forward in life. I won't go in to the details, but suffice to say the derailment came from a relationship that meant a lot to me ending.

Moving on from that, I'm starting to sketch and draw more. I plan on streaming art regularly once I get used to a tablet again, and I might even open up for some cheap commissions in the form of sketches and derp badges. I have FWA on the horizon in March, and I'll have a dealer's table hopefully set up and ready for business by then. It feels like a long time off, but the fact I haven't seriously drawn in over half a year definitely has me on edge.

Lifewise, I'm back to living at home while I hunt for a job. I graduated with a degree in Graphic Design this past spring and I'm hoping I can put it to good use and get some experience in the workplace soon both for my own peace of mind and the fact I need to start generating some funds to attend FWA.

That's about it, I'll start updating this on a more regular basis, and even get my butt in gear and get some drawing done!

So, I keep talking about wanting to draw. Hell I even ask around sometimes for ideas, but I never seem to get anywhere with anything.

I've realized I just have a really hard time staying on track drawing and I don't know why. I keep trying to pump myself up and get excited about it, but it just doesn't feel fun anymore I guess and I don't know why. I love drawing things for people that they enjoy, i love putting my ideas in s viewable format. Lately though I get out the tablet, look at the screen, and just can't seem to work on anything.


What I want to ask is, how do you all stay motivated? I want to keep making artwork, but i don't know how to keep myself chugging along doing it. I've heard that you need to force yourself to draw every day, and I've tried it. It works for a little bit, but after a while it just fizzles. Heck, I don't even doodle anymore really.

So yeah, scatterbrained journal, probably symptom of school and life stress. Take it as you will.

So, I've been looking at my messengers I use, and I was just wondering, what exactly does everyone use? i feel like downsizing to maybe just one or two and I guess I'm just worried about keeping in contact with people i know.

So I'm going to be trying to stream more regularly, and up until now I've just been slapping a mix of music I like up (The Protomen, Alestorm, Luca Turell) and hoping you all like it.

My question is, is there anything you all would like to hear? Or should I just keep up with my own odd mixes?

Also, been debating subject matter of the streams, I have been wanting to draw a LOT more hyper, but I just don't know what. Also if you guys wanna see more odd creatures, ect. Just let me know.

Mainly writing this to get the depressing journal off my front page, but I really do want some feedback as I want to seriousely get into sttreaming art.

So lately I've been wanting to get back into designing creatures, and by creatures I mean anything really. So to this end I'm asking you guys and girls to give me some ideas.

The idea is simple. Give me some guidelines for a creature! Want to see a parasite evolved to live on a low gravity gas giant? Or how about a cave dwelling creature that locates prey purely by smell? Give me some ideas and guidelines. Be as exact or vague as you want and I'll try to design something that can exist in the environment specified.

Sometimes I wonder if I fav too much porn....

Then I say fuck it and fav more :V

So,  dragonmelde and I got into an interesting discussion. We were talking about what exactly counts as hyper endowment.

Is it simply larger than average naughty bits, or rediculousely massive sizes.

I mean seriousely, what is the boundary between simply being endowed, and true hyperfur.

Also, should a fuckton be counted as a measurement of hyper endowment, and if so, what constitutes said fuckton?
