Another All-Star Battle scan.
General | Posted 13 years agoNothing new insofar as character reveals but there are some nice little nuggets of info worth looking at.
New All-Star Battle scan
We get a better look at Johnny at least. While it's unclear how he'll go about actually moving, it appears all four Acts of Tusk will be incorporated into his moves somehow. This opens a great deal of possibilities for ways Johnny can attack, especially if his mobility ends up being limited.
That aside there may be two knew arenas unveiled here also. The top right corner has a staircase which may be Joestar Manor. The Act 3 frame on the Tusk filmstrip near the bottom looks like it's taking place in a new area as well. Perhaps the coastline where the ocean was being pulled inland by Love Train.
Hopefully there will be another trailer soon if not more character unveils. It seems apparent fans are anxious to see more villains on the roster. Thus far there are only three and only one of those is an arc main antagonist.
On an unrelated note, here is a funny picture worth sharing. Imagine if a certain Steel Ball Run character got his own children's show on Nickelodeon.

JoJo Anime: Episode 15 Discussion/Odds & Ends

Also, a few other things to be mentioned. A larger scan if the recent All-Star Battle character reveal has been found. In it some things are much easier to see such as Jonathan using Bruford's Pluck and Luck sword and Johnny using Tusk Act 4 as his super move. Tusk Act 4 is apparently very pink.

Finally, it appears online retailers are going to restock the Medicos' Super Action Statue figures or Caesar Zeppeli and Kars starting in summer, perhaps due to the anime currently being in Part 2. Oftentimes with these figures there is only the initial production run and once they're gone, they're gone. Only about a handful of SAS figures have been restocked so if you are a Battle Tendency fan you may want to consider pre-ordering these at the import site of your choice. Hopefully this means figures of Young Joseph and Wammu will be restocked as well for those who missed them the first time. Esidisi is still in stock at several locations though likely not for much longer.

All Star Battle Roster Update
General | Posted 13 years agoIt appears three more characters have been confirmed for the upcoming fighter: Johnathan Joestar and William Antonio Zeppeli from Phantom Blood as well as Johnny Joestar from Steel Ball Run.

This confirms all Joestars for the game. The game appears to be slated for a March release, for now anyway. This is subject to change. Who else do you hope makes the cut by it's release?

General | Posted 13 years agoLast week there was a reveal of three new playable characters in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle. This week Famitsu has posted some in game screen shots of the characters in action. Dio still drops Road Rollers and Hol Horse is apparently working with J. Geil and Hanged Man just like in the CPS3 Capcom fighter. Check out the screens here:

The Purpose of Journals Here

When they happen though they we be to notify fans about JoJo related announcements whether it be new chapters, newly announced memorabilia and other such things. If one wishes, feel free to submit editorials or reviews or what have you and they may just be featured as guest journals.
