Posted 4 years agoSo I've been thinking about this for a little while now, but I wanted to ask everyone: would you like it if I uploaded WIPs of my pictures, and/or old works from when I was younger? I know I take a long time to complete most pictures, and it's usually awhile between my uploads, and I figured if I'd upload some of the older things I've saved but never uploaded, and Works in Progress, it would be a nice way to fill the time between completed works. That said, I'm not sure how into that people would be. Thoughts?

Posted 5 years agoI try to be a good person; supportive and positive, and looking for the good things in life, and for the most part, I'm not sad very often, but there's always been this part of my brain that, rather loudly, tells me that I'm not good for anything. I worry that my ideas are awful, I'm insecure about my talents as an artist, and on a level I guess I always hesitate; fearing that ultimately I will fail at the things or try, or no one will be interested in the things I make. That's why this is kind of a big thing for me.
I WANT to create, I want to make things, I want to make my ideas happen, and I WANT to entertain. I've been telling myself, as well my friends have been telling me, that I am indeed worth something. Money has always been a problem for me, as I don't make a lot and I can't actively take many hours at work with how my life is currently.
So today, I made a Ko-Fi. You can find the link here https://ko-fi.com/L3L42V04G and I want to start having the power to push forward with the things I want to do, and if people want to help support that, this will be the best way to do so. There are so many projects I want to do, so many ways I want to grow! Writing, Art, Youtube, I want to see just how far I can go, just how high I can reach! Posted 5 years agoI don't know what it is, but somewhere along the line, I started losing my ability to motivate myself through projects. Most work has slown down to a crawl, and while Isolation hasn't helped, it's not the only thing to blame. I'm not sure what it was, or what it is, but I want to try to fix it. I want to get some steam behind me again. So, what am I going to do in order to start tackling this? The answer is a constant TO-DO list here so I don't forget it. Let's see if having everything all together to remind me doesn't help me start getting myself into gear.

Posted 5 years agoThank you, so much to everyone whose stuck with me, and to all the newcomers. I know I say this every year, but it really does mean the world to me that you're there. Knowing that I can entertain: even if it isn't as frequently as I'd like to, knowing that people are interested in my ideas, or just wanting to be friends, makes my every day! It's not just tonight either! I love you all so much, and deeply appreciate every moment you're here, commenting, faving, or just talking, reminding me that I SHOULD keep trying and keep going. Years and years ago, I almost decided to give up art all together and just focus on writing, but I'm glad I didn't. I've met so many wonderful people, grown in skill and mindset so much, and I have all of you to thank for it.
Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, thank you. And as far as Written Wednesday and all that goes, I just wanted to let everyone know that in lieu of the season, I won't be streaming tomorrow. lol enjoy time with your friends and family! Until Sunday. Part of me wishes I could stay until Monday, but the one year I did, I felt terribly sad seeing all the signs come down. It's like watching magic disappear from the world. lol again, forgive me for being 7 shades of sappy.
How will you travel to/from the convention?
I've pulled a few contacts in Starfleet, I should have a Danube for the weekend, failing that, a van.
Who are you rooming with?
Tersethra & her husband, My sister 
Spazzfur , and her friend

Who will you hang out with during the convention?
Oh well goodness, lol as many people as I can!!
Where will you be most of the time during the convention?
Hm... lol either in the room, or out on the con floor.

This year, no. I was thinking about it, but I wasn't able to get to the tailor in time.

Oh good heavens yes! Yes to both questions! I actually want to try to be in suit more this convention! And Jyoo C Froot is a very talkative character: dim, but talkative!

As much as physically possible!

I'm not really a party type of person, at least not the drinking kinds of parties!

Goodbye, Max
Posted 6 years agoI knew eventually I'd have to write this journal, but you're never really ready for this sort of thing. I feel like every time I write one of these, and thank God they're rare, I go on this big preemptive apology about not fishing for attention or drama. Anyone who knows me knows I'm private with my problems, and I hate dragging other people down. I also know that equally, a lot of you encourage me that you know me better and you'd rather I'd be upfront with my feelings, so I'm going to be honest: I'm not feeling so great right now. My dog Max died today.
He's been struggling to breathe for awhile now due to a collapsed trachea. When we discovered it, the vet said it was the worst he'd ever seen in his time as a Vet. The price for surgery at the only place near us which could do it, was so far out of my reach that I was looking for additional jobs. But of course, no one in my area is really hiring. We tried a medication treatment to help, and it offered him some relief for a time, but Saturday at 6:30am, Max had a Seizure. He'd slowly been getting worse, and I think Saturday, we finally just hit the point of no return. He seemed to recover well enough during the weekend, but we knew his time was short. Unfortunately, there was no place open to end his pain that was open on the weekend. Last night, I had to listen to him have cluster seizures, one right after another, and by this morning, Max was in very poor shape.
Mercifully, his suffering didn't last long, and we went peacefully at the vet's office, but I still feel awful. Max had been with us for so long. Even barely able to breathe, he'd try to play with the other dogs. Even this weekend, after the Seizure, he'd force himself to get to the door and greet everyone when I got back from grocery shopping and work. That tail would still waggle, no matter how weak, he'd come over to be beside you, and he'd do his best to keep going on like normal. It doesn't even feel right now knowing he's not inside. I wish things would have been different. I wish I had the money to fix his throat. I don't care how expensive it would've been, if I had the money, I would've paid! I'm sorry he had to go like this. I love you, Max. I have and always will. I didn't want to have to say goodbye.

Posted 6 years agoI know it's really cheesy to want to say this, especially with how infrequently I upload, but I really do appreciate each and every one of you for watching and keeping up with me. I can't tell you how much it means to know that I can entertain as many of you as I do, or make as many of you as I do happy, or joyful. I consider all of you my friends, and it's heart warming to know that a lot of you think of me the same way. There's been a few of you who have called me some pretty great things, or given me praise that I don't feel I've earned, but so long as I can improve your day, that's all I need to be happy. So, just thanks for hanging around lol. I appreciate it.

You're alone in the depths of space in a small craft on a mission to deliver goods to a colony. On the far edge of your sensors you see a derelict space craft that looks to be long since abandoned. Approaching, the design is unfamiliar to you but seems to have some level of atmosphere and a fading supply of power still active. The ship is 5 decks tall, 4 and 5 are exposed to hard vacuum. Deck 1 is the command area, 2 Engineering, and 3 is some kind of cargo/hangar area. Where do you enter from?
