Man.. I mean. it's peaceful here. It's a military town, and I have a job with beneifts (it's a small paycheck, and if I did SketchNIGHTS 5 nights a week, and got 4 flat-color sketches done a night, I'd probably rake in about as much as I earn in a weekly paycheck)...

... I will be trying to do my regular art stream today, rather than tomorrow (I have to go in a full hour early tomorrow).

And since I have Wednesday off, I will be moving my SketchNIGHTS stream to Wednesday, rather than streaming on Thursday.



If I decide to, I miiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiggghhhht try to get 3 streams in this week, but my drawing hand has been ultra sore lately, so I'm trying to moderate this stuff a bit.

Anyways, just as a heads up.

I'm going to figure out a decent streaming schedule. Maybe twice a week, one of them being SketchNIGHTS (because I'm sure everyone is wondering what the FUCK happened to that.)

Anyway, it'll be during the weekdays, but the schedule may change if life gets in my way. It has, and always will. Such is life.

I'm thinking Tuesday and Thursday. I want .. NEED to get into a routine. If all goes well, I'll be around moar.

But I am open to suggestions. So if anyone has opinions on this let me know.

I am hesitant to do it on Weekends because that's when things get busy, every other weekend (save for when they decide to have me as "no scheduled" or I ask for time off, and I SHOULD ask for some soon).

It'll be on Picarto, but friends have discussed more "independent" services to me, which might happen in the future ~maybe~.

As the name suggests .. I'm looking at my current job path right now, and very much wondering about something akin to a Patreon.

... I don't know if there's any real way I can sustain myself through it, or how badly I'll get indebted to the IRS when Tax Season rolls around, but...

I'm just SOOO FUCKING TIRED of working jobs that piss me off. Today has been a bit of a long one, especially when I get assigned to areas I don't know, and feel like the work I do at my current job is both piss-poor in quality, and I'm left to my own devices when everyone else just feels like bailing.

To top it off, my phone needs to be replaced so I'm out that, my external HDD with ALLLLL my art files is having weird permission issues (and it has all the art files for commissions and the like on it) .... I wanna say that I can be an indie artist for you guys, and for anyone who wants me on their project list, but ..

I don't know. I've been just trudging through my art, feeling like a slacker, and not having any kind of sense of ANY self worth, and the worst part is that I'm stating to look at the topic of Art IN GENERAL has being worthless. Maybe I have some weird psychological crap that's getting welled up in my brain, but I can't say that that's it, because.. honestly, my life isn't "terrible". I mean ... really. My family has been very supportive and the small group of friends I do have and manage to keep around are real nice, and I at least have a paycheck with benefits. That's not all bad right?

So am I just spoiled and am hitting that "real life" wall ~now~? Maybe.

I could do my own leg-work and see if Patreon is even the right avenue, but ... frankly, I feel like my productivity is so underwhelming lately, but if I could kick my ass into gear and just push through this cloud of self-deprecation, I could see about doing more stuff for everyone. Now that I have this comic project done, and it is getting ready for print, I'm getting back to all the work I need to do for you guys.

I wanna say I deeply regret being so quiet and want to apologize about not getting to these sooner. A new job that has been hell on my hands and wrists has been making it hard to work. I wanna get into a position where I can just focus on art, but the income has not been great in that regard. Commission prices may raise if I have to rely *just* on them for income. Still, no real good excuse tog not get work done on your guys's commission.

This is a call out to anyone who asked me to do a commish, that you should probably note me if you still want me to work on these things.

I have some partially finished but more are on the list that aren't started yet (this is why I don't charge anyone until the work is done... ) So get back to me about that, or if you want me to remove you name from the list.

Again, sorry about all this. I think it's unfair to make people wait, and I feel like I haven't done a good job of organizing things. I will be doing this from now on. Any changes/updates to the work I wanna hear about now, too. Or if information was omitted/accidentally left out.

I think a lot of what got me bothered by my lack of inspiration was the fact that I always feel like I have my own ideas I wanna flesh out. No, they aren't terribly great ideas, but they are fun to me, and I wanna pursue them. I can't just "drop" obligations for free. I am still working on commissions... but, I think I'm going to see if running my own projects while working on projects for others gives me satisfaction. It'd be better if I didn't work full-time at a place I pretty much despise, but whatever.

Job's a job. Well, it's work.. calling it a job would be more respect than I think it deserves. (xD I didn't come up with that, THEY LITERALLY TAUGHT ME IN COLLEGE THAT "Work" AND "Job" ARE SEPARATE THINGS.)

I also I keep asking myself if I'm all that much of a "furry", or if I just like "furry" things. ... It's an odd thing to think about, I guess. Internal universes, continuity, head-canon, etc...

I'll draw more dicks and pussies in the future, but they won't be "as often" as some of the people following me and/or enjoy my art may like. This page and the artwork I do for this community have always been more of a hobby/side-interest. It's core to me, but only a slice of it. This place is a type of freedom I don't get with family or regular friends. I can appreciate that, even if I don't always act like I do. >.>;;

Future commission slots will be limited (5 at most, with only 1 painted commission allowed at a time, and never taking on a bunch of paintings from one person.) I NEED to work on other things besides what piques my interest (or gets me frisky, as is the usual reason I draw stuff for here), but, you know.. I'm not gonna sign-off for the last time just yet.

I also promise that I will NEVER DELETE MY ENTIRE GALLERY AGAIN.. It's the internet and 90% of anything I've posted is already being reposted elsewhere (not mad, just being honest about it), and I don't see how deleting a gallery proves diddly poop, unless you're changing accounts. If I could, I'd ZIP up all my art and make it available to everyone, and may very well do that in the future, if I do let my accounts go dark. It's art, and fuck it, people over the entirety of human history have both praised, stolen, defaced or out-right destroyed art that was priceless. The digital age is here.. the fuck am I going to do with gigabytes of horribly drawn smut that I made? Hide it? Put it on a shelf? FUCK THAT

Starting to feel less than fulfilled by art lately. Past few months, I haven't felt terribly great. Been thinking about dropping my day job altogether, and hopefully finding a new one soon.

I need to sleep, but at least I'm putting in an update. Yeah, I'm still alive, just not feeling very active lately.

Any time I pick up my style and try to draw, my hand immediately hurts, grows tingly, and the tips of my fingers feel a little numb. Apparently handling a hose and pressure sprayer kills the tendons in your hands. Either way, I'm looking for a different job, as this one is not fitting in the slightest.

I want to be able to draw, and have one day off during the week instead of none.

Been busy a lot lately. New town, new job, and all sorts of new projects to work on. I've probably mentioned this to some of my friends here but I've been working on a comic book for the past few months. It's a non-anthro thing, so mediate your interest in whatever way you feel is right for you, but beyond that, it's going to take several months to effectively finish it out, and even then, this is only the start.

I love drawring furry art for you guys. And I'm glad to see feedback where ever it comes from, but truth be told, I kinda need to redirect the focus so I can work on this stuff.

Some have commissions, and yes, I'm still working on those. And with these little specks of personal art are just that, specks. Gotta take a break and do something for yourself once and a while. I still plan on drawring furry at in the future, but that may die down a bit. I'll be keeping my commission lists pretty short now that I'm jumping into a new job, and we'll see how it works out, but it might hinder my productivity some. (Or I'll explode and snap at someone again.. just keeping myself prepared for whatever shit happens.)

Also, as you've seen, I love me some 3D art, and I wanna keep doing it too, but it may fall to the wayside as well. Blender is a strong program, and if you have the skills and creative mind to utilize it, it can work for you. Don't expect people to convert over to it, just sayin': It has a lot of functionality similar to other 3D programs I've used, if only to fall short in a few areas, like Import/Export support and certain functionality found in respective rendering solutions (My GPU is WAAAYYYY faster than my CPU when rendering.)

This is just a short life update. I've had drama, and gotten over it, and am trying to push forward. Fuck, I'm past the great 3-0 hump now. Kinda need to get where I wanna be, and soon.

Finally, I can get back into my external and into the folder with all my art in it. Thank you EBay for being mediocre. :0
