I'm thinking about stopping requests on this site, mainly with certain users.
I'f you're one of my close friends (meaning we've known each other for years) You're free to ask me to draw you anything <3

But anyways back on topic.

Ive noticed this ever since i joined this site (2011) ive been having some users claim to be my "friend" when we haven't really talked.
Mainly Ive been feeling like You all sorta use me to get some kind of art out of me. Why?
Every time i'm upset, vent, rant, and so forth you never make an effort to help me or give me advice.
You're never there to fully "support" me.

BUT as soon as you want some kind of art, you come crawling to me. You try to your best to get on my good side.
You make hints and vague responses that obviously makes it clear you want me to draw your fursona.

I'm not an art machine. Don't pretend to be my friend or get close to me just for free art.
If you're going to be my friend, then act like one. Be there for me, support me. Don't just ignore me unless you want art.
That's not even a friendship.
That's just you wanting something out of me.

This has been on my mind for a VERY long time and i'm just now letting this out.
I'm very disappointed in some of you.

I see this a lot on dA and FA and it honestly makes me sick

In a relationship if you:
-force your partner to stay with you/not want to leave you
-guilt trip them into getting what you want or to not leave you (like using suicide or self harm to scare them)
-threaten them
-tell them who they can and can't be friends with/control who they befriend
-turn the relationship into it only being about you and caring for you
-lash out at them or hit them for doing something you didn't "like"
-only being together for their art, money, body, or for sex only
-use your partner as some form of object to vent on and get rid of stress on
-hurt them in any way and say things like "sorry i wont do it again" and proceed to hurt them again
-only make your emotions and opinions matter and not care for your partners
-guilt tripping them for attention
-anything like the above ^^^ the list can go on for hours


Congrats you're some form of an abuser/emotional abuser :^)
and you should probably rethink and fix your ways
because you don't deserve a partner if you treat them like shit/nothing!!!

Being in a relationship is about supporting each other, helping each other, and basically making things work with each other. IF YOU can't even support someone else then you shouldn't be in a relationship.

A RELATIONSHIP IS NOT ONE SIDED AND ONLY ABOUT CATERING YOUR NEEDS. THAT'S NOT HOW IT WORKS.

i was eating and felt like this sharp piece in between my teeth and IN MY MIND i thought i somehow cracked or chipped my tooth and freaked out and had an attack for a few hours

also i have this strange phobia of imperfections on my body??
idk why but when i see or feel something that isn't "normal looking" or "good" or just when something bad happens to me in general
i freak out like REALLY bad
like when i broke my toe, i had an anxiety attack and made myself sick and cried a lot
all because "oh if its broken then its gonna bend/look weird and people will notice it hahaaaa"

ugh kill me

i cry over the most stupidest things...

i even cried once because i was streaming art and none of my friends showed up knowing they're probably busy

-Doing a "rushed" or sketch/doodle trade is not acceptable. :/ i spend a lot of effort into my art only to get back something half assed? really??

It can be anything, any colors, but please make the colors blend? Don't slap on some random colors together.
It really hurts my eyes when colors don't match or don't blend well. If you're going to use neons please do not put neons on neons.

Don't make a neon green character with red stripes and blue spots. that's a bit of a lazy design and plus ow my eyes lol.

It angers me when people who don't suffer from depression thinks you can automatically "cure" it by "being happy for once"

EXAMPLE:
person1: im depressed
person2: have u tried being happy for once

Depression is random. There is no reason or cause for it to appear.
Something amazing could happen to you and you can be completely happy then BOOM suddenly you're depressed.

Depression is a mental illness. It stays with you. It's not every day sadness that others tend to think it is.
"i failed my test im sad :(" is not depression "i feel empty and i want to be alone and not do anything" is depression.

I have depression. I can still be "happy". I can still smile, laugh, and so on. But that doesn't change the fact that I still have depression.
You can still have depression and be happy. so that argument doesn't really work.

there still is some bugs such as missing textures and character creation crashing.

Do you ever get into these moods where you get this sudden burst of energy to draw
but then when you start or try to, you just blank out and stop drawing.

another thing is i only post furry or animal related things here, hardly any human art. mostly because my human art

or the site that i originally asked you on, or than you asked me on. (EX: I post my half on FA and you post your half on Facebook or on any other site besides FA that you know me on. ) Like??? Please don't? You CAN post it whereever, but atleast post it on the site where i posted my half??... because then people are going to get onto me about "not finishing" or "not posting" MY half, in which i did. It would be different if i posted my half on other sites and you did the same.
