Time for some super quick updates between my long quiet spells.
----I'm thinking it may be time for a Solo Turian YCH?
[[EDIT: Nevermind! After a couple days of checking places for interest, it looks like the Turian interest is finally low enough for that to not be a great option anymore. That's fine though! They'll still happen, but not really in YCH-form!]]
----I actually read a book so far this year, and that's cool.
----Also discovered and got WAY into Kenshi. Put 180 hours in over the course of a month, and think I'm out of stuff to do on that save now. New save planning has begun. Hahaha

2- Got married to the coolest person ever last month, that was awesome. I'm quiet here on FA to begin with, really, but moreso with (awesome) trips like that!
3- I drew an Asari thing a bit ago, but they kinda flounder here on FA. Can see it on my DA or HF pages if you're into them, too, though!
4- Krogan adopts after I sleep! That's a new one for me, as I tend to not really dig around Krogan content much...but if that sounds cool to you, keep an eye out here very soon!

Posted 3 years agoKinda wanting to make a thing (and money again, since I'm still out of a job), but I'm not sure what! So I'm feeling out for some opinions, if anyone has any! My Site ID Comms have gone pretty quiet offsite, so that leaves a few other ideas.

Maybe I could try and make an adopt base for some Asari designs or something, too? Or Twi'lek?

I'm still a quiet person that sort of just sits in their own corner, and never really went out of my way to make friends besides the few artists I followed over to this site (most of which don't upload anymore), but I do hope that everyone's doing well with all the things!

-Think my claim is finally being checked. What a loopy year, but I'm glad to be past the biggest hurdle, if that is the case.
-New job got! Starting early next week, woo!
-I've been taking a small art break with that stuff this week, and the new Yakuza game coming out. Will get back to it soon! I know I just post Mass Effect / SW alien content here anymore really, so it might be a little bit before some of that slides over again, unfortunately.
-N7 day rolled around! Woo! I don't have much new stuff for that, except hype!
-- Anyone out there that's looking into making new ME OCs to catch up to the hype for the remastered trilogy, but doesn't know how to draw too well? I do still have some free-to-use ME-Races lineart on DA! Hoping things continue to go well for all that lurk, may see, and those that will never see this still! Good vibes @ good people!

So many places out there are negative, very few seem out to be comfortable anymore, this year's been all kinds of stupid to deal with, and nonstop political/election nonsense in the U.S. NEVER makes anything simpler, but life hasn't killed any of us yet. Aug. 13th thoughts!
Posted 5 years ago- Uploaded a whole bunch of colorful Twi'lek gals (and one dude) this week. That was fun. They're fun to draw.
- Played a bit with the idea of trying to do commissions again, but I definitely don't think those work for me very well now. Probably better off just not doing them at this point, unless I wanna bump the pricing up far enough to where my brain will think it's worth it enough to not be all D:
- Turian Adopts went very well this last month! I sold five of the six, and that was awesome. I also saw a couple other artists post some recently, so I don't wanna oversaturate and do more yet... but I'd like to someday! It was fun.
A few people mentioned Quarian YCHs in a similar style from me... it's an interesting idea, but those are a notably higher amount of work than Turians. Hmmm. If anyone has other suggestions, feel free to leave a comment! Can't guarantee anything, but it's good to know what people might be interested in. And on that note...
- I'm thinking of doing another YCH sometime? If enough people are interested in it, or there hasn't been too much spending lately to wipe out the odds of being able to get an audience right now. hahaha
People into that idea? Or something like that from me soon? Could do a Turian. Or a couple Turians. Or a ladyshape one. Dunno. Just rolling out some ideas. Feel free to blab, I'll check back later!

Posted 5 years agoSo I have a pose that I can either use as an NSFW M/M Turian Your Chara Here auction, or turn in to just another pic of Gette being awful (Gette = featured image Tur on my page right now) with 3033's new Tur again, too...
But I have two questions!
1- If you were the sort to be interested in M/M YCH pics, do you prefer to put your chara in the giving or recieving end more often, or not care? I'd like to cater to what people want.

I should probably take more comms, upload more stuff, care less about comments I get, etc., and I really wish I were better at feeling okay on more sites... I'd probably have it a lot easier if I just stopped overthinking all sorts of stuff here, too. Just hasn't happened yet. So instead I close accounts, delete galleries, erase my discord, and just cut myself off from the things that make me feel all the D:
Not sure if that's better or not. It FEELS better, it sounds worse, and it probably really limits any interest in stuff I do. Hmm.
Anyway! I still won't be posting most of my stuff here, but I'll leave it open for the people that do like this stuff, and don't care much more for the rest I draw.

A very late update... Last update?
Posted 7 years agoI didn't really plan to post here, but I should probably at least give THIS update in particular.
2017 is nearly over, and I'm feeling a bit mixed about these last couple of months. In general, my year was GREAT, up until random things crushing my NotWorkTime these last two months. Hopefully I can pull myself out of this idiot-pit by the time the calendar flips!
Artistically, I set myself a goal this year that I really hoped to achieve. It was something I blew out of the water last year, and 8 months into this year, I was about 80% done with it. Coming into this last 6 weeks, though, I got hit hard with a lack of everything. Ideas, inspiration, motivation, etc. Stalled a lot, got nothing done, and I missed the last part of my goal by something I should've been able to finish two whole months ago. That's been disheartening. I've been a lot more depressed about that, on top of other things, than I would like to have been. I was literally three things away from getting there. Gah.
Besides that stuff, I feel I'm also starting to drift away from here. Most of the people I know and love to keep up with have gone very quiet in recent months, and it feels like a lot of interests are sorta just shifting, so I just feel really isolated and out-of-place.
I ended up pulling down a chunk of my uploads here the other day, and sorta feel like I should just leave. I'd still be out there, just maybe not here.

Yup. I feel really adult right now.
I'm just so tired of feeling bad about everything I do all the time. I'm hoping that next year will be a very positive change in that regard, even if I post in fewer places and have fewer friends around. I plan to try hard for it anyway.
Aaaaaaaaaaand beyond that, I hope everyone that follows me (as well as everyone I follow!) had a great holiday season, and follows it up with a wonderful new year! Despite my own negativity and struggling, and whether or not I am still here in the future, hopefully things only improve coming up!

I haven't checked my feed or made my most recent uploads yet, but I'll try and catch up a little bit soon. I feel super out-of-place on this site 98% of the time, honestly, and I sorta just veered away to where I was more comfortable.
BUT, on that note, I do have a possible Turian NSFW YCH I could do with Senn, and that would always fit in here, if there was some interest.
And in more generally happy news, it looks like I SHOULD have an abundance of monthly high-speed net starting next month. I'll be able to see more, post in more places, watch vids, check links, patch games and play them online, see some streams (maybe even try my own?!), and more! For more than just 4 days a month before my net goes to a crawl! Woo! :D
So I'm looking forward to that, too.

Posted 8 years agoAnd hello people! I've been a little off lately, I feel. I haven't felt like I've really had anything to share here. I wasn't even uploading on this site this month until today.
My drawing's still in a funk, but I'm hoping to get over that soon! For now, though, I'm struggling to find ideas I like enough to want to sit and draw. Or ideas I like at all. The few things I've come up with all seem extremely bland to me. I wonder where all my creativity has gone over time... Hmm. It sucks to not really be into anything you're doing/able to do.
ANYWAY! I don't know what'll come next, or when it'll be. I just hope to find something fun again regardless!
And in the meantime, I hope everyone else around is doing well! I'm crap at chatting lately, too, but positive vibes @ all the people! I'll try to stop being such a lonesome dorkass soon, and spread some in person. Hahaha

I'ma continue to be brief, because I'm super boring like that.
I'm still around! I've been busy with the new job, a game I've been waiting for just came out the other day, and I'm still in a bit of an art slump at the moment... so I'm just a little quieter for the time being! And lots of random feelings of "I have no idea @ so many things" lately, too. I'm sure things will swing back around again in no time, though!
Hopefully everyone's doing well still! And ready for the change in weather this month usually brings! :D

Posted 8 years agoHad a job interview yesterday that went really well (I feel like every time I've had an interview that it goes really well, really... I've never NOT been offered a job after one. The tough part for me is getting the interview itself. hahaha).
Just got a call to officially offer me a job. Woo! Income!
...that's all. Just happythings. :D
Edit: Damn, today ALMOST went all day without losing the awesomeness. And then a (luckily very small) chunk of one of my front teeth just... went missing? WTF. All that brushing and taking care and worrying and it just chips while not even eating? Howwwwwwwwwwww...
Good thing I got the job, though, because now I get to go spend a few hundred dollars at a dentist in the morning! :D
