New plans
Posted 7 years agoSo after 6 years in the furry community under the "JosefuTheFox" handle, I've just now decided to start anew in light of plans to focus my efforts on developing writing skills.
To that end, I intend to start a new account minus the cringe of a socially awkward high schooler which will consist of nothing but short stories and commissioned artwork. I may respond to the odd user who hasn't yet gotten the memo about my move but by and large, I'll have shifted to my new account for good.

I've started short story commissions! (read journal first)
Posted 7 years agoI have decided to try my hand at writing short stories recently. Since I'm also in need of developing a work ethic, I figure I could open myself to short story "commissions" as practice. However, due to personal issues and the fact that I'm only just getting started, I will only be operating on a limited basis at a time.
To that end, I have decided I will open myself to only two slots at any given time. Short story commissions are $10 a slot, and I only accept PayPal (for now).

Rules
1. Try to come up with a simple concept that I can easily work into a short story. I don't wish to do anything complex yet
2. I won't do anything stronger than PG-rated so please try to avoid requesting I do anything beyond that
3. I wish not to accept my payment until after a story is complete. In the event of interference or personal problems, payment wouldn't go to waste
4. No copyrighted characters please. I prefer original content over fanfiction
5. Note me if you're interested and tell me your idea. I'll try to be flexible with what you come up with but I'll be honest with my opinions when necessary
6. Try to be patient if a story seems to be delayed for any reason as I'm a newbie to commissioning. Should you find a delay frustrating, please talk it out with me through notes and I'll try to handle the situation as well as I can
What fetishes I'm willing to write
- Inflation (air/water/magic etc.) (Body and belly only)
- Weight gain/stuffing (Round fatness only)
- Transfomation in a benign or appealing manner (humans-to-anthros or anthros to other animals)
- Cartoonish/safe popping (resulting in the character recovering afterward)
What fetishes I'm NOT willing to write
- Breast/butt/hourglass inflation
- Blobby fat
- Graphic violent/sexual content
- Transformation in a SCARY or graphic manner
- Anything involving diapers or watersports/scat
- Age regression
Overall, I eagerly await your ideas and I too hope they get realized as you wish.

It's official... I'll be done with MLP:FiM for good
Posted 8 years ago(spoiler and nitpick alert)
So much time has passed since I got into MLP:FiM, hasn't it? For those not in the know, I had serious reservations about this show at first. In particular, I was incredulous that a show based on a toyline like My Little Pony could be a hit with adult males. But five years ago from this day, I started to watch the show only to be surprised with what I perceived to be great quality. Granted, I would come across an episode I disliked for one reason or another every once in a while, but I'd eventually convince myself the show would get better if I continued.
But then in season 5, after having become more attentive to flaws in cartoons, I started to find the season quite a bit lackluster. But then Slice of Life came along and I found the episode so bad that, when it was over, I was kicking myself in the head for even bothering to give the show a try, thinking all that time I spent watching was ultimately wasted. Even worse, The Cutie Re-Mark happened with its redemption of Starlight Glimmer, who was let off the hook just because of a sob-story. The show continued to get worse from here on out, so much so that I have recently made a decision.
I am going to stop watching this show for good once season 7 has ended and the movie has been released. And I have reasons to do so.
For starters, the show's tone tends to go all over the place at times. For example, one episode can be a normal slice-of-life plot with a life lesson for kids, another can involve zany cartoon gags and weird stuff or another can involve some dark fantasy with some "is this a kid show?"-type moments, or they'll even go so far as to add mean-spirited/cynical moments or episodes based around parody or satire. Needless to say, this gets really jarring. Not that it's the only thing about the show that tends to be inconsistent. The characterization can also be mishandled such that even a nice character such as Pinkie Pie can do jerkish things completely out of the blue and without consequence (e.g. rubbing it in Rainbow Dash's face how good the cider was after hogging several cups of it herself or being insensitive towards Fluttershy in Filli Vanilli even though Gilda making Fluttershy run off in tears was the final straw for her).
Another major problem I have identified with the show is that virtually every antagonistic character (barring Lord Tirek, King Sombra and Queen Chrysalis - so far) has been redeemed by now. With Discord, clunky as the reformation set-up was, at least he still kept some of his "chaotic" habits and there was that whole character arc in Twilight's Kingdom, not to mention that most of the Mane Six were for a while not so easily accepting of it without a second thought... unlike other examples.
In the case of certain other villain/bully characters, they are practically guaranteed a redemption so long as they have a sad backstory of some kind, even if it comes clean out of nowhere without any hints beforehand... like Diamond Tiara who was openly sadistic to the CMC and even mocked Scootaloo for her inability to properly fly (essentially mocking a disability) but revealed to be that way because her overbearing rich mother has "high expectations" for her and she actually wants friends, or arguably the worst case thus far... Starlight Glimmer being forgiven and accepted by Twilight Sparkle despite enslaving a whole town forced to be equal, going through time deliberately trying to prevent the Sonic Rainboom from happening and repeated attempts on Twilight's life... all because Starlight's best friend left after he got his Cutie Mark.
And as if the flimsy excuses weren't enough, I also couldn't help but notice that the only antagonistic characters who reform are good-looking or at least some mild degree of cuteness, including, but not limited to, Trixie, Gilda, Babs Seed, Diamond Tiara, Starlight Gimmer... heck, even Discord is the "semi-ugly-semi-cute" type, not to mention that the Changelings are now deer/insect hybrid things because Thorax's love redeemed them. The "worst" villains, Tirek, Sombra and Chrysalis, are designed to be a lot more "hideous" (by the show's standards) and get no such treatment (still waiting on what will happen to Chrysalis after she was basically free to run off). Not only is that a stereotypical mindset to add to a children's cartoon (one based on a toyline intended for little girls, at that), but it's also not a good lesson to teach children.
Not just that, but in regards to the aforementioned "important" plot points and revelations about characters popping up with no build-up whatsoever (e.g. the introduction of Twilight's older brother Shining Armor, Diamond Tiara's abusive mother and Babs Seed being a bullying victim etc.), it is inexcusable since they have plenty of time every season to do this but opt to instead pace certain episodes awkwardly or take up too much space in seasons with filler episodes.
Also of note is a double standard in that the Cutie Mark Crusaders do relatively minor offenses but get dragged through the mud as harshly as possible, meanwhile the Mane Six or even the aforementioned "villains" receive a "get out of jail free card" for considerably worse things. For comparison, Rainbow Dash purposefully infiltrated and meddled with weather-making equipment to stop winter so her pet Tank wouldn't have to hibernate or the aforementioned wrongdoings of Starlight Glimmer resulting in no punishment, but the CMC spread gossip in a newspaper column or try to retaliate against Babs Seed bullying them and it gets rubbed in their faces by the "morally sound" "adults". I think the writers have it backwards: you should be more compassionate and understanding but a bit stern with an innocent child who does not yet realize what they did wrong and you should be harsher on a functioning adult for doing wrong because they should know better at their age.
On top of that, this abundance of moral hypocrisy, double standards, constant antagonist redemptions and unpunished acts of cruelty/jerkishness on the part of the main characters makes for a bad mix, since it is meant to be a moral-driven show intended for kids who can be more impressionable to the morals being taught.
The series has also reached a point where it's starting to appeal more to the bronies with the young target audience more or less an afterthought. Notable examples being certain moments that revel in "dark" "coolness" like the shonen anime-esque battle between Twilight Sparkle and Lord Tirek, the "Sombra took over" alternate timeline in The Cutie Re-Mark and even fan-pandering episodes like Slice of Life and Stranger Than Fan Fiction (i.e. "Daring Do body pillow").
Because of every flaw I have seen from the show up to now, it's become harder for me to properly like. So much so that, knowing full well how badly the show has gone downhill, I might not even be able to enjoy the "good episodes" from earlier seasons as much as I did when I was 16. I should also add that when I noticed certain things the show did wrong, I would ponder creative ways to do right what the show couldn't... but later seasons don't even offer me original flaws to do this with anymore, possibly being too lazy to even do that nowadays.
Overall, I do not wish to continue watching this show after this year for every reason stated above. It may be hard letting something I used to passionately enjoy and expect every once in a while go, but I must.

My thoughts on MLP:FiM Season 5 (spoiler alert!)
Posted 11 years agoFrom November through December, I saw the teasers for Season 5 of MLP:FiM.
At first, I was somewhat optimistic until I saw the Rainbow Dash and Rarity teasers.
Using the brief bits of footage from the Season 5 premiere and what little was revealed about the premiere's plot by this point, a thought came over me:
Why do the other Mane Five constantly have to be fixed/rescued by Twilight Sparkle? Is there some new rule that only she's allowed to succeed now that she's a princess while the others have to play second fiddle?
Sure, the episodes in which she did (Return of Harmony, Magical Mystery Cure and Twilight's Kingdom), there was a reason for it, but this is seriously starting to get old. Not to mention that it's making her more like a Mary Sue.
I thought it was called "Friendship is Magic", not "Leadership is Awesome". Do the writers even care anymore? Who knows?
Maybe I'll be wrong... or maybe not.

RIP Robin Williams
Posted 11 years agoI know it's a couple days too late for me to say this, but to say the least, I was shocked by the news.
I've never mentioned it before, but Robin Williams was one of the funniest people I have ever watched on a screen.
Like many children who grew up/were born in the 90's, I liked Disney's Aladdin as a kid, where he played the Genie and his humorous performance, consisting of witty jokes, anachronisms, imitations, voices and such, led to this being one of my favorite Disney films of all time.
During my tween/early teen years, I also enjoyed Jumanji, Mrs. Doubtfire and Night at the Museum. I even confess to liking the oft-hated Patch Adams when I was 13.
As for Mrs. Doubtfire, I recall being overly glad of the fact that my parents allowed me to watch it (I was 13 at the time), even laughing at it with my older brothers, thinking that I was becoming more adult by enjoying adult humor (I'm sure I'm not the only one who thought so at that age).
I have a feeling that as a result of this, Bicentennial Man might become even more depressing for me, if that's even possible.
In short, I'm sorry to hear that a great comedian has passed away. All we can do now is cherish those memories of laughing at him and even crying when watching the dramedies he was in.

I might get a joint bank account
Posted 11 years agoEarlier today, I received a cheque for $2,500 from my grandparents after my high school graduation. My mother then considered opening a joint bank account with me.
I have not yet spoken to her about getting a PayPal account, but if she agrees to that idea then I can pay for commissions on here, provided I inform her about it.
I'd suggest a compromise in regards to how we deposit our money, but if she has a better idea then I'll gladly hear it.
Let me know what you think!

My thoughts on MLP: Equestria Girls - Rainbow Rocks
Posted 11 years agoSome time ago, I discovered that a sequel to Equestria Girls is in the works... brilliant, just brilliant.
It's bad enough that they made one EqG movie, which I didn't like, but two of them is more than I can bear!
I found the high school/prom aspect of the original cliché and hackneyed, so I'm not too sure DHX and Hasbro will put a creative twist on the whole "teenage band" thing either.
And the pony/human hybrids from the original? I'll say that what's left of my brain really hurts.
Also, I'm sure it'll be a pandering toy commercial just like the original film that disregards the franchise and why it got popular.
All I have left to say is, "Why would there ever be a sequel to Equestria Girls?"

Anyone remember Saban?
Posted 12 years agoIt came over me recently, but I was wondering if anyone remembered the name Saban from childhood, like how most of us recognize Disney.
Me, I remember the name mostly from watching the occasional episodes of Digimon and Power Rangers as a child.
If you need a refresher, try listening to these theme songs:
Adventures of Pinocchio
Bumpety Boo
Grimm's Fairy Tale Classics
Maya the Bee
Super Mario Bros. Super Show, among others.
If you need another refresher, remember the Saban logos with the "Gold Plate" in outer space or the "Kids on a ball in the sky"?

Merry Christmas, everyone!
Posted 12 years agoI wish you all a Merry Christmas and a happy 2014 to everyone!
This year, I received some clothes and some homemade goodies, a Lion bar, the 5-disc extended edition of The Hobbit, The Lion King for Game Gear, a USB drive and a Character Builder of Doctor Who.

Fat/inflation meme (late)
Posted 12 years agoIt may be too late to do this, but who cares?
1. Why do you like fat/inflation?
I don't know... maybe because on cartoons and stuff, I found it funny.
2. Which is better? Fat or Inflation? And why?
Inflation, because unlike fat, it's mostly cartoonish and unrealistic, but amusing.
3. Would you consider your liking sexual or not?
Uh... no.
4. Fat/Inflated guys or girls?
Hey, both guys and girls are fine for me.
5. Do you like inflation furs who are latex or rubber instead of fur?
Not really.
6. Would your character prefer fat or inflation?
He'd probably do inflation most often, but sometimes fat is OK, as long as it's cartoonish.
7. Opinion on slob furs.
"Ugh... gross", that's all I can say.
8. Opinion on vore.
Do I condone murder, cannibalism etc.? (awkward silence) There you go!
9. Best type of fur to fatten or inflate?
Canines and felines
10. Do you like it when the inflated fur pops or the fat fur explodes?
Unless, by "pop", you mean "deflation by puncture reverting them to normal" then NO!
11. Blueberry inflation?
Not really... even though I liked Willy Wonka as a kid.
12. What is one thing you don't like about fat/inflation?
Where to begin... naughty bit inflation, realistically drawn slobby fat, face inflation, body parts becoming swollen shut etc.
13. Who is the best inflation/fat artist?
I'll just give you a few:
shindenwolf,
ambipucca,
bond750,
chriselfox and
anthroenthusiast.
14. If their fursona was real, who would you most likely force feed/inflate and huggle? (not your character)
I'd go with
thneez and
ambipucca.
15. Do you like fat/inflation of characters from TV shows or video games?
Of course!
16. Do your non fat fur or non inflation friends mind that you're into that stuff?
Well... some people I know don't mind.
17. Does your family know that you're into fat/inflation or that you're a furry?
Not really.
18. Do they approve of it?
They don't know, so I don't have an answer.
19. Do you think it's fair to call it a "fat fetish" or "inflation fetish"?
No... wouldn't "fetish" imply I'm turned on by it?
20. Would you like a cookie?
SURE!

Ever been addicted to music few people know?
Posted 12 years agoBefore I allow you to let the question in the journal's title sink in, I'll also enlighten you on what I mean.
In Grade 10 early last year, I've taken Spanish class. Unfortunately, I have only basic knowledge of the language, but I'm not going to let myself get sidetracked.
For nearly a year, I've been listening to music from the (somewhat well-known) Chilean singer Memo Aguirre, often referred to as Capitán Memo.
As far as I am aware, his career consisted of singing theme songs for dubbed anime and superhero shows for the Latin American market during the 1980's, and because of the popularity of some shows (and the increasing market for superhero shows in the region at the time), his singing voice became popular... and consequently, that's what most people recognized him by, rather than by name or appearance, although he later did live performances of his theme songs in various parts of Latin America in recent years and even released "new" versions of them on a few CD's in 2004 and 2005!
However, I've heard his music through YouTube and other sources. It began when I was looking for episodes of the obscure anime Hana no Ko Lunlun on YouTube and I heard the Spanish theme song... it was so great, I had to find a complete version of it and sure enough, I did. From there, I listened to a lot of his music in my spare time.
If you're curious, try listening to these if you can:
La pequeña Lulu
Robot eres formidable
Angel, la niña de las flores
El vengador
El galactico
Capitan Futuro
He-Man
Bosque de amor
That's all I've got!

Is creative expression close to its death? (MLP:FiM related)
Posted 12 years agoThe question may provoke thoughts and answers, but from my point of view, I feel creative expression will never die!
With the onslaught of children's films and media merely pandering to kids with no respect for their naivete and liability to believe and act upon what they learn, it might leave some asking the same question as is written above.
For instance, Hasbro's recent Equestria Girls has gotten disapproval (even before its release) from many MLP:FiM fans. Although I have yet to see it for myself, all I can comment on the matter is that it contradicts the true nature of its source material, in which the true success was the wonderful and often clever writing of Lauren Faust, whose beliefs that a girls' show can still receive success even without the cliches and stereotypes of girls' stuff.
Us bronies and pegasisters saw the true success of it, and the wonderful writing and lack of the aforementioned stereotypes and cliches were among many reasons this whole fandom came to be.
In my opinion, MLP:FiM should return to its roots and continue the tradition of conveying well-thought messages and character developments and conflicts in Season 4, or else, many will lose interest.
Just because the "high-school-girl" doll type is popular, it does not mean that every brand name should jump on the bandwagon, because without proper thought, the results can (and often will) not succeed. While a good moral and some good writing may be found in Equestria Girls, Faust did not feel that "body shape" and "appearance" were important to a character, for proof, "The Great and Powerful" Trixie looks quite pretty, but she is arrogant and mean, and even turned evil in the episode Magic Duel. I too believe that personality makes a character rather than appearance, although the appearance can relate to their personality in some way, which often works.
And in regards to the question at hand, if we continue expressing ourselves and sharing our opinions with those around us, rather than forcing "opinions" upon everyone else for one's personal gain, then creative expression may live on, even amidst a sea of crappy children's media.
Art is all about creative expression, not focus groups or the popularity of something.

Weird dream last night! (O_O)
Posted 12 years agoI usually don't report dreams on fA in journals like this... but in this case, I'll make an exception.
Last night, part of my dream began with me coming downstairs and finding Blair from Soul Eater practicing (writing and singing) a song, half of which was in German. Then, for some reason, it led to me going to a big party at some weird house with a lot of people, including my friends.
At one point, as I walked around the building and past the entrance and exits to an auditorium, I saw the Angry Video Game Nerd walk out and the Nostalgia Critic in a ticket line for the auditorium's next big show...
Then later on, it became me and Lupin III (yes, the anime character) looking for something while walking around the same place at night. While I was quietly searching, he was like running around in desperation and freaking out about taking so long to for the thing.
...Sometimes, my imagination conjures up so many weird things....

My thoughts on Super Mario 3D World...
Posted 12 years ago(Before I explain, I'd like to tell you that I don't own a Wii U)
Earlier today, I saw the E3 trailer for Super Mario 3D World which is slated for a December 2013 release on the Wii U.
As a little research after seeing the trailer informed me, it is to be a sequel to Super Mario 3D Land, which I got for Christmas in 2011 and thoroughly enjoyed.
What really caught my attention was the 4-player co-op feature, even the option to play as Princess Peach, but also, like the Tanuki Suit, the CAT SUIT!
If these new features actually add more to the game, maybe I should give it a try...
However, as mentioned before, I do not own a Wii U. But my plan is to wait for there to be games worth buying... and if the Wii U will have a price drop (although it's highly unlikely).
Another problem is that I fear there may not be enough space in my house for a few game consoles... To clarify, I intend to get the Hyperkin RetroN 5 (which plays NES, SNES, Sega Genesis, Game Boy, Famicom, Super Famicom and Mega Drive games) as well as a Sega Saturn and a Dreamcast... obviously, retro gaming is soon to be a hobby of mine.
The OUYA, with its $99 price tag and "try before you buy" feature, also interests me... but I don't know if the OUYA and RetroN 5 have AV-out cables or anything... because I only have a few CRT TV sets and both systems have an HDMI cable.
But I know something will come of this issue. I know it will.

Does Hasbro hate us or what?
Posted 12 years ago...Man, and I thought Twilicorn was bad...
Anypony who follows the MLP:FiM fandom is most likely aware of the upcoming abomination simply titled "Equestria Girls"
It'd be one thing if Hasbro marketed human versions of the Mane Six as a toy line, but they're actually playing it in certain MOVIE THEATERS throughout North America.
I saw the trailer and everything I saw made me feel dirty, to say the least. Don't believe me? GOOGLE IT!
Fortunately, I know it's only a movie spun-off from the show, so I'm not gonna act like it's
ruined for good.
I just think Hasbro doesn't REALLY care about us fans and wants every brony and pegasister to vamoose with this atrocity.
...If one of my friends tells me that at the June 16 showing at my local multiplex, not many people paid to see it, I'll believe that.

Asobi ni iku yo!/Cat Planet Cuties review
Posted 12 years agoGiven my positive attitude towards and acceptance of furries (as long as they are good and respectable) and love of anime, I thought I'd check out Cat Planet Cuties online.
For those who don't know, it's about an occupant from Catia (a planet populated by alien cat-people) named Eris who comes to Earth to form a diplomatic relationship. Along the way, she meets, and falls in love with, Kio Kakazu, a bespectacled but kind boy in a video club. Hilarity ensues, as you can imagine.
Enough of that, I like how the show portrays the Catian aliens as pacifistic life forms who only want to form a friendship which brings me to say that I like how the show discourages war and tells us we should all get along with each other no matter what or who we are.
Of course, I agree that the chemistry between Kio and Eris/love... RECTANGLE, I guess, develops well enough over the course of the series.
To be more specific, the relationship between Eris and Kio does have the attention it deserves (albeit not a lot), like Kio, even though he doesn't really want to be Eris' mate, going to save Eris out of empathy. But luckily, it's not just the "damsel-in-distress" formula the show uses, in fact, even Kio often had to get his butt saved by a girl, particularly hot-headed, tomboyish but somewhat respectable Manami and shy, virtually friendless but super-human Aoi, and of course, Eris. But he doesn't hate Eris, more like he prefers being a friend and not just a toy for her to play with.
On that note, one of my big problems with anime in general is that there's a lot of gender stereotypes, like the high-school aged guys are perverse and desperately try to put the moves on the hot lady or the teenage girl who beats the crap out of boys that she thinks are perverted. Sure, Manami sometimes thinks Kio is a pervert, but this is probably one of few shows I've seen where the male protagonist is actually a respectable human being who doesn't believe he should have to date a hyperactive romantic like Eris. And Aoi is also a fair deviation from the gender stereotypes in anime shows. Sure, you might have seen the "shy, quiet girl who's actually good" in a lot of shows, but having a few girls of varying personalities really do show how much the writer believes women are equal, and that's something even Ranma ½ would envy.
-SPOILER ALERT-
I also sympathize with Kio, because Eris sometimes tries to get raunchy with him, but he doesn't like it and gets accused of being a pervert. I can relate to that, because I've been in situations where I had to be defensive like him. For instance, at school, certain girls I'm with at school who I'm friends with, are often claimed by some (teasing, if you will) to want to hook up with me. Whereupon, I claim that I only want to be just FRIENDS with the girl(s) in question... sadly, this is why I refuse to find a girlfriend... and I'm stuck with fanboy crushes...
Anyway, if you're at least 14-16 and you're used to seeing naked boobs or perv shots in an anime show, you'll probably be able to enjoy it. But you must also like it for its message.
And, big shock, I just can't get over how hot Eris is. Rrowr! Oh, sorry... couldn't help it... just a fanboy who likes catgirls... and she's just purrrrfect- AAAAGH! MUST REGAIN SELF-CONTROL! MUST HAVE DISCIPLINE! ...
I'm fine now... purrrrr...

Twilight Sparkle? A PRINCESS!?
Posted 12 years agoAs you can tell, I am totally pissed off by Hasbro's plans to make Twilight Sparkle a princess/Alicorn.
I mean, REALLY? You can't just do all these really good things for people and learn stuff about friendship and BECOME A GODDAMNED PRINCESS!!!
If that was true, I'd have a jeweled turban or crown, a big, colorful robe, a Rolex watch and I would be sitting on a throne right now!
Why Twilight Sparkle? She's not part of a royal family, and there has never been a prince or princess that wasn't part of a royal family!
If you think this is wonderful news, well I DON'T CARE! I only became a brony so I could fit in well online, but now I'm practically facing the consequences!
...stupid Americans controlling Canadian animators!

Why I like stuffed or inflated belly pics
Posted 13 years agoI've stated before that just because I like bellies, doesn't mean I'm weird or perverted.
When I was little, I sometimes liked to get hugs from people, and I always enjoyed cartoon characters getting stuffed or inflated because in my mind, it was funny.
Now, I just find it REALLY CUTE when I see pics like that here... I probably should fave more male belly pics so I don't seem perverted.
Anyway, that's the reason why.

'Tis the Season to Be Furry...
Posted 13 years ago(FYI, the title of the journal is taken from a Christmas tune sung by a musical toy in The Berenstain Bears' Christmas Tree)
Anyways, I got the idea from AnthroEnthusiast to make Christmas gifts for a few of my fA friends.
Luckily, I was smart enough to make a list of who to give to, though I will not do more than half-a-dozen or so. And on top of that, I'll have to find a time when I'll be free to do it.
It will be a quite a bit of work for me and even more so than the Renamon pic I did for bond750 a few months back... I'll try using my scanner and Paint.net to colorize them instead of colored pencil.

I don't mean to be rude, but why hasn't Mag responded?
Posted 13 years agoI sent thneez a few notes, but she hasn't responded for some reason. I don't know why, but on top of that, she hasn't done much recently, as far as I know.
If you're reading this, thneez, please reply, and don't forget to check your notes, please.

Interesting talk at school recently (journal)
Posted 13 years ago(Originally a note sent to thneez)
Recently, my English teacher was talking about whether or not you should keep something private if loads of people do it. Including one reason being that we don't want to make our parents worry and violate their trust.
In my case, I am afraid to tell ANYONE that I like inflation because I don't want to look like a pervert or get ridiculed by my siblings and classmates.
Here, on the other hand, a lot of people like inflation and I don't think they're perverted at all. But I prefer either belly or body inflation, because I find butt inflation weird and it kinda disgusts me, and I would seem like a pervert for liking breast inflation, so I don't.
Ever since I developed a liking for it at 11 years old, I have kept it secret from the people I know. Sometimes, your friends might not be able to keep secrets, so I haven't told them about this.
But I know you understand. I think I developed it from watching cartoons, but I think I've always had this awkward liking of bellies since I was a kid... I don't know where it came from, but it's still going strong.

I just had a blood test done
Posted 13 years agoRecently, I went with my mom to the hospital so I could get a bit of blood drawn.
Why? Because my mom told my pediatrician about a magazine article she read on how gluten could lead to celiac disease in autistic children. The problem is that I eat a lot of gluten (bread, pasta etc.), and things could be grim.
However, the results have not come in yet. I'm sure the IWK (a local health organisation) will inform my mom if anything is wrong with the blood sample and if I do have celiac disease.
All I can do now is hope for the best.

It's official... NOW I'm a BRONY!
Posted 13 years agoYou read that right! I have watched the first three episodes today, and already I find it's an awesome show.
Although I said earlier that I'm intolerant of non-Internet Flash animation, I'll have to make an exception in this case.
Pinkie Pie's song in Episode 2, I cannot stand, but at least the character designs are cool, Nightmare Moon is AWESOME x20, and the friendship lessons are useful for younger viewers.
Who says all girl toy-based kid shows insult a child's intelligence? And who says men can't like ponies?
...But you won't like me for this... For months, I've been saying there should be an MLP:FiM movie released to cinemas. While I recently drew up a crude teaser poster, I did write "starring the Mane 6!" meaning the voice actors should reprise their roles, and even wrote that it should also feature the voices of Uma Thurman and Gary Oldman as two villains. I even that added it should also be released in conventional IMAX format (not 3D) and...
Never mind, you got it already, I'm a brony.

I bought myself some VHS tapes!
Posted 13 years agoOn Thursday, I went to my local thrift store and got myself VHS tapes of the following movies
* Independence Day (THX Certified)
* Felix the Cat: The Movie (1994 VHS)
* Disney's Alice in Wonderland (198? VHS)
* Matilda (1996 VHS)
* Pokémon The Movie 2000
* Harriet the Spy (original VHS)
So far, these videotapes have been working fine, as if they've never been watched before.
These ran me well under $10, and I'm glad that these tapes were not in good condition, but they were also dirt cheap.
