I kinda wish...
Posted 5 years agoThat we could change our user name. I could got back to using just
Skuger as Jimaza isn't really me anymore, but I kinda like having a more SFW account and a NSFW account.

Stormbreaker and stories
Posted 5 years agoI have not posted any chapters to my Stormbreaker story here, I just realized. I have not really got back into a groove with maintaining my art pages since being gone (yeah, I keep referencing that), and kind of forget to upload art and things. Honestly, I don't think stories, at least mine, get much traction on FA, Inkbunny or DA, so I tend to forget to even post. Each one of those sites are a pain in their own way, to upload stories. I have to make a different file for FA, I have to re-edit things to get it to work on DA, and Inkbunny is set up different from either, so I can't just copy and past desc. and tags like I can between (F/D)A.
If you really want me to keep updating stories on here, let me know, otherwise, for Pony based ones go to https://www.fimfiction.net/user/574/Harmony+Spirit and I haven't figured out for nonpony ones yet.

Thanks you all
Posted 6 years agoJust want to pass it out to all those who watch me, to all my friends, and really anyone who wants to feel some love.
I love you. Y'all keep me going.

I also will not engage in RP of a sexual nature. I love to chat, but I don't do that kind of thing. RP in character while talking is fine.
Please, don't join any of these just to ask for requests or stuff like that. I will post when I'm taking requests.

Been inactive
Posted 6 years agoSorry that I haven’t been on here much, I poke but really my focus hasn’t been on the computer much. One thing being I use a sketch book, and it’s a pain taking the pages out without ripping them, also not happy my laptop colors are not right so my stuff doesn’t look right when to scan them.
I do have one request piece still sitting in my book unfinished, my attempts at it have not gone the way I like, so I haven’t finished it.
illogical very sorry I haven’t finished this

Requests Update
Posted 6 years agoIt has been about a week since opened up some requests, and on here it may look like I have done nothing, apart from the Gazelle piece. I have been working in order of when I got requests made, and my DA side of them filled up much before I had even one here.
So, I'm not being lazy (maybe a bit) I just have five on DA to do before I have my first FA, apart from Tagi, who is on hold for the moment. So as I said in the original journal, I am busy, but I have finished some.
The order:
DA DracoTyrannus - Done
FA Tagi - On Hold
DA Princess-vaeGa - Done
DA DarkHorseArtie89 - Done
DA AsherCrasher - Next
DA Quasar1007 - 2
FA Katzen_Irastra - 3
FA RaptorC - 4
FA GIGA-XISBASS - 5

Opening Requests
Posted 6 years ago(I think) for the first time, I am opening some slots for requests. I enjoy having ideas given to me, and the challenge of trying new things.
These are for sketch requests, something like http://www.furaffinity.net/view/28515535/ single, maybe two characters. Keep in mind, it may take a little bit for me to get to these. I am typically busy IRL, so I don't get to work on art as much as I like too.
I don't want to make some list of Do/Don'ts, so keep in mind I can refuse something and ask you to request something else. This time around, nothing involving sex, or sexual themes will be taken. Nudes are fine
When I first came back, a couple people asked early on about requests, and I said when I would they would get on the list. I will contact them if they still want to suggest something, for the rest, post a comment about what you would like and we can talk. So this is first come first serve.

Grand Re-Re-Re-Re-Return, and updates
Posted 6 years agoMy luck with Laptops is horrid, but I am back in action again! (For now)
I made my return a few months ago, after being gone six years, and have made little progress in getting back into the swing (Really into the gram) of things. I been trying to clean things up and figure out my place in the web. I wanted to get in touch with people, and managed a couple, but not really able to talk to any like I would like. I realize people have lives, but having a means to contact them would be nice. Sure it is my fault, but partly that their are too many platforms now, and not really any one is shared between friends. I don't want to get a ton of new accounts (I have something of a life too)
I will try to reach out to everyone again, including those I failed too before.
As far as FA is going, I will still be on it, posting and such, but I feel that it has not made any positive changes in years. I means to organize submissions from watch lists would be nice, This said, I feel a lot of people have migrated or abandoned it because it is stuck in the past. I notice this, because I have gone through my watch list, and found many dead accounts. I have removed many names, and kept a fraction of them.
Well, any who, I am back, I have some submissions to scan and post, and I promise to do some requests soon. I had a number of people asking, and I would like to challenge myself in doing some works not of my own.

Computer curse
Posted 7 years agoSo, my curse is thriving, many years later.
The iMac that my wife got from her work’s storage, deleted its os. I can likely fix it, but I don’t like working on Mac and it isn’t portable.
The old laptop she barely used, got an issue where the charger would be plugged in but not charge. After several attempts at different suggestions throughout the internet, the last, and one most avoided... killed it. Unplugging the battery either damaged it, or I did something and fried something.
As nice as phones are, I’m old school, and I cannot function on just this phone. So I guess I will reply and such, but no posts from me for how ever long my broke ass takes to get something.

Posted 7 years agoI use to thank every watch and fav, but I wonder if I should continue? I mean, I have been gone awhile, is it still a thing to do, or is it more annoying to fill a user page with thanks? Any thoughts?
Back from the Abyss (after six years)
Posted 7 years agoSeveral years ago a series of events unfolded and rendered me without a computer or means to get a hold of anyone, and forced me to loose internet access as well as my old phone. I have had to refocus my life, and sort things out on a personal level, and financial one as well. After much effort and time, I am once again ready and able to come back online. I am fine, and have been ok over all; just some major life changes and situations.
I wish to apologize to my friends that have unintentionally left in the dark, and have been wondering what has happened to me. I am sorry to my watchers who have also been supportive and commenting through the years, wondering of my absence. I have missed you all, and regret my disappearance. I have also missed out on much in these past six years, and likely have lost people and relationships I had once forged, and can only hope I can regain some of them. I have noticed some are gone, and I will try to find them to hopefully restore our friendships.
The last couple years I have had to moved a number of times, gone through a couple cars, changed my horrid job of 10 years, financial issues aplenty, and been trying to just generally sort out my life, getting it more in order. In the past few days I have been trying to get things in sorted to rejoin the art world, and I have much to still figure out.
An important note: My old email of zeonic_skunk[at]hotmail.com was hacked and became linked to suspicious activities, and I am unable to recover that email or anything that had been sent to it. If anyone has tried to get a hold of me through that account, I have no way to get to those. Also, if anyone has been talking to me on MSN or Yahoo messenger in these past 6 years, I was not online, and likely who ever stole my account.
I hope I can make a new start, and pick up the pieces of what I had to leave behind for too long.

No Subject
Posted 13 years agoSo I says to
droconisvaldramer "Cannde, I am bored!" she was like "Then do... *Dramatic pose with the colour fan background* 100 theme meme!" I was like "Maybe" So I took one I found here that had three versions, plus a link to one I may do later. I did not really change much from the first list, I just replaced a couple like 1 and 100 to be Life and Death, also broken pieces and insanity sounded too good together. Going to be broken pieces, but represent insanity. I just want to do some art that is not fan art, and that is all I can seem to get inspired to do any more. So I am going to avoid any pony stuff or anything that is based on anything other than my own characters. Maybe some of my friends will get in. [link]
Going to put one of my many original sona to each theme, excluding My Little Pony ones, but I am going to have a couple like Izzy who is a Raichu in this list who are species from shows or games. I just want to do things other than pony art and of my own characters. As an added challenge, I will use one of each of these characters in at least one different theme.

Posted 13 years agoI dance to 80's music... 'cause.... THIS IS THRILLER!
any ways. I know I have been pretty dead around here lately, posting mostly on DA, and any one that watches me there knows that has not been very often either. I have been rethinking my accounts, like keeping all my Pony stuff on DA, making here all anthro, non-fan art related stuff. Might lift my adult ban on this account, since I do so little, seems a waste to have an account dedicated to it, as well as this one.
We shale see, I am going to try and do more stuff, even if it is unfinished junk.

Wanna point out my graduates, as they go out to all my friends. From Shalone who from nearly day one years ago, when I had my ZeonicSkunk DA account, to my Emo move to FA, and even to my eventual return as all who have a fit over being ignored here do) Has always been a good friend to me. To my newer friends like Draconis Valdramer (so new, haven't figured what to call her yet), who has become a Noodle Sister to me. XP

And countless other friends and watchers who make life so much nicer. I wish I could remember all the names, but names are hard for me to remember, but actions I never forget. So those not on my little list, be not offended, I just am rushed between eating, and having to go back to work. Really wish I could remember every one, I hate to leave any out. Sorry. T.T
I'm a rather antisocial person, in person. I will hang out, but I'm kinda quiet, and out of the way. I do not warm up to many people, and kinda am lonely for it. The people I have met here, chatted to now and then, or just shown me such kindness, have really made those hard times seem weak to the good I have spent with them.
I value friends above many other things, and it keeps me strong when times get hard. So that is what I am Thankful for. Friendship.
This is why I love Ponies, and One Piece, because both are driven heavily by the important of friends.

Posted 14 years agoMy Kitty comes today!
Like one of my dearest most bestest of friends of all! He is coming to stay for a week with us! I don't hang out much, and have few friends who are close by. He is like an hour and a half drive away, so that, with our schedules makes it hard to see each other.
First I get Luna back, now Ed is coming to visit. I love October!

Posted 14 years agoLast 24 hours, I have not been able to get onto DA. My browser crashed, and when I came back on, I had to log back into DA, but would not take my password. I reset an recovered, but nothing worked. Cookies, and all that cleared and redone.
I can't get the help center to work, and my mate has sent a message, but who knows when I'll get back on. DA isn't the quickest

My little other interest
Posted 14 years agoNo, I am not done with ponies, I could never stop. Even as I draw other things, millions of pony ideas come into my mind.
I am forcing myself to do more things. I think I finally found a comfortable way to do human faces, so that should open some doors. I wanted to do more kendii dragons, (those beautiful creations of Kaido Rakaen) I have myself, Jimaza, but wanted another couple to mess with. So I created one (nameless at the moment) nicknamed PickAx. He is part of my Mountain bred of Kendii. Bigger feet and hands, and more muscle in their tails, all for climbing rock faces. He loves gems, and can free climb about anything. Also doodled a head shot of a sexy Zebra, no name yet either, but nicknamed him Midnight.
Pony wise, still doing stuff here and there. Stories probably on hold. Couple people kinda killed my enthusiasm in writing. So till I either learn proper grammar (I guess I suck) or find a program/editor for free (cause I m broke as hell) guess no more writing from me.

Going to be away
Posted 14 years agoI'm going to be away for a few days. I'm moving on the 19th, and not sure when I'll have internet back up. We will have it, but need to set up our computers, set them up to the new system, need to find a super long phone line, so on.
I have to work still, so I get only two full days to get stuff done, so going to make things harder.
Need to finish packing stuff too, cause still have to go to work, around this. So pretty much not gonna be around.
Going to check my messages, keeping the submissions down, but not going to be very talkative or responsive.

Oh no he might
Posted 14 years agoI am thinking of opening a small commission thing. Do some little pony pictures. Be like a small picture, $5 or so. Need to see what it takes. Won't be much.
Going to do some examples, so those interested can see how big it will be. since I'm a traditional artists, I'll try to do a few on one page, so they will be small and simple.
I'll take probably take on 5 at a time. Not taking reservations at this time, so wait till I make a journal about actually doing it.
If response is low, between here and DA, I might ask some of the pony groups I'm in.

Art, why have you forsaken me?
Posted 14 years agoSeveral times in the last couple weeks, I've had idea for art, and just sat here, unable to bring myself to put lead to page. I've actually drawn something, and inked and ready to colour, and I just have no motivation. Having art block I guess. I can't draw, or cannot finish.
Guess all I will do, is continue my stories. I just seem to only be motivated to write. Too bad this is such a limited story site. I have my friends and fans, and I love ya guys, cause you've really boosted my writer's ego. Think I've grown as a writer, and maybe one day, I'll actually publish a book. I have a couple stories that would make nice little novels.
So bottom line I guess. If you like my stories, you'll be happy to know, that all I have planned. If you like my art, sorry, I'm a writer for a bit. I might scan some sketches, but really don't have much hope of finishing things.

I have my friends and fans, and I love ya guys, cause you've really boosted my writer's ego. Think I've grown as a writer, and maybe one day, I'll actually publish a book. I have a couple stories that would make nice little novels.

Posted 14 years agoSorry for the deleted submissions. FA is giving me crap over posting my next chapter.
Anime Con, and oh yeah...
Posted 14 years ago"Oh my god, shut up Maza!" I know. Like my fourth Journal in a week o.o
Going to Anime Con Boston Friday and Saturday, 22 and 23rd. Gonna be some fun, and be like an anniversary thing for my mate and I. Be some fun, gonna try to represent the Furs. My FA shirt, and gonna wear a Jimaza badge.
Oh yeah, any one interested, my birthday is tomorrow. No big deal.
Not sure when I'm gonna get anything done... for like ever. Busy like every day for two week ><
I hate working 5 days, it's killed my free time. 1 extra day, and I have no drive

Damn it all!
Posted 14 years agoSpare all the details, but I've been having some anxiety about going back to my old store (was placed in a closer store as mine was being repaired) My old one is nothing but stress on my mind, and I cannot get out unless I quit, something I won't do unless I have another job.
That's not the main thing about this. One of my few havens, is being closed. I joined the rewards + program at Borders book store. $20 a year, it;s nice. Next day, I get a message in my email from the head of Borders. They are going for bankruptcy, and some stores may get closed down. Guess what? The one closest to me, and one I go to all the time (was hoping to try to get work there) is one of the ones getting closed. So now I'm going to have to order online, and can't go to the other one close, cause it's getting closed too. We were planing to move up that way. No tax, plus everything is up there. Top of that, a book I paid for, is being shipped to this store, but I think they are closing today and it hasn't come yet. I don't even know if the people working there knew. Yay for them.
Long story short. One thing can't suck, it has to be enough to get me all worked up and stressed.
As this short month comes to an end, so does the joys I had in the temp store, and my safe haven.
