General | Posted 13 years agoYep, that's right amazing stuff is going on here. So here's just a few updates to what's been going on these last few days.
FA only: I finally decided I'm gonna post my only few good pieces for you guys, but I'm planning on uploading a bit more often from now on so I feel it's time to jump on the FurAffinity bandwagon. It's gonna be a wild ride, I can tell. XD
First off, my horribly done guest comic for an online comic that my friend started has finally been posted, you can check it out over on the blog itself: http://evcomics.blogspot.com/ (Where else?)
And as an added bonus, if there are any of you reading this that have ever been looking for a great on the basics of drawing anime. You are in luck! My friend also happens to be throwing together a guide to help people just like you with just that. That's right, the amazing MacmegaGERC over on DA agreed to do an art trade with me. (I'm still in shock.) He drew my one and only good looking character, Keycia and he did such an amazing job. He put in details I had wished I would have been able to put in myself but just couldn't at the time. The only problem? I'm not able to do my part just yet.
But get this, I'm back and drawing again, and I'm even more focused than before. I'm taking things in steps now, I'm trying to get the hang of anatomy and pure sketching first before I try tackling harder things like colors and effects.
And because all of you are just good peeps, I have a little gift for you, it's an old failed piece of mine. Nothing fancy, but one of my latest attempts on TRZ style of art. I can tell I'm improving, but not at a very significant rate.
Anyways, go ahead and take a gander at it.
Oh, and quick note about why I've not been so inactive as of late. Along with looking for a job (Which I finally landed.) I've been looking to move to my own apartment, and of course, finish up High school and scrounge as many college credits as I can before I leave. And of course, I've been snuggling up close to my woman.
