So for those unaware I'm a huge fucking nerd. Go figure. I do a lot of TTRPG stuff, in particular D&D. And I end up homebrewing a lot of stuff. Well after the inspiration for this halloween, I thought I should update the homebrew classes for Dajar and Rin. Both of which draw from the Kitsune/Hu-li mythos. Dajar's being the warlock dedicated to illusion and cursing, and Rin's being the Inari cleric. And the later in particular I'm proud to have finally got working more smoothly. Anyway, I figured getting other players/DMs to playtest and provide feedback would be a good idea.

Yeah after a year of trying without so much as a hint of interest in the commission events I'm giving up on them. I'm going back to the old effortless version of no one buying my art. Well It's clear nobody wanted any badges, but I'm still hurting for cash from the move. Basically spent the whole of my savings to facilitate it. Not that I'm in danger of anything. Commentary and jokes aside, I want to practice a more painterly type of sketching in clip studio as well as get a jump on any commissions since in a month I'm going to be moving into my first proper home since leaving my parent's house. The requests will probably be really rough because I will probably be doing these between hauling boxes of things around, but to help me not think I can just stea I mean let you all request stuff! Win win! Just comment below (or via note if you're shy) what you'd want to see and if it makes my brain tickle you'll see it show up here around easter. You just have to be a watcher and describe the scene in detail, preferably with references (but feel free to spread this event around any black market egg scenes you frequent ;3).

But if you want something a little more presentable and with a little more effort I'm also open for proper freeform comissions as well with a discount on Ovi themed stuff. Simple BG line-art flat color comissions will be available for $60-80 USD ($40-60 for Ovi themes), and Fully painted comissions with a background will start at $100 and cap out at $180 ($80-150 for Ovi themes). Variances in price will be based on complexity of characters and position, and as always for me taurs/nagas aren't more complex.

I will still be accepting odd couples YCH commissions till midnight EST, so if you were waiting till the last minute to get a full color valentines picture this would be it!

After this I will be going on break from actively producing commissions, but I think I'll hear out proposals for the next batch a bit early if anyone wants to send those dreams of laying or carrying all sorts of wonderful eggs~ More time to sketch them out and all. Still won't start in earnest till midway through march though.

As I want to expand my commission sales this year I'll be implementing the following terms of service to make things a bit more stable. Please note that you are subject to these ToS whenever you ask for a commission quote.

1. Commissioners must be over 18 years of age to enter a contract of any time and thus can't contract me to make a commission. Attempts to circumvent this will be reported to local authorities as best as they can be contacted.

2. Commission pricing and quotes: I use event pricing and an estimation system (quotes) for all other commissions.
Event Pricing: If a price is listed on an advertised service (Such as a YCH) that is the price you will pay in United States Dollars Via paypal or cash if a physical handoff is possible. I do not accept other payment methods currently. If the event is a YCH the sketch has already been provided for you, and is due up front in full. If no sketch is already provided one will be created and provided to you. If the sketch meets approval payment will be due in full. If not I provide up to 3 rounds of revisions on sketches.
Custom Quotes: If instead you are interested in a custom commission you can send in a description or fill out this form of what sort of image you want me to create for you. Include a description of the content and any artistic styling you're looking for (greyscale, colored, painted, just lineart, ect.). When you do I will return a non-committal price quote to you which will be good for 3 weeks. This price is non-negotiable, but can be adjusted by altering the piece. Please note, if you withhold significant information and try and get it included later in the process the price will be adjusted up. Once you agree and commit to the quote you will owe 10% of the cost upon delivery of the sketch. If the sketch does not meet approval I provide up to 3 rounds of revisions on sketches. If none of the revisions meet approval to continue you will be charged the 10% and our business will be concluded. Once the sketch is approved though I will finish the piece and send a watermarked version for final approval or up to 3 more revisions about the new work. Once an art piece meets final approval the remainder of the full amount will be due, after which the unmarked files will be delivered to you.

3. The right to refuse: I maintain the right to refuse any commission on any grounds at any point. If you have already paid for your commission and I am unable to finish it I will refund 100% of your commission and you will be free to keep the sketch.

4. Ownership:Artwork I make for you is still under my ownership. You are not paying for the rights to use it for commercial, political, or non-designated purposes unless otherwise negotiated.
Your rights as Commissioner
4.1. You may display the art in any number of places so long as I am properly accredited as the artist and the site is not AI friendly.
4.2. You can make unlimited digital copies for the purpose of storage, safekeeping, and display, but not for the purpose of distribution or sale. Physical copyright remains with the artist however.
4.2a. Exception: You as the commissioner may make physical reproductions of character badges as needed to have one good quality print available for use as a character badge. Damaged or older duplicates should be safely retired by fire.
4.3. You may make the following alterations to my art without contacting me, so long as I am credited as the original artist where applicable. Other alteration rights I may grant on a case by case basis or as negotiated.
4.3a. Clipping, cropping, and resizing for Icons, display, and banners of personal accounts.
4.3b. Colorization or full piece recolorization (noted and described)
4.3c. Draw overs/re-draws (noted and described as the original artist)
4.4 Under no circumstance will nor can my works, or alterations of them, be used to train AI. In compliance with this, uploading to twitter, instagram, or Deviantart (known AI training sites) is prohibited.

5. Other people's characters: I will not draw art with other people's characters unless you have their express permission, which I will personally confirm. The only exception may be if you and them seem to have a continuing repor (multiple examples of the characters together with the other person's seeming approval in their public reactions). That said I will not do so if any sort of bullying or harassment is even hinted at.

6. Characters from media: I am willing to draw "fanart" of characters form certain properties, but take this on a case by case basis.

7. Style shift: Unless otherwise asked for I will be doing all comissions in my own style or a style stated. That said if you'd like me to attempt another art style I will do my best to accommodate, but make no promises.

So the gods only know what hell 2025 has awaiting for us in the states with the cheeto returning to power and being infinitely more blatant with the fascism, so keep in mind this is very much subject to change. But I wanted to offer up the planned commission themes/schedule so people who want to can avoid overspending and knocking themselves out of being able to afford it.

So for those unaware I am a full on leftist, and to most a radical. Capitalism is evil and will be the death of us if we don't find a way to kill it first. In particular if I have to give myself a label I am an... Anarchish Communist/Marxist. I think anarchy is the proper philosophy that should be guiding every freedom loving individual in existence, but that it leaves little room for a sustainable structure of organization for preserving that freedom. Any purely anarchist society leaves itself open to overthrow through small scale fascism or any sort of organized resistance through order (I.E. Cults, political parties/alliances/or even just failure to live up to expectations of societal rewards like we're seeing in the US right now). So a communism style local government that is made of the people in an area is the best way to manage that area's resources being guided by anarchist principals seems the best way to advance to me.

If you aren't aware of Hazbin Hotel it's an indi animated series that I would have recommended over the last 5 years before the actual release. Now I will not advise against, but have to pre-qualify with "It has classic musical problems that make it really badly written." The pacing is trash for the sake of the music, and in order to do the songs and preserve those they also clearly re-wrote things so there are a fuck ton of hyper deep but not that wide plot holes. Such as: "Character 2, you are literally one of these things who has been injured, why do you need another character to tell you how to kill or injure your own kind instead of convinced to reveal the answer that saves your friends, you stupid fuck?" But there is one song/scene that gave me a raging anarchy boner. The scene where Charlie pleads her case to heaven. in the midst of which the frat bro Adam and handler Seraphim basically admit they don't understand how the process of gaining entry to heaven works at all but that they won't hold off the extermination will not be delayed because of this. Charlie and a younger angel duete to directly say "Taking this action if you don't even know the system is inherently wrong" gave me such an anarchy boner I could not even describe it. It's the heart of authoritarianism and the justification for half of the badly performing systems we see in the world. I was hoping the series would satiate this, but no. It's fine, but the inconsistency of the plot and rush to the end leaves it... Unsatisfying to me at the very least.

Now I also just played through Far cry 6. I'm an old fan having played Predator when it came out on the 360. I cut my teeth making maps on Predator. Played 5 two years back when it was even more relevant and thought it was bittersweet but otherwise perfect, and bought the whole series around new years when it was on sale. I am both amazed and disappointed in far cry 6. Far cry 6 enraptures the spirit of la revolution perfectly. It is a rollercoaster of ups and downs as you win battles and lose friends. But there are full on cutscenes that are out of 1st persons telling you Castillo's story and with these they dropped the fucking ball. They failed to make him a proper monster or sympathetic because they just don't explore what's going on with him. They don't set up how he's personally responsible, just make his personality seem appropriate to do so and give him a personal grudge against guerillas. It's unfortunate honestly because the otherwise great ending just fails to land because of this. So still my ANarchy boner stands unattended!

So to try and let things off I watched a doc on a revolutionary I didn't know a lot of specifics on. Che Guevera, who's face I'm well aware of but never knew his story. Turns out it's literally the protag from Far Cry 6 but politically set on being a commie guerilla instead of just drawn to it. "Once a Guerilla, always a guerilla" and that perfectly sums up Che and Dani.

So this anarchy priapism stands, and since there is no doctor for this sort of thing short of throwing a molotov through a senator's window, I felt I needed to vent and explain it at least. Feel free to suggest solutions, cause I'm eyeing my bottles meant to store mead reserves and rags seductive and inflamatorively.

So despite somehow making it through the whole pandemic while working and being exposed to co-workers getting covid I actual lasted until last october getting it. But since then I've had a dry cough that had me sucking down ricola like an herbal tea fiend. Well here's hoping the bout of covid that hit me like truck-kun this morning. Not as hard as the first bout at its worst, but it came out swinging like a mad man all the same. Fever took ~3 days to set in last time, started up right after the sinus and throat issues this one. Oh, and bonus this time! Stomach troubles! Is it cause I'm 30 with covid? The new variant's features? Was it the sheets food from yesterday? Who knows!

Decided I'm gonna give things another go. They're getting tough and I want to delve better into doing commissions, so when my work inevitably downsizes this year or next I can ride out the likely axe by transitioning into full time artistry if not-hobokenry.

But what better way than to start that goal than with multi-May-turnety! A celebration of the lovely furs who are making more of us, and the extra/helping hands that help them usher this new life into the world! An automatic $5 discount will be applied to any commissions of a multi-fur or pregnant fur from today (April 14th) through May 15th.

This is my own fault but fuck is it some bullshit. Well, at least I'm not hungry because of it. Hope my body learns how to turn off that switch! It'd be a great Christmas miracle, lol!

My feet are blistered, my body is aching, and I was literally passing out when I left. But aside from wishing away the actual pain I would change nothing! You know it's an amazing con when you can go to bed at 3AM, wake up at 6AM and still have energy for like 90% of the day. Met some cool people too! Wish I could have stayed longer, but even though I really wanted to play some werewolf in the Alleghany I was passing out and starting to feel the PCD setting in so I headed home. But now I have just the PCD, a con getup to disassemble, and a crushed up cookie... I will need fuzzy hugs over the week though. Ween me back into normalcy... When my arms start working again, lol.

So while I will technically no longer live in Pittsburgh as of the first day of the con, I will still be well within driving range, so you can expect to find me there literally every day. So I am having job troubles. The pay isn't even keeping up with the rent year to year. Last year I made no money and in two months the rent will go up by 50$ on top of that. Some of you may note I work a job running clinical testing full time, which requires a BS in a stem field working for a company that boasted 1.7 billion dollars in profit last year... Capitalism is the best...

So anyway I've been contemplating ways to make some more passive income. I was going to re-boot my patreon but pretty sure they shadow locked the account based on their new terms of service because incest stuff is prohibited now (fair game but weird way to do it). So just about the only way I can figure is to write and illustrate some dirty stories to sell online. I have a few in mind, and am already outlining them. A few different kinks will be explored. And some are short, some are long, but few would be comics. Would any of you be interested in buying something like those (presuming they individually have a fetish you're interested in of course)? Not physical copies mind you, digital distribution is about as much as I could hope for. Something for like 1-2$ for a short story, or 5-10 for a proper novel/collection of shorts. Would it be a yes only if one of those shorts was the third KIC?

So I don't usually dream, but when I do I have these semi lucid dreams. Like I don't know I'm dreaming but I'm in control of me or the focus character's actions and that's it. Like my brain is DMing an augmented reality tabletop. Anyway that exhausted state gave me a really fucking weird one last night so I figured I'd share that. To start, I haven't played any dead rising games in years.

So as it starts I (in control of my bipedal fursona) am in the town of Willamette. Specifically the Dead Rising version but years after the original game's incident. There are loads of zombies attacking people who are only just starting to panic and flee. I of course know a quick secret path to the mall and if I'm in Willamette during a zombie apocalypse I'm going to hold up in the mall. I know all the fucking tricks cause I made a video series on it in the early days of youtube! They were shit, but not their knowledge! So I come out in what I think is Paradise Plaza on top of one of the awnings, and the area is totally remodeled. "It has been years..." I think. But there's a firework gatling gun (the combo weapon from DR 2). It's shit but not useless so I grab it and scan the plaza. Down the plaza I see the tell tale signs of struggle that come from a crowd of the living realizing there's zombies in it. Across the plaza there's a jeweler's store. Since combo weapons are clearly a thing, I want that laser sword. Even if it's the worse version to have in Willamette. So I put on my mask (cause apparently this is also post covid, It's one of those masks) and barge in to the jeweler's demanding to see the gem's storecase and for them to open it. But this jeweler only works in precious metals. The wind out of my sails I go "Oh. Well there are zombies coming so you better get moving." And I leave and head toward the nearest entrance. People are still making their way into the mall like normal but there is a disturbance here too. Police are making their way into the mall, brushing past everyone toward were the zombies are. Then the "mob cops" push past doing the same. "These are mobsters that run this casino mall." I think as they approach. As they pass me though I get a good look at the three. They are LAYERED in cop-blue kevlar suits, styled after clastic mobster attire. Heavy shoulder jackets, over old stylish vests, with blue kevlar Fedoras. Their faces fully masked with blue kevlar masks and like build in sunglasses that seem to link their fedoras and the masks. They also have sheriff badges and tommy guns. In the dream I am surprised at just how much armor they're in, and that they're sheriffs, but as thugs who run this place it makes sense to me. and I shrug it off as I continue to try and make my way to barricade the entrance.

Then my consciousness shifts over to someone else. A light, almost white colored K9 woman in the mall's massive sallyport outside that entrance, a wide open area with high walls on the sides and raiseable barriers on it's open side. It's about 300' long by 200' wide. No one is activating those defenses, but the chaos in the parking lot is clear to everyone. the crowd is starting to panic and force their way inside guided by a mob cop (this one doesn't have a tommy gun sadly, unlike the former ones.). An orange and black 'yote or maybe normal proportioned maned wolf is the last one out of the parking lot before the crowd of the living stops. We see the crush at the doors and know we aren't getting in before the zombies ~40' back reach us. But there's big dumpsters and a rolling (and sadly empty) water tower type thing. And we start climbing. As I'm trying to climb the water tower it starts to roll around and that's how we realize it's empty and mobile, just like the dumpsters it's between. I hop down onto a dumpster and the wolf and I use it as a central point to start rolling the dumpsters through the bodies into the mall (no, that does not make any sense, but this was a dream). We get a good way into the mall's entrance (no sign of my original body) when there's a sudden screech of tires and a car careens through the parking lot out of control barreling toward the entrance. The car manages to hit one of the few pieces of scenery in the area showering the area in what's clearly zombie goo. The wolf howls in sorrow the name Damian. "He was in that car. I sense the character I'm inhabiting knows that the wolf and Damian were a couple, much to their resentment or hurt (specifically it feels like the character's not mine). They must keep moving into the mall though.

None of that is the weird part though! (even if that was the first time I was ever in that exact location) I have zombie dreams all the time, they're almost always fun. What's weird was:

Suddenly the tower, wolf, and other dumpster are gone. The place is in disarray but there are no bodies or zombies any more. In my confusion I look around and notice there's now a series of pictures hung on the walls of the second floor. Tracing them back to a point I can remember (remembering in the dream) I realize that's the start but the pictures go in two directions from there. They depict the maned wolf in tears staggering out toward the wreckage. Then literally opening the zombified Damian's mouth like a massive bag of holding and stepping into it. Then I go back to the beginning of the sequence and follow it in the other direction around the room. It shows my current avatar observing the wolf's death and collapsing onto the dumpster. They have no way to keep moving and are surrounded by death. In despair they give up and the last picture is them stepping off the dumpster into the crowd of zombies around it. And then my perspective zooms out and fades to black as I wake up and just go "What the actual fuck?"

So, I don't do vore. I just don't get it in almost all cases. Oral vore being the least sensible cause even snake's jaws would likely have to break to facilitate it usually. So it being involved (and the moment I saw it in the dream I thought "why is there vore going on, WTF?") at all is really confusing. What's more though is I've never had any dream where other characters have any romantic plots, let alone my brain writing such an emotional short one. And yet weirdly, it imagining a random three character's love issues on autopilot is really validating for an aegoromantic!

It seems like every time I actually have things I want to draw something goes wrong... A few months ago I tried to get back into drawing with my tablet after ~6 months away. Partially for maps for D&D but also because I wanted to try digitally painting again. But literally a week in my nearly 10YO budget gaming PC literally stopped booting up its OS and... I think it's bios? Whatever system it uses to operate the keyboard and mouse. So I couldn't even put it into safe mode. No big deal though, I'd bought a newer PC about a year back. I just needed to get the tablet installed on the new one right? Well, apparently not! First wouldn't work at all, then it seemed to work after re-installing the whole graphic's driver but not consistently. Well after a month of email support with wacom we got it to work, but it's resolution is limited to at most 1080x~764 or something. Which wouldn't be a problem if I couldn't slide the photoshop window up to my normal monitor where it's then super squished in (There's extreme distortion in the actual file making the tablet useless for actually drawing). So it needs repairs for nearly 200USD because it's out of warranty. BUT EVEN WORSE IS THAT WACOM'S REPAIR CENTER IS CLOSED THANKS TO COVID. I'm just so fucking done... I WANT TO DRAW AND NEED TO CAPITALIZE ON THAT BUT CAN'T AND IT AGGRAVATES ME SO!!!!

So anyway when I got this tablet literally the next AC I saw people using stand alone tablets and the artist said it cost them literally a couple hundred more than mine so since I could use a working one and have wanted a mobile one for cons and to draw at work I'm just going to buy a new one... If I can find one I can trust... There are two options I've managed to find.

So I'm looking for people to vouch for either of these, offer more suggestions, or have good resources for comparing these sorts f things. For suggestions no apple products, I like versatility and not paying 2x the price for a shitty logo. And if you're gonna suggest windows surface books be specific. Preferably with links. I know F all about PC specs outside of what RAM and memory do so I don't even know where I'd start comparing all of those.

This is mostly a vent rant but it has to be fucking said at this point or I'm going to boil inside my own skull. Also might help people understand and actually make their requests

I've had a couple people note me the last 3 months looking for requests or art trades. Now I don't mind this but what I do mind is what happens. Cause with every time they seem to completely ignore the entire bottom third of the profile information on the profile page, but I can get over that since they could think it's out of date (it's not, it never is when you do fuck all but it could be to them). So I respond with the usual for requests, "I am but I'll only do ideas that inspire me enough to do the work. So let's hear what you want, worst I can say is no." and with every request for a request suddenly there's nothing. No more contact. They had the balls to come up to me and say "Hey will you work for free?" but when there's even a slight filter or inconvenience there's nothing but cowardice or laziness. And I don't want this to sound like I'm raging at them for approaching at all. That's not the problem. I get excited seeing a note or comment in my inbox once every blue moon. I think "Maybe there'll be something I'll actually want to draw! Or at least can force myself to!" No what pisses me off is they raise my spirit like that and then fuck off letting it fall out of the sky. And then the curiosity kicks in. What was so fucking terrible they wouldn't even put it into words if it could not fully escape their heads?! What can worry them enough to so rudely just cut contact with someone they were already asking a favor from out of the blue?

Next is the one trade request I got. Start off asking them what character and what sort of subject or action they'd be doing. Got a character, but the second half was completely ignored. Ok whatever, I can do a basic bust I guess. But this ref is super cartoony and the species is just "shark." So I ask for a species stating I need a specific species to know what the actual shapes would be (cause the ref was strait up pony mouth and that doesn't fly in my art style). They just restate that it's unspecific. Ok then that's a tooth and a half. I fucking hate it when getting basic fucking information from people is like pulling teeth. It is my biggest pet peeve. You came to me looking for art or engagement and I'm genuinely trying to help you, just give me what I need to do that. Fine one last try. I give them two species suggestions I could use that are the most similar looking (both a 1/3rd fit, but that's adoptables for you. They tend to be generic yet unrecognizable. Why I stay out of that market entirely. Beyond feeling like it's a soulless cash grab while getting in a creativity exercise but that's a topic for another day.). So know what they say? "Sure ^^" ... Nothing else, just sure... To a "Maybe A [for this reason]? Or maybe B [for this other reason]?" formatted question... OK! AT LEAST THAT IS AN ACTUAL ANSWER! But it's still tooth number three at this point, I ain't going in for another one on something I'm not getting paid for and wasn't super excited for the trade art.

It all boils down to what truly boggles me. Why the fuck can't the fandom just answer a question? I know we have a lot of members on the spectrum, but this isn't something that shouldn't be expected. Like if you want someone to draw you something you should expect to have to tell them what that is and be ready to do so. You have enough motivation to come to me and ask for free art, but not enough to actually ask for the art. Just, what the fuck.




TLDR: If you come asking for free or swapped art, just answer the fucking question(s). I'm happy to help! I WANT to help! But I don't know what you want, and I can't if you don't fucking tell me! I'm an idea printer, not a mind reader. I need enough of an image of what's in your head to spit an image out onto paper. I'm happy to ask once and maybe for further clarification, but twice or more for the exact same, basic, information is aggravating beyond belief. And while I am still open to these I may not be if people keep making me practice dentistry.
