Posted 2 months agoHello everyone, I have a big announcement regarding the current month of September, October, and early November.
As you all may have seen on my social media accounts, I’m planning a 6 week Birthday Streaming Event starting September 29th all the way to my birthday, November 8th. This event will be separated into 6 distinct categories, one category of games per week. The weekends during the event will have no streams, reserving those days for doing my massive birthday art project. The categories and the respective games I’ll play (in no particular order) for each week is:

8/19/2025 - A Big Announcement and Update after a Long Time
Posted 2 months agoMan, it's been a while since I've done one of these.
Anyway hey everyone, I have a big announcement for you all about my art, writing, and other projects of mine for the next couple of months.
First off, I recently posted this on some of my social media accounts, but I’ll say it on here. I said a couple of days ago that I decided to HALT any YCHs, gift arts, and requests indefinitely until further notice. There’s a couple of reasons for this:
- Job Uncertainty and Possible Job Acquisition
- Wanting to concentrate and expand on my own works rather than others
- Wanting to develop new series and creating/recreating OCs
- [For the short run] Hyper focusing on my birthday art pieces that’ll be set for releasing in early November
On the topic of my projects, I do plan to introduce a new series, Dissented Creations, and reviving the Everlasting series after 8 months (December 7th, 2024) since the first story was published on Furaffinity.
Presently, there are 3 series I have in development:
- Smiling Critters RE:Birth AU
- ‘Everlasting’
- Pokémon Mystery Dungeon AU: Dawn of a New Era
Soon enough, it’ll be 4 series in development with the addition of Dissented Creations before the end of this year.
Now about my upcoming birthday art, it’s going to be one of the biggest projects I’m ever going to attempt. Originally, I had the thought of it being one art piece of 20+ characters including myself. However, that would be a suicide mission for my wrists, fingers, and mind. I probably wouldn’t be able make the deadline either.
So, I had a new idea. 4 SFW “photographs” of my “birthday party” at dusk, each representing their own category of characters that’ll be featured in the “pictures”:
- OCs & ‘Everlasting’
- Smiling Critters RE:Birth AU
- Pokémon Mystery Dungeon AU: Dawn of a New Era
- Dissented Creations
Shortly after, I got the idea of adding a 5th “photograph” of friends and buddies. HOWEVER, I think it’s a horrible idea, since I believe it wouldn’t make sense and that everyone I know would want in the “photograph”. The first 4 “photographs” are of my own creations and adding a 5th of characters that aren’t mine would be nonsensical. Also, I know a lot of people that would want in and I have enough on plate with 32 characters with 4 different instances of me, a total of 36 characters. So yeah… it’s a very terrible now that I think about it more.
Lastly, for the rest of August, I will finish up 5 SFW & NSFW projects before starting on my birthday project in September. I will also be planning my (around a) month long Twitch Streaming Event, filled with games I’ve never or haven’t played for a while and those I’ve played often.

Posted 8 months agoHello all, I should be sleeping rn (it's 1 AM and close to 2 AM in the fuckin' mornin') but here I am writing a journal. =w=
Anyway, I thought I'd post an update about some of the upcoming projects I'm gonna do since I'm changing things up from the list I provided in the 'Uncertainty Update' entry from the 6th of this month.
On Twitter, I posted a poll asking my audience what NSFW story I should work on next after Smiling Critters RE:Birth AU Episode 2 is published (hopefully by the end of this week). The choices were:
- Neverlasting, a Sequel to Everlasting
OR
- Puppy Love, a Dogday x Catnap Story (RE:Birth AU)
OR
- Mourning Love, a Gaizhin x Primm Story (Gaia's Father x Prime Dracokid)
All 3 choices are Male-Male Stories with each story getting a SFW and NSFW cover arts. As of now, Puppy Love has received 12 votes while Mourning Love has 1 vote. Neverlasting has 0 votes. Despite the poll having 6 days left, there's clearly a winner here and that's Puppy Love. (Didn't think ppl would choose this option overwhelmingly the most.)

2/6/2025 - Uncertainty Update
Posted 9 months agoHello all! It's been awhile since I've put a journal here. (My last journal was on 12/12/24!? [57 days!?])
As you all saw, I've posted a good number of art pieces since those 'In Love' animation frames. However, I still have an art piece and a writing piece that'll be posted on here on Valentine's Day (2/14). Something to look forward to tbh ^///^ (Especially if you like the Smiling Critters.)
Now then, what's next after this? What's after the 2/14 posting? Tbh, I don't really know. I'm in the process of getting a part time job to earn some extra money. So, there's a lot of uncertainty regarding my art and writing. Obviously, I want to keep doing this but if I'm forced to work a full time job. Well, bye bye art and writing...
I hope not. Maybe one day I'll open a patreon or a Ko-Fi for donations cuz I wanna keep doing this. There's a lot of stories and art I still wanna do. Like I have years and years worth of content to write and draw for the whole world to experience.
Anyway, short term wise, what's next after 2/14? Well, I hope to these projects for February and March:

Posted 11 months agoHello all, it's nearly a month since I've last done a journal entry. I also like to apologize for the radio silence most of November after my birthday. However, I was being productive.
This week, on 12/7, 'Everlasting, a Ryoto x Gaia Story' will be releasing along with its SFW Cover Art. Its NSFW Cover Art sadly won't be released on 12/7 as Smiling Critters RE:Birth is taking priority after 'Everlasting' is published. Also, on 12/7, I'll be releasing a SFW Art Piece of my OC, Tan, in my current style.
There are several projects I have planned to do this whole month and keep in mind there are some projects uncertain to be done during this month.

10/14/2024 - Big Update
Posted a year agoAlrighty, I know I've been quite inactive & silent with the posting and stuff on here and dA. I've been quite slammed with so many projects and preparations for the birthday event. I haven't had a good chance to rest properly. ^^;
Nonetheless, I'm trying to pace myself as well as I can with everything goin' on.
Now then, back to business. I'm currently working on Smiling Critters RE:Birth AU Chapter 4, "Destiny of Rebirth and True Desire". Initially, it's supposed to be around 8 to 10 pages. However, since I want to you all to get a feeling for the new AU universe, it might be around 13 to 17 pages, depending on the amount of detail I want to add for just this final chapter. It's suppose to be taste for the new universe not a buffet. (Sry for the dumb metaphor.)
For the birthday arts, both NSFW and SFW, they are nearly complete. The NSFW arts are 99% complete with some details needing to be added while the SFW art is 90% complete.
Furthermore, I did say that I will be starting a new writing/prose project that will focus on the dracokids, Ryoto and Gaia, with accompanying SFW and NSFW art. I would like to mention that the dracokid project is both SFW and NSFW and will include a lewd scene with the two. HOWEVER! However, it isn't about the lewd stuff. It's about the lore between these two boyos. Their relationship. Their lore as a species. The dracokid society. And so on and so forth. I am estimating it'll be around 15 to 18 pages long, depending on how much detail I want to include once again since both of them are starring in the Smiling Critters AU. The release date would probably be mid to late November.
Lastly, there's gonna be a reskin of (https://www.furaffinity.net/view/57714458/) that but with my AU's versions of Catnap and Dogday (I don't think I'll be drawing their clothing. Too little time.) and the Chapter 4 cover art that will have Catnap and Dogday (possibly clothed if it goes well enough).
Additionally, there are a lot of projects I want to do/have to do before the year is over. There's also some arts and projects I do owe to some people I know.
First off, the projects I want to do before the year is over is, to name the ones on my mind rn:
- the start of a new series of the Smiling Critters RE:Birth AU with accompanying cover art, with each episode possibly being around 12 to 25 pages.
- Catnap x Dogday art piece (possibly suggestive, less likely to be fully NSFW)
- Ryoto and Gaia pieces (both SFW and NSFW)
- drawing my AU's version of Bubba Bubbaphant, Kickin Chicken, Hoppy Hopscotch, Picky Piggy, Bobby Bearhug, and Crafty Corn individually
- Catnap and Dogday funny drawing
- redrawing one of my first original characters in my current style, Tan
Secondly, the projects I do owe to some people:

4) I will officially start using Itaku on my birthday.
5) I will upload all of my art on Itaku but not on Bluesky before the birthday countdown event.
6) I will posting the NSFW birthday art, SFW birthday art, Smiling Critters RE:Birth Chapter 4, and its accompanying cover art on my birthday on here, on my twitters, on Itaku, and on Bluesky.

9/24/2024 - Update on some things
Posted a year agoHey everyone, I thought I'd give an update on a couple things since it's nearing the end of September.
First of all, I've been working hard on the birthday art pieces. One of them is completed and only 5 more remain. 4 of them are NSFW pieces that will have a couple of people that I know: Charlie, Gemonous, Coffee, and Classic.
Secondly, I will be also working on the last lore chapter of the Smiling Critters RE:Birth AU that'll span around 8 to 10 pages long. The release will also have a cover art piece along with it just like when Chapter 3 and its accompanying art were released. I don't have an exact date and time that it'll be released but I estimate that it'll be released in late October during my birthday countdown event on Twitch.
Regarding the event, the schedule is already released on my (SFW & NSFW) Twitter. However, I had to leave the NSFW streams that'll be streamed on Picarto. I'll be streaming coloring lewd art one day and playing Starbound with NSFW mods (and with cheats in moderation) on the other. Those days will be on 10/21 and 10/22.
Lastly, there are some SFW and NSFW art pieces that I need to catch up on. I will try to get to work on that after the birthday countdown event. I have a lot of work ahead of me ^^;
Oh! I have been having a couple of health problems the last couple of days. I'm hoping I will get over it without doctor help cuz doctor is so fucking expensive. :<

9/15/2024 - Smol Yet Big Update
Posted a year agoAll right! After a good while of struggling with writing the last pages of Chapter 3, I'm happy to say that Stage 1 (Word Vomit/Rough Draft) is complete. Stage 1 yielded 25 pages with 8,947 words. Next, Stage 2 (Revision & Editing) & Stage 3 (Detailing/Finalizing) hopefully will either take one to two days to complete altogether.
The cover art for Chapter 3 is 57% complete. The characters are flat colored only. They need to arranged, shadowed, background needs to be created, and other things.

9/1/2024 - Quick Update/Happy September
Posted a year agoHullo all! I just wanted to make a quick update on my current projects that I'm focusing on. First off, the big project, Smiling Critters RE:Birth Chapter 3, is progressing well. It's slow but well. I've been balancing my Twitch streaming (gaming) and my projects so that's the big reason for the slow but steady progression. There are 3 stages for the Chapter 3 project: "Word Vomit" stage, "Detailing" stage, and "Editing/Revision/Finalization" stage. I'm still on the Word Vomit but the general story is nearing its completion. I have to do research on the canon and try to incorporate that into my story. It's harder than you think. ^^;
As I said before in the previous journal entry, I won't release Chapter 3 when it enters the last of the 3 stages. I will be doing cover art for the biggest chapter. So, once the art is complete, both the art and writing will be released. :3 The art right now is in its rough sketch phase so ye.
That's all I wanted to say for the time being. Hope y'all are having a good day or night! :3

8/28/2024 - Very Quick Update
Posted a year agoHere's a very quick update exclusively for FA rn. I'll post this on dA tmrw or later w/o the lewd/NSFW mentions. (I'm on the verge of collapsing from drowsiness.)
So, I'm gonna put a halt on my art (both SFW and NSFW) to complete my SFW writing project (Chapter 3 of the lore chapters for the Smiling Critters RE:Birth AU) that should've been complete a month or so ago.
So ye. No new art this or next week with the exception of the Autumn debut-reskin art and alt art coming on 8/29. I'll be focused on writing and complete Chapters 3 and 4 of the lore chapters and I can PROBABLY move on to making the main series of the RE:Birth AU.
Will there be art of it? Maybe, I'm not sure. It depends cuz I feel like my art skills have been really really REALLY lacking as of late.
That's all for now. Imma go collapse now. Good night (even tho it's 2:40 in the afternoon).

8/10/2024 - Another Update after nearly a whole month aga...
Posted a year agoHello! It's been a good while again! :3 How are you all? I've been doing poorly sadly. Many life things been going and it doesn't help that I injured myself, got sick, etc. Doesn't help that I have a very poor sleep schedule either. XD
Nonetheless, I've been working on so many SFW and NSFW projects as of late. Also, been reviving old projects too like the comic piece I recently posted that's been in the scraps for a month. I put the Dogday X Catnap animation on pause currently. On the SFW side of things, I've been working Catnap and Dogday drawings and, hopefully soon, I'll be working on emotes on my own for my Twitch channel and personal use too. :3
On the NSFW side of things, I've recently introduced a new OC of mine named Gaia. (Only new to you all. He has existed for quite awhile in my book of original characters.) I do plan to make more art with him as well as Ryoto. I'm possibly thinking of introducing a new Dracokid into the mix of SFW and NSFW drawings. I'll think about it. :3
Regarding the species of Dracokids, I will make a journal entry on Furaffinity and on deviantArt about said species since there's so little known things about them. I will do that later. Hopefully by this week it'll be published (the week of 8/11 - 8/17).
Lastly, the writing for the Smiling Critters RE:Birth AU. I've finally had a chance to write Chapter 3 of the Lore Chapters before the main series. HOWEVER! However, I've ran into a snag with continuity and the game's established lore. I'm trying to weave the official game's lore with my AU's lore. Hopefully, I can figure out a solution very VERY soon. Like I've mentioned before, I've been attempting to balance my day to day, my normie streamer life, my writing hobby, and my so called furry hobbyist art life. It's been going well so far but it's been difficult. XP
All in all, it's been a productive month mostly. Oh! Before I forget, I posted a poll on Twitter that I had an idea. This is what I said:
"There's an idea wanna do but I don't think I have the skills to do it.
But I could like put up a text storyboard video (no drawings, just text) with the music
Would any of you mind on seeing/hearing my idea?"
I plan on revealing that tomorrow (8/11/24). Along with a new Catnap comic page. A NSFW art piece featuring Gaia and Ryoto. And a very short meme video regarding the new Catnap comic page. The videos will solely posted on Twitter with promo thumbnails on Furaffinity and deviantArt while the arts will be posted on Twitter, Furaffinity, and deviantArt.

7/15/2024 - An Update after nearly a whole month
Posted a year agoHelloooooo! I know it's been nearly a whole month since I wrote an update. A lot happened as of late. I've been getting back into Twitch streaming, Picarto streaming, drawing, writing, and a lot of the life things. As of late, I've gotten seriously injured and need to observe my condition for the next couple of days, but I can do my usual things. I've been procrastinating a lot of my art and writing as of late and focused on being a streamer.
Just recently, I posted on Twitter that I got re-inspired to continue my scrapped project of the Dogday x Catnap 'animation'. I'm making a comic page (one singular page) of a scene in the Smiling Critters RE:Birth AU between Catnap and Dogday. It sorta like a meme and I thought it'd be funny to do it. There are other art projects I'm going to do too while I'm trying to balance between gaming streaming, writing, drawing, and art streaming once again. Making schedule will help for a few days till I start procrastinating again or have to postpone stuff due to 'life things' and my messed up sleeping schedule. (As I'm writing this, I've been up for at least 24 hrs. xwx)
Lastly, since I think this is worth mentioning, I'm actually losing my ability to draw and write the past few weeks. Been making too many art mistakes and can't write simple dialogue and description for Lore Chapter 3 of the Smiling Critters RE:Birth AU. It sucks. A LOT! Dunno how I'm going to get past this kind of art block and writer's block. We'll see. Hope you all are having a good day or night! :3 [또 봐요~! ^w^/]

5/30/2024 - End of the Month Update
Posted a year agoAs you've seen, the past 3 days I've been posting my drawings that I've made from various frames of my animation projects to character drawings like [the Creator], even making alt arts. I think I've done enough for those already and I'm going to be focusing on Chapter 3's development from here on out. I want to release that as soon as possible.
Now, there is some bad news. I am considering on cancelling my animation project due to the fact that it's quite difficult to create and balance with other projects and life basically. I will try to keep it going but it'll more than likely be on the backburner and not the focus for a good while.
Lastly, I don't know when I'll draw something new again, especially Dogday and Catnap. It's tough for me to draw constantly and consistently. My art quality tends to go up and down. I really do need inspiration and some passion to do any drawing to be honest. Nonetheless, I will try to create new drawings at some point. :3
P.S: I also have to begin Twitch streaming consistently again, not regarding any art I make but simply gaming and new games I want to stream on the platform.

5/19/2024 - New Smiling Critter AU Projects Update
Posted a year agoAlrighty! A lot has happened since the last journal entry, 12 days ago. First of all, Chapter 3 is still in development, in the planning phase. One of the reasons why is because this chapter is the biggest chapter out of the four. From the looks of things, this chapter might be 20+ pages long compared to 8 pages from last chapter. Secondly, I'm developing/planning Chapter 4 as well as planning a "spinoff" slice-of-life series with the Smiling Critters from my AU. That series will also occasionally feature the otherworlders from Chapter 1 of the AU Lore such as [The Creator], Tommy, Nya, and Ryoto.
The spinoff series sadly will likely contain very little to no art. I am not that skilled enough to do art like that, so it'll all be prose. I would like to get an artist to do something like this but alas I can not for quite obvious reasons. (It's called money that I don't have. XD)
The animation project I'm putting to the side again since I have to concentrate all of my focus into writing Chapter 3. Now, I may draw the last base drawing I need while writing Chapter 3, but that's just a hypothetical at this point. So ye.

Posted a year agoAlrighty, so not a lot has been happening in regards to my projects. I have published a lore chapter couple of days ago on my Smiling Critters AU. Other than that, not much has been done. I've overworked myself to the point where I just had to take a break for more than a week :p

4/23/2024 - Smiling Critters AU Creation
Posted a year agoI finally have chapter titles for my Smiling Critters AU (AU meaning Alternate Universe). Each lore chapter is like a short-short story, a piece of prose around 1.5K to 7.5K words. I'll be posting these chapters on Furaffinity and deviantArt.
The chapter title for the lore of my AU are:
Chapter 1: World of Lies and False Hope
Chapter 2: Dream of Love and False Hate
Chapter 3: Words of Loathe and False Honesty
Chapter 4: Destiny of Rebirth and True Desire
Additionally, the overall title for the Smiling Critters AU is Smiling Critters - RE:Birth (<--Title in progress <--) Idk tbh :p

I'll try my heckin' best to make my lore interesting and enticing. I didn't have good "training" when I was back in college. It was such minimal training I received from the university. Big shame...
Nonetheless, I will do my best to bring quality content.
4/19/2024 - Animation Preview!
Posted a year agoAnother good week has passed! I'm nearly done with half of the animation! So, if I finish the last set of 5 frame by today and a bit of tomorrow, I'll be able to post a preview of the animation. I won't be able to show anymore of animation draft updates and such. Possibly only certain frames! Because the second half of the animation has all the juicy stuff. >:3
4/13/2024 - Learning and Art Mistakes
Posted a year agoI know it's been a good while since my last journal entry on 4/6 (a week ago?). I noticed in recent days that my art of Dogday and Catnap comic has a good amount of errors and such. As someone who wants my art to be very good as possible and presentable, I'll edit and update it as soon as I can.
Furthermore, I have been working on the animation frames and I'm getting to a quarter of the way done. I've been having trouble drawing Dogday at the moment and I've been learning how to draw features in a new way and I'm trying to incorporate those ways into my art so that it'll look a lot better than before.
I'll be posting some frames on here when I'm halfway done with the animation frames. Drawing the bases and tracing the edits to those bases are so much harder than I previously thought. I'll try to figure to get it done faster and continue on the comic. I'm NEVER gonna work on an animation ever again. ^^;
