General | Posted 4 years agoI was diagnosed with hypothyroidism, and due to this it's been hell for me, I have to go to a endocrinologist, and they have to determine if it's my brain or my thyroid. I am praying it's just a hormonal imbalance, but if it's in my brain i'll have to get surgery to get a gland removed ;w;...

Note: Please keep in mind changes WILL be made to this ToS and you will STILL HAVE follow any new ones added!
BASIC / GENERAL RULES
◈ I don't do refunds after I've started the piece, if I start you will only receive partial refund depending on how far I am.
◈ Please give me credit at all times for any designs / art you get from me.
◈ My artwork is allowed anywhere, except worlize, or any sites related to wolfing.
◈ You may not change anything without my permission.
◈ No one on my blacklist has permission to use any artwork / designs created by me! ◈ As soon as you buy something from me, you agree to my tos, regardless if you read it or not.
ADOPTABLES / DESIGNS
◈ You must at all times give me credit to the design (This doesn't mean art, this just means on toyhouse or when posting the reference made by me, or if someone asks.)
◈ Please ask me for permission before you can breed any of my design's (This is to prevent copying or theft of my designs.)
◈ You can mod my design to your liking if it is lighting or changing the hue of the design, but do not change the whole design to a different color scheme (such as the design comes orange, and you change it to purple, pink, etc), please stay within the character designs first look. Markings are perfectly okay do not over edit it to the point I cannot recognize it anymore however.
◈ It is highly recommended you come to me about sales if you feel weary about your pricing, remember when pricing designs by me, you can only add things you paid for, or drawn yourself (matching your own prices.) For example, buying a design for $15, and reselling for $50 after getting a gift, does not match these terms. If nothing comes with the design, just sell for what you paid for when purchased from me.
◈ Vouchers for designs by me are alright as long as it's reasonable.
◈ Your ToS / rules do not apply to my design ever.
◈ If you oversell my design for more than you paid, you will be blacklisted, as this is not okay. You price ocs with the value of what you've paid, what you've worked on, and that's it. Do not profit off someone's gift to you it's not right. You will be put on a list of people who cannot buy art or designs by me.
ARTWORK MADE BY ME FOR YOU
This goes for any gifts / free art / requests / premades / freebies / commission's I've made for you
◈ I have full rights to re-use any sketches I've made that you didn't approve of for a commission with changes so it doesn't look like your design.
◈ Please do not harass me / bug me about owed artwork, I will note you with updates as time goes on!
◈ You may not add gifts / free artwork / requests you get from me to the value // pricing of your character. It's free, you didn't pay anything for it so don't rip people off.
◈ Please do not mod / change anything on my artwork at all, if you want something added or changed tell me.
