So yeah, life has been lifeing and I'm not completely happy with it cause I'm working all the time. Its not that i don't
like working but dong 60+ hours a week, for the last 2 months has been exhausting, and leaves me no time to do stuff
that I enjoy doing.
I managed to get a few art pieces down. And a few meaning like 3 since the last entry.

I passed 300 followers on twitter... That's kinda dope, as I don't / well haven't drawn really smutty stuff and that and
pop furry stuff seem to be what gets you attention.
My DA account has been doing okay as well. While i'm not a fan out he platform too much due to how much of the Ai shit
that they push over there, Its nice to receive enguagement none the less.
My FA account has been doing okay as well IMO specially for the same reasons that my Twitter has been a slow grower lol.
The Furry Visual Novel Demons Within next update will be coming w/ a new feature to view Fan ARt, and yours truely will
have a feature in the first ones. This is so dope, cause its one of my current favorite Visual Novels.

General | Posted 2 years agoWow, can you believe it's really December 14th? We're almost halfway through this month which is the last month of the year like what happened? Why is everything moving so fast?
What''s Up
- First I want to say Happy birthday to the emperor space wolf "Amicus" from Adastra. I have had feelings for him since I'vs read the visual novel. I will do a art for him at some point today but if I don't finish definitely by the weekend. Also Working on a piano Cover of the Adastra Theme. Will post that eventually too.
- The Video Game Awards happened last week and it was a mostly a snore fest for me.
- GTA VI is a thing coming in 2025. Lets Go!!!
- E3 is Dead officially now... I guess a part of my child hood died along with it. I guess i have nothing to look forward to in early June anymore to get me excited about gaming....
- I'm begining to see a lot of the furry community is full of brats and childish drama. Nothing involving myself of course but an eye opener none the less.
- I kind feel like I'm over a lot of VNs. Not cause they are bad but jsut cause most of them are unfinished. On top of the thre are only a slelect few that updates regularly.
- Early next year I will be opening up commissions but I'll probably won't do too many at first just so I don't burn out.
- I'll probably be doing journal entries more often. Origiannlly i was just gonna start posting my random thoughts on twitter & Bluesky but sometimes i want to elaborate more on ideas.
Final Thoughts
I've been getting more followers and watchers lately around the web and, I'd like to thank everyone. Its rough out here being an unknown artist. It doesn't help that I am pretty slow at drawing and lack motivation most of the time to do it.

General | Posted 2 years agoWow, this year went by so fast. It didn't really matter what I was doing It still felt like the days were constantly flying.
What I am up to now
Currently, I'm trying to get back into the rhythm of juggling in real life s***, art, music, and playing video games. I may sound like a broken record but honestly keeping balance with things that You have to and things you want to do the so difficult.
What am I drawing next?
Honestly I want to get another Amicus drawing out there. It has been a while since I drew him and he used to be a comfort character for me.
I also want to draw another character from the demons within visual novel.
I also have a s*** ton of Disney characters that I want to draw before the end of the year. I'm going to try to keep pace for 2 to 3 pieces a week. Hopefully I can keep up with that.
Commissions
I will eventually open up commissions but probably not until 2024 because this year my time is pretty much spent.
Anything else
I kind of want to keep up on putting journal entries out more frequently. Maybe not as long but it should be something I can do without too much issue.
Other thoughts...
Also guys, support artist... Like comment and share their work. It may not look like it, but honestly we put extreme amount of time into honing our crafts and most of the time we aren't getting paid for it.

First and foremost, shout out to everyone who watch and follow me wherever I made accounts. Its rough out here for those of us who aren't whales & people who aren't in the "In" crowds. I truly appreciate all the support and love I receive for my art. Since this my first journal entry I'm gonna try to keep this as short and to the point as i can. I will only touch on a few subjects so i don't bore everyone to death.
Twitter -
Okay Seriously What the fuck is Elon doing over there lol. While it is probably my most used social network these days outside of YouTube I'm really growing to dislike the platform more and more by the day.
My current gripes
- You can no longer directly link people to your twitter account if they aren't already a twitter user / logged in. Don't believe me Click this link to my twitter ( http://www.twitter.com/k9point5 ) I will take you to a page where you have to sign up for an account if you aren't logged in. Before you would be able to see my twitter feed.
- Editing Tweets are still hidden behind the twitter blue / verified paywall. Prior to the Elon take over it was supposed to be a feature coming to everyone eventually. I am sure that isn't happening now. I make a shit load of Typos and it would be nice to change them without having to delete tweets and reposing...
- Twitter is becoming increasingly draining to me... No I'm not one who gets involved in social media drama or arguments with trolls / internet trash. What's draining me is more of the content I'm seeing. I'm currently following like 177 people. A lot of them are artist or were artist at some point and some of them are Art Re-Tweeters, and the rest at some point were regular people who seemed cool. Out of the artist I follow some whales, Some up and coming whales, and a lot of big fish. The problem is all I'm seeing is the art of these people non stop all day & everyday. They post there pics a few times a week, and these pics get retweeted by everyone I have listed. So instead of me seeing a verity of art to be inspired by, I'm just getting the same 15- 20 art pieces retweeted day in and day out for days.. So my dilemma is to find a solution just shy of unfollowing everyone.. I think my best bet is to find time to go through my following list and unfollow people who strictly just retweet posts I am gonna see anyways.

Flat out, I am not really a fan of the site... And it not because of the content there. I'm not a fan for 2 reasons:
1) The site is ugly AF, and everything feels dated. Think DeviantArt from 2000's. You would think with all the artist that go there they would hire some to upgrade the UI a bit.
2) The community feels deader than twitter at times. I feel like users there only look at the content from the whales they are already following everywhere already. So new users stand very little chance of gaining traction...

Fun fact while this account is fairly new, I technically have been a DeviantArt user for about 16 years now. This is my second account, while my other one is pretty much my IRL account. There is only 1 issue i have with this platform and that is how it has sold its soul to Ai. I was mortified when i returned to the platform after 6 years to find its home page is plagued by Ai generated images, and ads. After a month i found how to shut some of it off but a lot of it still seeps through. Also the same Ai shit shows up in recommended / similar content when browsing. It really makes it hard for me to want to browse this site like i used to years ago.
