Been slowing down a little bit on the art front. Got some errands to run and family issues to sort out. Also been working on a piece that is taking more mental energy than the others.

Well it has been a very long hiatus, but I am happy to say that I am uploading and drawing again. I am back in school, living in my own studio apartment, looking forward to my third year anniversary with my lil_punk_pup, and looking at an amazing 60 lb weight loss. Oh, and I am a guy now. Yep, lots of changes...!

I picked up my drawing kit after over a year of not drawing a thing... and it's like I have been sleeping all this time. With everything that has happened over the past few years, I had forgotten how much joy I get out of drawing. I hope that I will not forget this time.

With a brand new printer and scanner, I am BACK IN BUSINESS BABY. And my god, do I have alot to catch up on....

So I got to live in the bay area for about a year this time, before moving back. Better, but I am thinking... three times the charm?

Alot has changed about me, and how I see things. I hope I can learn to be patient, and grit my teeth through the ugly stuff this time, and tough it out. I feel stronger, even though I still find myself crying, thinking about everyone I am leaving behind this time. I really made some wonderful friends up here, and made really strong bonds with my besties too. The north bay is full of fantastic people, and maybe next time...


Ah well. Still packing and doing my last load of laundry in this joint. So many clothes!

All of my horse models will be going with Lady Tiger, as she will be auctioning them off for me. Little FYI

If I am extremely lucky with internet and scanner access, I may start doing commissions. I feel good about my abilities in pencil and inks, and yah know, need the money, honey!

So I am moving, yet AGAIN, and I had recently taken the time to take the pictures of ALLL my Breyer horse models and also some collectors plates in the hopes of selling them off.

Well I let the world turn on for about 6 months now, I felt I should write a little something!

Remember that Dragon I met at Further Confusion this year? Well we've moved to the East Bay and have settled into the apartment known as The Den. Lesbians everywhere should be proud at the reckless speed in which we have started cohabitation!

Actually I'm pretty happy. Nice place to live, great furry boyfriend, getting to go out to dance and party with my friends, playing my first table top RPG, and generally having a great time.

I am constantly trying to find work, lose weight, keep the place clean and trying to not spend so damn much... and frankly it leaves me mentally tired. Which is my way of explaining why I haven't been writing or drawing a lot.

I hope things start improving for me soon, and that I can start sharing with you folks again!

She walks along skyline's freckles, the beast that knows no name. Only emotion and desire, harnessed by her own accord.

The reason for such restraint no longer exists in her memory. They are lost to the years of learning control. The only remembrance is the sharp rip of fear that streaks down her collarbone if she does not. If she cannot.

She lifts silver tinted jowls to a cheshire goddess, familiar and always constant, and prays with desperate songs and lonesome melodies. She walks this way because she means to. She walks alone because she seeks only one. They are far down this path, their scent alive and marked. One must only follow and keep up. Beyond the tilt of the world, she knows what waits.

The one who knows the harmony to her songs. One who knows the power she carries and knows how to unfold and smooth out it's creases, to make it useful and real. To eat the fear from her belly and let it die within an iron frame that can see, understand, know...And Love her anyway.

I've put my bags down for the moment. I'm up in the mountains, of highway 17. Place is a wreck and the other tennents are... less than ideal. But hopefully this will be a short term stay, and I'll get a place in town in a few weeks.

The work is grueling, but totally worth while, and they are already talking about making me a field manager if I can learn everything fast enough.

Currently getting my car's oil changed and they happen to have internet, so this is only a quick little something to tell ya'll I'm safe, sound.. if not a little tired. ^^

At least for a little while: I am moving to the coast baby! YAAAAAAAAAAY!

Sadly, this means that art work and uploading will be on hiatus for an indefinite amount of time... I have to leave just about everything behind for the first month or so while I stay with friends, including my computer and scanner.

All of us, in some form or another, are fragile creatures. Our worlds shatter in many ways, in different forms, from alien objects that we never quite expect.

The beautiful thing of Life, though, is learning how to gather the pieces, holding them up against the sun, and watch as the brilliant light makes a whole new kind of beauty from the disjointed fragments. Learning to love all the little rainbows that it makes.

MY hope, is that from so many times of shattering, my soul will become like the sand, and with the right amount of heat, will make it all whole once again.

... And believe me, it's getting there! *chuckles* But I'm not sad about it. I'm rather looking forward to seeing what I make of myself. What I become.

If I was any better at this art stuff I would have tried my hand at commissions, but when someone as talented as Tally, Huskie666 and even Vera have to push for folks to buy their stuff... man I wouldn't have a chance!
