West Nile delays
Posted a month agoAs it said - pretty sure wife and I got West Nile Virus.
Just for context - we're pretty sure we have west nile given that the main symptom that's different from this and regular flu (only in less than 20% of people) is fatigue and the dumb. The dumb is caused by mild brain swelling which leads to brain fog and such
...
in my case it aggravates my other mental disorders, so I'm random/swapping more frequently, getting exhausted and dull witted, and running into more issues of temp amnesia. 8\
so yeah ... uhh ... kinda in a bad spot given I had budgeted prior spending on being able to work a bit on the overtime side of things right now. d'oh.
expect delays...

A small clarification regarding the auction website

Posted 6 months agoSpent the past few days with multiple bouts of amnesia.
Fortunately was with my gf at the time, so I was safe. But during that state I wasn't able to really do much of any concentrate work ... so I defaulted to a ton of chibis.

Posted 9 months agoa) I had a couple weeks without much work/pay (between the company in town, couple illnesses, the holidays, and the concussion). So the current gameplan is that I'll be kicking out a few more auctions until I can at least get 1 week's worth of bills paid off ... THEN I'll get back into the whole "i'm kicking out a comm or two alongside my dopts every day" rhythm"

* naturally, this means I won't be doing any major work on auctions/comms/similars during this time frame ... because I won't have time
so ... what does that mean for the short run ...
* I'm going to post 1 giveaway that'll finish at the end of the 11 days.
* You'll see a few smaller/quicker auctions pop up here and there: these are intended to relieve pressure when I'm home from the trip

All I'm doing is changing the quantity of offerings per promo. So most of the time it'll be a more limited supply - and once they're gone they're gone.
It's effective immediately, which means some promos (especially the ones on clearance) are gonna end real quick. You may want to look over the promos while you can if you were contemplating them (or look them over just for the helluvit).

Nowadays we have an ultra minority of the total populace being extremely vocal about "this is so offensive! We must do something!"

which again, we are allowing a small group of individuals choosing to be offended and forcing all others to bow down to their whims based solely on emotional feelings.

So what the ever living fuck ever happened to "fight for our right to party" when we have to tiptoe around feelings lest we be cancelled by sad fat fucks incapable of societal contribution?
