Going to my FIRST furry con!!! Denfur!!! :D
General | Posted 3 days agoBeen in the fandom since I was 16 (14 years, damn.......) but have never gone to a furry con- UNTIL NOW! :D
Super super super excited to say that I'll be going to Denfur this year!! So pumped to finally check out the buzz AND the fuzz! Would love to hear from other folks who have been to get some ideas of what to expect and what to check out- and even if you haven't been to Denfur specifically, I'm sure general furry con advice will work too! xP
I've always had a backburner dream of owning a fursuit but never had any real "reason" to invest in one, so also very interested in seeing if this will spark a newfound desire to save up and eventually get one made >3> I'd love to run around as my dumb little snake one day lol.
But yes!! So excited and can't wait to meet some of you fine funny animal folk! <3
Aside from that, hope whoever's reading this is having a fantastic day and doing well! Times are tough for a lot of us rn and I keep finding myself getting sucked into sad/stressed days, but trying hard to keep positive and look forward to the good stuff. I'm kissing you all on the forehead rn. *smooch*

New Year + Returning to Art & Commissions!
General | Posted 4 months agoHOWDY YALL!!! Hope you are all as excited to greet the new year as I am!
Yesterday, I put in my two weeks' notice at my job- for the past year and some change I have been struggling non-stop with burnout and horrible chronic back pain that has drained my energy and made it very difficult to do anything else aside from working and then going home to lay down and wait for the pain to go away so I can get thru another day, lol. Even creatively I havent had the time or energy to draw like I want to, which has depressed me even more since I feel like I've lost an important part of myself.
BUT an opportunity to move (heading out to Colorado in Feb, woo!) is finally going to give me the opportunity to take a well-needed break and focus on my health, as well as make a grand return to art!! My gay little heart yearns to create and I am SO thrilled to finally be able to focus on the things I love again!! 💚
That means that hopefully this gallery here will finally start filling up again and I will be looking into taking commissions once I take some time to adjust and get some owed stuff finished up. So if youre interested in getting some work from me OR just wanna see some more fun furry stuff, keep those peepers peeped!!! :D
2025 was a mess for me and I know a lot of folks feel the same, lol. So let's grab 2026 by the horns and have ourselves a damn good year!!! 🤘 Special thanks of course to YOU- I am so grateful for everyone that watches me and for the continued support despite my creative dry spell. Every comment and fave still means so much to me and is a huge part of why I've missed being more active here in the community ;u; Y'all ROCK and I cannot wait to be back!!

Life Updates (aka I got a job so art is slow now)
General | Posted 2 years agoRealized I never really posted anything about this formally over here: I have a job now! For the past 5 months I've been working at a local dispensary and it sorta ended up becoming an unexpected dream job, lmao.
Working full time has been a really big and weird change for me. Art has been my sole source of income for a while (at least the past 2 years), but that also meant a lot of my life was mainly built around online communities. So suddenly having a bustling IRL life with a new social circle has been a welcome change, but also a very difficult one to get used to! I don't have the time or energy to commit to art like I used to before, and that's something that has really been messing with me. Enough to the point where I wanted to write this journal, anyway.
For the time being, art uploads will continue to be quite slow around here. You may have noticed that adoptables are the main thing I've been doing around here recently; as much as I miss doing personal art or even commissions, it's really been a rough game of time and energy vs my creative wants and desires 💀 I'm really really hoping that I'll be able to draw and upload more sometime next year once I get more comfortable and situated with all these big changes (since it has been a LOT in a very small amount of time), but for the meantime, I expect this dry spell to continue for a bit longer. (Especially since I'm trying to apartment hunt and dear God is shit expensive ðŸ˜)
So yeah- that's my situation! Basically transitioning from a mostly-online life to a mostly-irl life and getting swept up in it all. I've honestly been struggling a bit since I feel guilty for feeling like I've just... totally abandoned all my online circles/friends and I really hate that. :( But oh well. Hopefully the newness will die down and I will adjust and find a healthy balance for both!!
Whew, that was a lot, haha. I'd love to hear if anyone else has gone thru anything similar and if there was anything they did/do to better balance their online and offline lives?? I still love this community and art and drawing and I'm sad I can't engage with any of it as much! ðŸ˜
... And aside from all of that, happy holidays to you guys, and thanks so much to you fine folks who continue to support me even through this dry spell! xP
