Plain and simple; those white-knighting for the other person in question, just leave me alone, her and I talked about it, it's done and over with as far as I'm concerned. Further harassment or threats WILL be reported.

Similarities happen, one of my characters I've had since '06 - '07, before her's was even MADE, the other is a generic white feline with wings.... even given that there's differences and I'm sorry if that's not good enough for you but frankly I just don't care anymore.

Someone sent a note this morning more or less accusing me of stealing two designs - I NEVER EVER have stolen a design before in my life and pride myself on coming up with my OWN stuff. So frankly this hurts my feelings.

Now, one of the character's really has NOTHING similar to the other person's other than white fur and feathered wings.

Mine is a Canadian Bobcat / Snowy Owl / Snowshoe Hare
Their's is an angel feline

Mine has a bunny tail, pierced ears, a totally different hairstyle and hair colors (color changes). Yes they both have blue eyes (durr many of my characters do, I adore the color obviously).

The other character..

Mine is an Albino Vampire Bat / Snow Leopard
Their's is a Snow Leopard

Mine has pink eyes, babydoll bangs, WAIST LENGTH or long hair - color should be lavender or a blue'ish puple, wears Shibari ropes, has batwings, a giant fluffy tail..

The spots are different, the hairstyle is similar (omg I have babydoll bangs and long hair RL), their's has a black tipped tail and blue eyes..

I dunno, I see the similarities but come on, seriously? What about people that have similar natural colored foxes with red hair? Huskies that look similar? I hate to say but similarities DO happen but last I checked people don't own species (unless totally custom made) or colors or even hairstyles.

What sucks most is being told this-

'Just telling that a simple change,adding wings,or changing tails may not help you if the artist decides to go and tell the admins...

If you want to avoid any trouble,i'd suggest you to change the character desings,ASAP.
Or else,the admins could shut your accounts or ban you...! '


Thoughts, opinions? I'm horrified, so many people have seen BOTH of my characters and just now, ONE person speaks up and threatens me? Also, they aren't even the OWNER of the characters in question, the person who is actually has an artist watched that did a piece for my Batcat so I assume she would have seen the submission already and they said nothing to me?

Scratch that last journal, rather spoil my primary sona since I haven't enough lately!! I'm looking to human'a'fy Jinny (I'll swap back and forth between her anthro and human forms, don't worry I'm not doing away with the fur altogether!)

So I'm looking for someone that's confident they could work with the images I already have of her anthro form along with a few photo refs to really give me what I'm after. Sketches, lineart, colored, shaded... any of them work!
