Happy Squirrel Appreciation Day, Again o:
Posted 5 years agoYep, it's that time again! January 21st, appreciate squirrels and such! o: I know I'm posting this a few hours early, but I'm gonna be completely without computer access tomorrow and I wanted to post a journal and some art pieces I've had sitting around, haha
Beyond that, still poking at things when I have the time, trying to keep mood up and whatnot. Got some random audio doodles, might stick some of those up? Only some of them are so specifically pointed at people that I'd need to rerecord audio for them, ahahah
Whooooooo being busy
edit: About a half hour after writing this, I found out I don't have to pack up everything and leave quite yet. Sooooo let's just say, tonight I'll do the backlog, and tomorrow I'll do the more recent stuff. :3c

Feel like I gotta throw an apology out there
Posted 5 years agoY'know cause it's like yo, Jit! It's been months! What's going on! Didn't you take commissions at one point?
Yeah, I did. Sort of an experiment to see if I could even get myself to do them. And, well... Turns out taking on a bunch of big projects, and then taking on even more stuff that people wanna do, kinda makes a squirrel freeze up and become unable to ever work on anything! I'd blame video games but really, blegh. I overthink and overwhelm myself waaaaaaaaay too easily. Hence why I never take money for something to start off with, it's like, I already know starting stuff is gonna suuuuuuuck.
Anyway, that's all fine and well to recognize that I've got problems doing work, and it's all fine and good to be like okay, after MFF I've really been feeling way more of a push to just get to work every day and all that. But that doesn't really help the fact that I've had people waiting patiently since August, and not doing like you might expect and constantly poking me every day for updates or something. So I wanna take a sec and apologize to all those people who've been waiting patiently with no word from me at all. o-o
But yeah. Gonna try and get my computer to play nice with streaming software so maybe I can do some of that to help keep me focused and such. And just trying to make sure I do a good amount of work each day. Just wanted to put out something saying hey, I realize folks have been waiting a while, and I hope to address that soon. o-o Before, y'know, I start uploading other sketches or doodles or stuff that I've been working on and make it look like I don't give a crap about doing the work that I talked about with people. x3

Post MFF 2019
Posted 6 years agoHoooooo boy, I dunno where to start with this con. It was probably the best MFF I've been at, or at least it certainly feels like it. I got to meet a ton of people I'd never met before, and hang out with a lot of great people for a real long time. At one point I was just bouncing around between groups of people trying to make sure I was spending enough time with all of 'em or bringing one thing to one person or whatnot and aaagh. x3 Unfortunately I already know I've forgotten the names of most anybody I've met, and I know I'm way behind on messaging the people that I did hang out with to be like hey, was great to see you!, but I'm a dumb squirrel I'm sorry. x3
Only regret was that I never got on the piano after all. It's gonna happen sometime. :B Maybe by next year deltarune chapter 2 will be out and I'll have a lot more material to whip out, haha
Also! This feels like such an old person thing to bring up, but I'm really happy the weather played nice this year. It was like, above freezing pretty much the whole time, and was never super super bad outside. As opposed to when I walked outside just now and it's 19 degrees, plus wind chill. I think all the other furries stole the warmth out of IL, so.........please give back. :B
At some point soon I'll have a lot of sketches and such to upload from people, so, be ready for that x3
But yeah, the whole thing was very uplifting and it was great to spend so much time with people. Now I'm just hoping that goodness can translate into getting some work into audio things. x3 Which, I've got some doodles to upload at some point but haaaaaagh, I should make myself work before uploading things haha

MFF 2019
Posted 6 years agoWhoops, probably should make a journal
Anyway, as usual, I'm gonna be bouncing around the convention. This time, I don't have a bunch of random gigs every day, too! So I'll be doing my normal thing of coming in every day for the con and then heading back home sometime during the night. Probably gonna come by on Thursday as the first day, unless there's other people around wednesday that wanna hang out already. And I might come in Monday, but probably not, since that's when most people are like, leaving. But maybe! I dunno. I leave close by so I'm pretty flexible. :3
Also I'm trying to finish off a bit of audio to put online too but I might almost be heading out tomorrow already so that'd make it a little tricky, haha

Birthday sqrl!
Posted 6 years agoYep. 29 years old now. Wheeeeeeeee
It's a good time to sit and reflect on how crazy it is to have lived this long. Or to have met so many people that, somehow, are also still alive. The world's crazy, and it's taken me a while to start learning how easily things can disappear.
And, y'know, vore's fun.
Anyway, I've been busy lately, haven't been able to work on commissions as much. In case anybody's wondering, this is why I never take money before a commission is mostly finished or completed. :B Looking forward to getting some time to get on those, though. Now all I have to do is figure out a good way to record stomach noises, cause that's still the hardest thing, blegh.
But for today, is birthday day! *Blows one of those whistle things that unrolls!*

Commission slots full!
Posted 6 years agoRight, so, sorry this is long overdue. x3 I was meaning to get around to sending out individual notes to everybody thanking them for their ideas, but between FA going down, my current work ramping up (aka tech week is upcoming and rehearsals are long and often tiring and in the middle of my day), and how I'm already getting distracted from it by work.. Yeah, it's a bit of a lost cause, and I don't want to keep procrastinating with it and leaving people hanging forever.
So! Lemme just say, the amount of people I've gotten noting me was a lot more than I'd imagined. Again, I'd love to go back through and individually thank everybody for their fun ideas, but I just don't have the time. x3 I wanna say, to those that noted, I'd recommend holding onto your ideas for next time, or if something happens with the current slots and someone has to drop! Or if these take less time than imagined. Whooo knows. At any rate, it was very difficult to pick from the whole lot of them to begin with. x3 Most things were like, aw man, would love to talk about it more and get something made, but at the same time if I took everything I'd burn out super-fast. x3 I mostly chose stuff based on a mixture of balancing out heavy/light workloads, trying out some new things, and sort of leaning more towards people who were messaging earlier on. And there's still more to play with once these are done, haha. x3
That being said, here's my current slots for now:
Slots:
Large:
1)
TitanLeon animation
2)
Conri_Whelan prey POV
Small:
1)
FattyDragonite sequence
2)
Wildside sequence
3)
elkcip145 sequence
Time to get to work, heh. x3

Note on commissions
Posted 6 years agoRight now at the moment, I'm just taking the ones that I think'll be fun, while also not overwhelming myself or anything. Also, it's not first-come first-serve. I think I'm going to just take notes with ideas until tomorrow afternoon, at which point I'll sort through them and let people know if I'm going to take theirs. x3 Don't want to pile too much work on or get overloaded. I'm also not planning for this to be the only round of commissions! Just trying to do a soft start to these and not immediately burn myself out. x3
Anyway, suffice to say, send in your ideas and I'll get things figured out as to what I'll be doing over the next while! Timelines or just an overall length (whether you're thinking more or less than 5 minutes) would also really help in planning all this out. And whose POV the audio would be in, too! Thankya much! ^^
(man this is gonna be hard to decide, y'all are sending in too many fun ideas haha)

Commissions! Open! Details Inside!
Posted 6 years agoHey everybody! Yep, it's finally time to get to these again. Now that some more personal/private commissions are done, time to open up for y'all. Hope this whole journal makes sense, I'm trying to be pretty thorough on what I have to offer.
For the moment, I'm just going to take a few projects on, and figure out if my rates are okay or if they need to get bumped up. So for now, these won't be first-come first-serve for the moment, I'm mainly going to choose them based on my own interest, if there's enough ideas sent to even fill all these slots. I have the feeling rates will go up as I get a better idea of how much time goes into these. Anyway, here's what I'm gonna start with opening:
Large Projects (> 5-minute POVs and animations):
1) TitanLeon animation
2)
Smaller Projects (< 5-minute POVs, may be worked on alongside large projects):
1)
2)
3)
Other tiny projects:
I can do a bunch of like, 1-hour projects here or there. Audio editing, simple things, hit me up!
====Rules====
1. Have permission to use characters involved.
2. No underage characters. No underage commissioners. (18+ or it's a bust.)
3. I mainly work in vore, but I can add in other things like hypnosis and macro. Vore is just my strongest suit.
4. You're free to post a commission on your own account, with any description written by me, so long as you link back to me.
5. If the commission needs to be cancelled, I'll be requesting a percentage of payment equal to how completed it is.
For the moment, I don't collect money until the audio is mostly complete, just so I'm not holding onto anyone's money for a long time without delivering anything. I don't really want to have to change this because of someone cancelling at the last minute and ripping me off. :B Please be sure of your funds before you commit.
====How To Get One====
1. Send over a note, or send me a message, those of you on instant messenger! For right now, For now I'm not guaranteeing slots like this or anything, but yeah just so I know to have you open for consideration, gimme a poke. x3
2. Figure out what you'd like, we can discuss the specifics and all that. Theme, characters, all that. Have a timeline in mind, it doesn't have to be precise at all, but what you'd like the general run of events to be. Also, if you have an idea of how deep the layering you want to be.
3. I'll estimate a cost based on what you've described, and break it all down for you. At this point, we can discuss any changes you might like, and I'll get a more precise idea of how long sections should be and all that. I'm generally pretty flexible on time lengths, so don't think each section needs to be 15/30/60 seconds long, I just estimate it that way for pricing!
4. Whenever your spot comes up, I'll be working on it when I can! I generally work through things pretty thoroughly, so I'll send over WIPs when asked, or if I've gotten through a major section or two (or three, or four..). It's pretty important that we have everything laid out before this point, as once things get going, major changes to the timeline or length of things becomes much, much harder. These WIPs will also have slight watermarking in them.
5. When it gets to the point of being done, I'll ask for payment. Once you've paid, I'll send over the full thing, minus watermarking. At this point, you can still ask for minor edits, such as adding some more minor noises (stomach growls/pats, sighs, things already present that you just want more of), volume changes (making things louder or softer), and other things. And then we should be all done! I'll send you over a high-quality MP3 or a lossless filetype of your choice. Or both, really.
6. At this point I'll make a thumbnail and post it. If you want a whole description typed up to go with it, that'll be a small fee on top of the audio.
--I reserve the right to amend pricing if major edits are requested. This won't be done without me notifying you about the price change and you agreeing.--
====Rates Breakdown====
The main difference between an expensive commission and a cheap commission is the amount of layers of sound going on, and what they're doing. Sounds staying in one place are simpler than sounds moving around the ears. Having fewer layers of sound is simpler than having multiple all working around each other. That being said, here's an idea of what rates would be like!
5$ per simple minute (e.g. Muffling prey, passive/slow digestion, sitting still in a stomach, adding stomach growls underneath dialogue)
10$ per complex minute. (e.g. Anything more complex than that. More active churning, a squirming belly intersparsed with stomach growls, the process of being swallowed, jaws coming down around your head, that sort of thing. Setting up a complex environment, like the inside of a stomach, would also fit into this.)
15$ per very complex minute. (e.g. Things with a lot of panning/processing involved, the extreme end of the spectrum. Extended bits of mawplay, heavy amounts of churning being bolstered by the pred squeezing and kneading their stomach, that sort of thing. I don't expect this to be a very large part of the audio whatsoever, I more include this tier for the more extreme cases of work.)
Me recording dialogue: I charge 1$ per two lines, and sighs/smaller things are 1/5th a line, so 10 of those = $1.
Other voice actors doing dialogue: Depends on their own rates!
Me needing to find and pull dialogue for a character: Aka, pulling clips from movies or video games. If I have to take more than a half hour finding voice clips and clipping them, I might have to start charging for this. If you can help find sources, it'll make this much easier for me, and it won't be something that we'd need to worry about. Video games, where the sound assets are raw audio by themselves? Very easy! Saying "I want this character from a TV show", causing me to need to spend multiple hours poring through episodes in order to find usable/relevant audio? I mean, I'll do it, but at some point I need to start charging money for the time put in.
Recording foley sounds: Something I might offer in the future. When I've saved up for a proper preamp. :B
Making music: Something else I can do. Hit me up if you want to get into any of this. x3
After receiving your timeline, I'll basically go through, estimate the level of complexity for each section/how much work would go into it, and then add up a total of minutes for each of those.
Things that simplify audio:
- If the POV is an outside perspective or not moving around. That's setting up one environment (inside a belly, outside a predator, etc.) instead of multiple (outside the pred, inside their mouth, being swallowed, and their stomach, as well as passing between all of those).
- Certain things can make adding in sound effects easier and done with less processing. For example, the phone messages! The "phone quality" of the audio means I don't need to do as much processing work on things. x3
- I can do rougher editing/processing and cut down the amount of time spent on it, aka, not go into full detail or anything. The quality might suffer a bit, but it'll be done faster, and cheaper! This would be more of a "rough sketch" sort of tier.
- If you want fewer layers of sound happening. This is something we can discuss if you need the rates cut down.
Things that make audio more complex:
- Fast-paced action, a lot of things going on.
- Making audio to go with animations. With the amount of camera movement and syncing up things to the video, there's another level of work involved.
- A large amount of layers of sounds being set up. Stomachs I've done have ranged from "stomach walls + heartbeat + belch" to "stomach growls + close stomach walls + far stomach walls + outside organs + bass rumble + heartbeat + breathing + belches + predator's voice coming both from above and through the walls around you". This is the sort of thing that would bump the price up 5 dollars just to get set up.
====Timeline And Cost Examples====
Sitting in the forest, relaxing, until a pred sneaks up through the brush -> You're pounced to the ground, pred snickering down at you, then licks around your head a few times -> They open wide and stuff your head in, slurping loudly, their tongue slathering from ear to ear and back again, really savoring your taste -> They start gulping you down at a steady pace -> You spill out into their stomach, and they sigh, belching, before settling down -> You sit inside their gut, listening to them tease you about what an easy catch you were -> Digestion slowly builds over the course of a minute -> They belch out your air, and you lose consciousness.
So, taking into account the estimated length of these..
Relaxing (Simple, 15s) - Pounced! (Complex, 15s) -> Lots of mawplay (VComplex, 30s) -> Gulped down, arrival, belch (Complex, 15s) -> Sitting inside stomach as pred occasionally teases you (Simple, 2min, plus dialogue costs) -> Digestion builds (50/50 between simple and complex, 1min), end with final belch and things fade out (Simple, like 15s)
Overall, that's about 3.25 simple minutes, 1.25 complex minutes, and .5 very complex minutes. Let's estimate 5 dollars for 10 teasy lines and some sighs/groans. So, (3.*5) + (1.25*10) + (.5*15) + 5 = 15 + 12.5 + 7.5 + 5 = 39 dollars. So ~40 dollars altogether for ~5 minutes of audio!
For a further example, let's look at some of the recent things I've put up, as well.
https://www.furaffinity.net/view/30177538/ . Muffled music (simple), sitting passively in a stomach (simple), which is squelching and squeezing gently around you as the wind occasionally hits the outside (more complex), about 2 minutes. Probably would charge something like 20$, 25$ for this.
https://www.furaffinity.net/view/32050145/ . On the other hand. Outside perspective helps this, but. Walking up to prey, grabbing, gobbling, all while they're yelling and calling for help? Then a mixture of struggling/angry stomach noises, and passive resting/burbling, working stomach? Ending off with the prey melting down and the predator taking heavy, sloshing steps to get back home? And still resting in bed for a minute or two? This is getting more up into the 75$ range, at least. x3
====Questions?====
If some of this isn't making sense, I'm happy to talk it out with you. Sound is still an odd and different thing, and it's still unknown enough that I don't think I can lay out concrete and unchanging examples of things that take different amounts of time and effort. It's all very flexible! And that's why I want to lay out a lot of things to begin with and try to make sense of things, so you don't feel like I'm ripping you off and I feel like I'm getting paid enough to do this. x3
But yeah. Hit me up in notes if you wanna chat or maybe get one! Looking forward to working with y'all. :3

====Timeline And Cost Examples====
This is getting more up into the 75$ range, at least. x3
====Questions?====
Oh yeah, Ko-fi page. Also, patreon? Ideas for tiers?
Posted 6 years agoGetting the first major work in a while done, and making other stuff....generally rather semi-regularly, I've gone and put together a Ko-fi page just for the heck of it. I'm definitely more of a "one-time donation" type of person, so, that's why there's one of those and not a patreon, haha. x3
If you want to throw over some bit of support or donation for stuff that I'm doing, then feel free to stop over there! At the moment, though, I'm not planning on putting any content behind any sort of paywalls or anything.
That being said, I've also had folks tell me I should start up a patreon at some point. Which could also be something to do? I have no idea what sort of things I could put on there for tiers of support, though. Here's some thoughts:
- Early looks at works/WIPs
- Voting on what to do next, or what to record
- Cameos in whatever game thing I might be working on next
- Personalized audio snippets (voice, teasing, bit of movements?, nothing major though)
- Minor audio editing, if someone had a voice clip they wanted edited to tease someone else?
- Early access to full pieces
- Early access to sound packs
- heck I dunno, patron-only game nights with Nom!?
Lemme know if you have any ideas either, haha. Still don't know if I'll do it, but, still, it's something to think about. x3

Shines are a thing! School's done! Work to do!
Posted 6 years agoOh boy, I guess with the advent of an actually-useful upgrade to the site, good enough time for me to start posting junk again huh. :B
Anyway, my schooling's all done for the year, now I can start getting back to aaaaaaaaaaall the junk I've had to put off for a while. Got a commission to do for a friend and a whole ton of backlog art to upload. x3 And then? Most likely I'm gonna start doing other commissions or whatnot. Cause gotta make that money. And cause it's fun.
Probably gonna be messing around with music at the same time too. :B And video editing. Was already doing a fair bit of that while memeing on my twitter, and I mean, that sort of stuff could also be done as commissions in the future? Who knows? Anyway not like I can upload videos here so if you wanted to see that then go over to my twitter: https://twitter.com/jeschkesqrl
Whoof. Been a while. :B

Also, MFF
Posted 7 years agoForgot to say but, I'm gonna pop around MFF if I can, this year. :B Usually I'm lurking about and stuff. Dunno how much I'll really be around, but I'm sure it'll be one or two days where I drive in and lurk about for a while. x3
Commissions in the future
Posted 7 years agoI think it's pretty much inevitable that I open up commissions soon. I've got sounds needing to be used and a good few people have been good enough to ask even though I haven't put out much in the past while. x3
So, my plan is, pretty much, finish up audio for an animation, and then start figuring out pricing and such from there. Might try to make this a little more of a regular thing, doing commissions, cause of circumstances. :B Stiiiiiiiill ain't got super-solid work.
Such is the life of a freelancer. Always wearing a few different hats. x3 And in this case, I think I'm gonna try the audio engineer hat again.
Anyway! Stay tuned! Just want to give a little advance warning and all that. x3
Oh and to note, I don't imagine my old commission prices are anything to go on. For one, there's things in there I don't even do anymore, like funfair writing. :B

Disappearing for a week
Posted 7 years agoGoing off to the middle of nowhere to build a house, leaving tomorrow. :B
So I'm gonna probably hardly be on messengers, is what I'm saying. So if I don't respond, either I'm exhausted or I'm not even online. Don't think I'm ignoring people. Heck, might not even have a handy outlet to charge my phone on. :B
See y'all!

Birthday time
Posted 7 years agoWooooooooooooo birthday squirrel. |B Time for eating way too much cake.
I should really upload some art I've been hanging onto for a while, haha
Anyway, I hit 28 this year. Still don't feel much different from any other year. Started taking some classes in audio/music production though, cause not much else has been going on, so we'll see what comes of the future. :B Should only improve things if I can learn how to like, actually create a good recording environment and all that.

Gonna be uploading music doodles and such
Posted 7 years agocause I dunno. in the mood for it. heck, wish I was in the mood more often for just sitting down and music doodlin', but, whatevs. Maybe that's why I'm throwing stuff up here, but, enh, either way
I know people hardly care about music on FA but I'm gonna go for it anyway.

Made a Hunger Games Simulator vorish overhaul
Posted 7 years agohttp://brantsteele.net/hungergames/.....php?c=r6TeXDhw
Figure it might be of interest to some people if I dropped the link here.
Anyway, I saw you could change the text of the game and did a complete overhaul, changed all the text to be vorish or naughty or cuddly, added some events, changed all the characters to be canon people that're crushes of mine, and yeah.
You can swap out anybody for any other characters you wanna see in there, of course, I just set everything up as it is. o: Haven't even thought about upping the cast size to 36 or 48 and doing a ton of people or whatnot..
Also! If you want to have your game randomized before you hit begin (since, the way the game works, that link leads to only one instance of what could happen), then click "Edit Cast" at the bottom, then scroll down and hit "Submit". Won't change anything on the startup screen, but it'll re-randomize everything that happens in the game.
Anyway! Lemme know what you think and whatnot. o: I've definitely thought about sticking myself and a ton of friends in there to see what happens, buuuuuuuut too much contacting of people and asking for permission. x3 Don't wanna step on any toes or pair up people that don't like each other or whatnot. Just, yeah.
What would this even be called? I'm going with "Battle Voreyale". :B

Looking to work with/meet more VA people for future audio
Posted 7 years agoCause I really should be branching out now that I'm making more stuff now. :B Whoops, did I mention I'm being more active and putting regular time into work now? Cause that's where this new audio's come from. More to come later.
But I'm in need of other people for voice things. I'm not the strongest VA in the first place, that's for sure, and I really shouldn't be using myself as much as I do. :B Not to mention there's things that I just plain can't do with my voice. I'm not a gosh-darned tenor and I can hear myself in pretty much any voice I do.
Anyway. If you want to try out voice stuff as a hobby, that's great, hit me up. If you're wanting compensation for your work, that's great too, hit me up and mention your rates. But let's get chatting. :B Send over a note with some sample of your work, range or voices you can do would be good, I'm pretty interested in mic quality too. I could really use some more contacts and people to hit up for audio in the future. I'm not saying like, I immediately need voice actors? But I want to get more of a network going and find people I can hit up or work with in the near future.
So yeah. Send me some notes yo, let's chat. :B

Is squirrel appreciation day again!
Posted 7 years agoI know. I'm awful. I don't hardly make stuff then just out and go "hey appreciate me!". But come on, it only happens once a year or so. It's like a second birthday, but one that can be celebrated with all other squirrels! I even wrote a little poem.
A day for squirrels
And all that they do
And how they taste
Or how they taste you.
Because I'm horrible vore trash.
Anyway, here's some ways you can appreciate your local squirrel friend today: pets, rubs, compliments, flirting, feeding, stuffing, staying still while they tie a napkin around their neck and loom behind you, pats on the head, smooches, showing off maw to, ambushing and devouring, humping
Wait, ignore those last few
Anyway, I'll have to get around to uploading stuff I haven't gotten to. Squirrel stuff. That should mark the occasion nicely. But that'll be tonight because sometimes squirrels have to work during their special day. :B

Plans for next year. This year? Whatevs.
Posted 7 years agoDunno how much I might be active. I'm going to be trying to do my responsibilities and life stuff, music, whatever, as a 9-5 job instead of just doing "whatever" all the time. Might do audio work as part of that 9-5 thing, who knows. Point being, I might start to disappear from online places and things because hey, life. This also might mean I'm not making audio as much, but, hey, with how infrequently I do it anyway, it might not seem like much of a change? Or hey, I might end up being -more- active as a result of making myself work on things more often. I dunno. Got a lot of ideas that I've yet to get to, so, who knows.
Or maybe I'll just sink back into my normal routine of doing what-the-f-ever and wasting all my time and junk. Maybe I'll get a ko-fi set up too cause I've been meaning to do that, whee.
Anyway just figured I'd put that out there. Now to get over my awful sickness that's been sitting around forever.

Watch out for Santa Owl!
Posted 7 years agoThen again, if you're still around at this point, you probably weren't on his list. So, merry Christmas to those that're left!
Post-mff
Posted 8 years agoI'm tired.
Saw a good few people despite hardly being able to be around there much. Friday I was there a lot, Saturday I didn't get back till like 11:30 at night, and this past night I got back at 10. Still managed to hang out with some people but massively missed out on a lot more. Didn't even bother registering, just wore my badge from last year, haha
Anyway here's hoping I can still meet and hang out with people online or get up to more junk wheeeeeeeeeee

MFF Journal
Posted 8 years agoGonna be at MFF again, just like normal. Only thing is, I've got gigs and whatnot like every day. So I'll probably only be around in the evenings/night on Friday through Sunday, not sure about afternoons cause in some cases it wouldn't even be worth it to come out for an hour and then leave again. Plus, the night's when fun stuff happens, right? Maybe? Maybe I'll see about coming down during the day on saturday too, if I can. :B
Anyway, I don't go around the zoo much and I pretty much go to just hang out with friends or whoever's around but I dunno. Maybe there'll be a piano I can sit on and mess around on. But I think they (wisely) stopped putting theirs out for public use. And hey maybe it won't be snowing....too much!
Hope to see some of y'all around there maybe!

Birthday happen!
Posted 8 years agoAnother year, another bunch of voracious delights, meals and deals, and never nearly enough time put into productive things instead of video games and lazing.
Might be changing some of that up in the near future. Might try to get myself more working on things. Might mean I start to step back from making porny things. But at the same time, if I'm thinking of learning a programming language to make a game, nothing says I can't be making one of those vore game ideas I've thought about, haha
Anyway yeah wheeeeee, birthdays! Where's the birthday meals, I'm ready for a birthday snooze.

Dunno if I'm uninspired, or just lazy?
Posted 8 years ago...But you might have noticed, I've hardly made sounds in the past while. Aside from those doodles and some other junk.
But just like, I dunno, with vore audio. Everything feels so much like it's been done before, when all you're working with is an audio element. Like. I've used the same sounds before. Varied them. What makes one pred different from another? If you're not using voice or something, there's not a lot to differentiate things besides thickness of stomach walls and amount of liquids and I don't know what. And most of it feels like I've just done it before. Meanwhile, with a visual element, there's so much more you can do as far as illustrating pred/prey that's way different or harder to do with audio. A lot of it relies a lot more on explaining what's going on via text, rather than being able to convey it with audio. Maybe it's just stuck being a supplementary thing, aside from audio landscapes or whatnot. I dunno.
Anyway, besides voice stuff sometimes, really don't feel all that into audio things a lot of the time. I dunno if it's subject matter, or if I'm just lazy. Because there's definitely hot preds out there that would be great fun to do something with. But there's all these other people who can spend hours upon hours pumping out content, and somehow I'm just not as into it? Maybe it's cause there's a lot of different directions I wish I was going with my work/creations in general, as far as vore vs. music vs. offline work. Maybe I just can't commit to anything ever, haha
I dunno. All I know is people are enjoying a lot of stuff, and I can't into it as much for some reason. Whether it's because I need new sounds to work with, or I just need to work more with the sounds I've got, or find something fun to do, whooooooo knows? Maybe I should start working on that interactive idea I had, haha
Either way, I'm feeling blugh. And like there's a lot of stuff I could be doing and instead I'm sitting around playing video games again. Anyone got any thoughts?

Nom! lives again? (Tabletop Simulator port)
Posted 8 years agoSo heya everybody! I'm just here because 1) I just got back from canada, so 2) I got to check out this port of Nom! that
draggony made for Tabletop Simulator. It's a pretty good port, I think! You can find it over here: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfil...../?id=932813574 . I might work with him to switch one or two things, mostly placement of cards, but yeah.
If you're someone who still enjoys (or once enjoyed) the roll20 game, and own Tabletop Simulator, you can go to the workshop, search it up, load it up, and play it with some people. If you haven't ever played it before, you can see my old post about it over here: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/13925582/
I haven't been able to give it a shot with a group yet, so I don't know exactly how it plays, but, I'm really looking forward to giving it a shot. It might even get me to get around to those other dinos I was thinking of adding it!....maybe. <.< But it might get me playing and hosting one or two games or something again, cause, yeah??
Anyway, there's a Discord server set up for anybody that wants to be around if a game gets organized, or just for stuff relating to the Tabletop Simulator version. Link's over here!: https://discord.gg/Dd8EuN2
I'm looking forward to seeing any of you around there, if you join up!
Also hi btw I'm back from canada, ahahaha, I'm very tired from driving so much, goodnight zzz
