decided to do some bicep work tonight after ignoring them for so long. It wasnt a very heavy weight. 35 pounds per arm. Enough to get down 15 reps. Then 12 reps on 25 pounds, 10 on 35 again. Then 10 on 25... Then i significantly dropped the weight to 15 pounds...each set i worked to positive failure (when you cant lift anymore without cheating) and those last few despite the light weight were killer.
