I only started a week ago, so I’m still new. ^w^;

Hey everyone, sorry for the last of posts, updates and submissions. Just been a rather crappy year for me, I won’t go into everything, but with catching Covid in January, then post Covid migraines hitting me after about a month later. I wound up suffering 3-10 migraines a week, with some lasting up to 4 days. Which made it near impossible to look at screens, be in bright lights, or go to work for that matter. Finally with my insurance coming effect, I was able to get a appointment for a neurologist…. 6 months out, …in July. With other medical nonsense popping up along the way. Finally just got some meds to stop the migraines the other week and able to get out of bed and actually do things like a normal person, amazing!

Some family issues arose, that took a few months to get situated. Then when things finally started to normalize, and then just the other day, my cat passed away suddenly.

RIP Zidane.

With that all said, I’m still doing my best to collect myself and get myself back into gear. Want to get back into art, DMing DnD modules, and looking into getting a vtuber model for streaming games with (if that is something people like watching).

I have tons of art I need to post and I know that some has never been posted anywhere before, so I’ll try and fix that soon I hope.

I’m already not expecting much to change next year from how it currently it. But, as everything goes in life, it’s all about taking small steps to get anywhere. It’s not gonna all happen at once sadly, in a perfect world maybe.

Yep, hope everyone is making due given the current circumstances. Year keeps getting better and better as time seems to progress. Think at this point not much will surprise me.

Given that even the start of the year wasn’t pleasant even for most, myself included. I’ve been rather cooped up inside since the beginning of February. Long story short, my car died, bought a new used car, had it for 3 days, then got into a car accident (not my fault in the slightest) due to a negligent kid driver that cut me off as I was going straight through a 4 way on a green light and they thought they could beat me out making their left turn. Took a couple pictures and they jumped into their car and sped away! Got their plates though. Which totaled my car I just got. Insurance only covered 8.3k of the 13k I owed. Looking to sue whenever this virus stuff allows offices to open again.

So went back to work after having an entire month off due to whiplash. Then after being back for a week and a half, got furloughed cause the virus. >w>;

So, apologies for kinda being quiet. I’m very far behind on posting commissions I’ve gotten over... over two years. Looking to start posting perhaps tomorrow.

Very happy this year is finally over. Been a stupidly terrible year for me, basically from almost dying from a abscess in my lung. Then having pneumonia for three months and constant getting sick. Heck of a year, truly. Really only good thing would of getting married this year, haha.

As for the site update, it’s slick and looks a heck of a lot better on mobile, I love it. To most who don’t, it’s most likely the matter of change isn’t for you. It will continue to get better, as I know they are currently working on it still, just coming out of beta and all. So, stay tuned for all that!

Jhezz, this year amiright? And we're only half way through this thing.

Finally wading through all the bad stuff to finally get to this one good thing this year. But, as the title states, finally getting married on the 27th, though more of a ceremony than a 'wedding'. Sooooooo.... we decided on more of a simple courthouse than something that'd raise the roof and cost us a arm and a leg. I mean, not that I wasn't already giving up my life for that last illness I had, haha.

Keeping it small for the ceremony, so just super close family and a friend or two. Don't need to pack the whole courthouse with peeps, which for us isn't too big of a deal honestly. I know a lot of folks it can be, but for us, being together for 11 years is basically being married in itself. So, in a way we've been married for 6 years now, since we have been living together for that long already.

But, the silver lining of all this I gotta say, at least I have my health back. UwU

Happy to not be sick anymore, I mean, after that last journal I spoke too soon and wound up getting a head cold, go figure. Though, once again, I'm feel better and I wanna thank those who donated again. Being in this fandom really means the world to me and has carried me through these years knowing what great friends and fun experiences I've made and had over the years. It really means a lot to me knowing that people care and are more than happy to spend a little of their time to chat with me. Been rather quiet, my apologizes. As my last journal stated I was... rather sick for the past few months and it wasn’t fun, haha. But, doing well now that I’m not coughing up blood and fevers and all the fun stuff that accompanied all that.

I do wanna state that the infection in my lung got so bad... I could actually taste it, yea, it was a thing. Tasted as if you mixed pot and garlic together and ate a spoonful of it, yum~

On a bunch of antibiotics and doing a heck of a lot better, it’s actually weird to be able to breathe now with no consequence to it. Being, coughing or immense pain. =w=;

Just wanna give ya’ll a update with my situation.
