I'm staying round my parents for a few days for a funeral, so I won't be able to do any commission work til I get back. These two will get done on Thursday and Friday. I'll be opening up commissions again on Wednesday, my list is currently empty so you can expect very short wait times!

Taking some time away from my computer. One of my family members just died, someone I was very close to. We all knew it was going to happen for the last couple of months but it still hurts a lot. Will probably have to stay round my parents for a few days for the funeral soon so I won't be able to do any drawing then either.

I really hate keeping people waiting, but I just can't focus right now. I'll keep you all updated if it's going to take much longer, I'll probably work through the weekend to make up time.

I'm in a bit of a rough patch. For one I'm not overly happy with the quality of my drawing, I'm not sure if that's just my perception of it or if I'm just not drawing as well. I've been pretty stressed and depressed over the last week, and I've just had some more bad news about a family member that I was very close to when I was growing up. All in all, I'm a bit broken at the moment.

Honestly, I think this last month has been pretty great for my account here. I've had some amazing support from you guys, your comments on my work means a huge deal to me. I'm still working on commissions, my plan is to clear my current list by the end of next week, which is later than I initially wanted but I really can't rush any more. I may have to take a break in the near future to visit family, if it has a big impact on the time it'll take to get commissions done, I'll message everyone personally about that.

Also, I am planning to launch a Patreon relatively soon. The main reason is to act as a backup in case furaffinity goes down, everyone will still have some way to contact me. I'll still post everything here, that's a promise, but there will be Patreon incentives like monthly raffles, sketches, icons, rule 34 polls, and Hi-Res file packs. I'm looking forward to it, it'll give me a lot more freedom to produce things that everyone can enjoy.

And one last note, I know feelings are high right now with politics, but omg people try to be civil. I've seen some vile comments from both sides, it's super disappointing. Discuss, argue, whatever, but if you're throwing insults at people who disagree with you, sort yourself out. We're supposed to be grown-ups here. Now excuse me while I go back to drawing cartoons of animal-people.

Curious to hear people's opinions about Patreon. I love doing rule 34 stuff and other personal projects, and judging by the favourites and comments I'm getting, a lot of people like seeing it too. There are a ton of things I'd love to spend time on but I never feel like I should because I should be focusing on commissions instead. Stuff like this, this and this have all been very well recieved, but if I were to do anything more ambitious I'd either have to stretch it over a long period of time (which in my experience drastically reduces the quality) or I'd have to forfeit doing commissions for a while (which is what pays the bills >_<).

Obviously Patreon seems like a great solution. I could spend more time on work that a lot of people enjoy. But before I just jump in and make one, I'd love to hear the opinion of my watchers. What would you want to see me doing with it? What kind of backer rewards would interest you? Do you think my illustration is even good enough yet? And could you see yourself backing me?

One quick point: I'd like to make it perfectly clear that I'd never stop posting stuff on here. Furaffinity, for all the websites flaws, has been fantastic to me. As long as the site's still kicking, I'll be posting stuff here and offering commissions here. There are lots of things I could do on patreon, like early access to images, higher resolution files, rule 34 votes, occasional exclusive raffles and the odd early access commission slots. But I'd never take content away from people who can't afford to (or just don't want to) back me.

Hey everyone! This week has been pretty terrible for me but it's starting to pick up and I'm pretty much back on schedule.

The current plan is to get all of my current commissions (sans comics) done by Thursday! After that I'm gonna do a few YCHs to give myself a bit of a break. Hey everyone! I'm heading to CFz this year, unfortunately I don't have access to a printer/laminator at the moment and all my Conbadges are pretty old. Is anybody able to print one off for me and post it? I can send you money for your trouble or do a sketch for ya.
