Not Going to AC this year
Posted 12 years agoI've been thinking long and hard about this, but decided it's not feasible for me to go to Anthrocon this year. I'm probably going to regret this decision terribly when July comes around, but that's the very reason why I'm not going. They've moved the convention into the more expensive time of year to fly (nearly twice as much, compared to coming a few weeks earlier), and I can't justify the cost, even though I'll miss my amazing friends.
Instead, I'm putting the money towards an epic trip in March with my family to Norway and Svalbard! Yeah!
Then... Maybe, just so I don't miss my ishaway too much, maybe Furfright in October!

Posted 13 years agoHey friends! I'm thinking of upgrading my graphics tablet for Christmas. I've had a trusty Graphire4 for 7 years now, and would like more sensitivity, and maybe go bigger.
My questions to you guys...
Is bigger better?
Has anyone used the Touch function on the Intuos5? Is it cool?!
Or shall I find an Intuos4 and save some money compared to an Intuos5?

Rhaen and I have been very naughty. We share naughty thoughts about the same things. And now we're going to let it happen in picture format! The aim is to bring something new to furry porn. Total female appreciation! The girls are in charge, and the guys are loving it.And it's going to be totally NSFW!
Here's what's happening...
While sharing a pint or two, BlackWing and Rhaen discover they have similar tastes. Women.
No surprise there, they’re both straight. Mostly. But deep down, nothing pleases them both more than pleasuring a lady. In as many ways as possible. Even at their own expense. The conversations lasted long into the night, way past last orders at the bar.
Then one of them, they can’t quite remember who, suggested a trip to a local Fetish Club. Perfectly innocent. Just to have a look.
Boy did they have a fun evening. Even when the alcohol wore off. They swapped many contact details, and it wasn’t long before the pair of them had a line of ladies waiting to have a night of fun with them.
Together the lads wrote a charter of what they would let happen to them. Their heads swam with ideas, and they began to lose sleep over it. They couldn’t wait to get started!
Sigil set the ball rolling last week when I commissioned her for the boys first adventure!

Off to LA this weekend!!
Posted 15 years agoIt feels weird packing for a holiday and taking no art supplies!
Some of you may know that I play with a brass band (wikipedia it!). We're going on tour, our first to the US, around Los Angeles! If you want to listen to some different music, feel free to come to some of our concerts!
On Wednesday 25th, we're playing at Disney Land. Thursday 26th, we're at Ganesha Park in Pomona for a joint concert with the Pomona Concert Band at 8m. Then, on Sunday 29th, at the Richard Nixon Library at Yorba Linda at 2pm with the Golden State British Brass Band.
And so from this friday to the 31st, I'll be away having some awesome fun XD toodle pip!

Anthrocon was fantastic. I bought some pretty art that I gotta upload and show off soon. Ishyway and I are convinced that we gotta get a dealers table next year. It'll be so much fun. We'll be all professional and stuff!

Posted 15 years agoUp to earlier I was feeling very content with the conbadges I had. Just this afternoon I've started looking for an artist to commission... Everyone I fancy is closed or full or just a bit too expensive...
Then I thought 'I should make my own! I haven't done that yet!' and grabbed my bristol board to doodle something. Low and behold, I had already made myself one D: And I totally forgot. I probably would have gone to CF or AC and totally forgotten about it! I need to get it scanned and laminated before I forget (again)!

Posted 15 years agoOmg it's official. I'm going to Confuzzled in Manchester!! :D S'gonna be so awesome, now that I know what to expect, and have someone to room with!
I'm also going to Anthrocon this June and mostly hanging with ishaway and rhaen and hopefully loads of other awesome people. I'll be in the artist's alley and the art show with some prints and originals to sell.
Commissions are not open at the moment; I plan to open mid-march and make lots of badges for people!
