Posted 10 years agoDoing just that. Radiation therapy has her really ill and they even have her on dilaudid narcotic needs every 6 hours.
poor little kitten...so get in a message while you can either comment here or if you want to be more quiet ill be openign up her notes temporarily.
Her emotional state of mind isnt doing too well. SHe is very frightened that she wont beat this fight. Its been going on for almost 3 years now. Help her have some hope. We love her and hope she can over come this.

She finally got the help she needed for full coverage medicaid!
Things seem to be finally taking a turn toward the right direction!
Maybe we will get her back within the end of the year!

Brain tumor biopsy results are in!
Posted 10 years agoUpdating in kaekos stead!
Okay so the doctor came in this morning because the results came in. Well it's lymphoma cancer related. And curable with chemo, but it's something I have to live with for the rest of my life.
As lymphoma is known to reoccur. It's slow growing but is treatable. I may suffer from strokes or seizures in the future
They do not want to do any brain surgery due to the fatality risks involved. As far as I know I'll be treated with high dose chemo, no radiation. Every 2 week's for 4 to 5 months, which places my bone marrow transplant on hold. You must be in remission for transplant.
The doctor said that the tumor is comprised of medium sized cells which is a good thing, meaning it's slow growing! No rush for tumor removal, just praying it shrinks.
Ummm did I miss anything?
They will be keeping me in the hospital until I'm comfortable enough to say I'm ready to go home. Which I'm thinking I'll stay over the weekend for safety and go stay with my,mother til the weekend and go home to Gloucester next weekend.
So far they are keeping me on steroids to reduce the brain swelling and giving me liquid pain relievers now.
Any questions? Blessed for answers and living another day. One day at a time!
Also she wants you to know she is confident she will win this fight!

Of course we are all scared. Look at me, I'm 26. I had a miracle child during chemotherapy. My family and friends pray every day asking why I'm smiling and so confident.
I thought about it hard in the beginning and I've had my share of tears and wanting to give up.
But I've got a supportive husband, a strong support group. Handsome and healthy son. When I close my eyes to sleep, I'm opening them the next morning and breathing another day.
I've got dealt a hard hand! Stage 4 Hodgkin lymphoma! 6 weeks pregnant! Half way through treatment my cancer mutated into non Hodgkin large diffuse B-cell lymphoma and I'm currently in the hospital for a brain tumor found Tuesday!! I've been married a little over a year to my best partner in life. He has my heart and his smile strengthens me.
I'm not afraid anymore because I know I'm fighting hard, I'm not alone and when it's all over there will be a lot of love shared amongst family and even strangers I call family! My son will be surrounded by it all and I know my story will live on supporting and inspiring others!
I still need a bone marrow transplant!
I don't know how much time I have left. But I'm not going to waste it sulking and being depressed. Its time to celebrate the life I have and keep praying for a miracle."

I'm only with a cell phone and use email and Facebook for communication. Why my phone crashes when I'm on FA and not on FB I don't know. Anyway I've been evicted and we are living out in a campground. Its not as bad as it sounds.
Anyway my message is to let you all know I'm in remission from the cancer but not cured. Like I said before I have one last step, the bone marrow transplant. The doctor is giving me less than a year to be cured before the cancer may claim me. The search for a donor match isn't going so well, so I'm having manji post this for me with a link how to get tested. I hope we can find a match from one of the many of you. returned to hospital a few days ago
Posted 10 years agoFirst my husband collapsed in the floor and I called 911 for an ambulance than I got what he had during the ER trip. So we both were in the ER with the GI tract virus going around.
Since um a cancer patient of course they admitted me. Just got out not long ago. Working on pencil sketches.

Hey guys! in the hospital for chemo #5
Posted 10 years agoAccording to my Dr I'm on #5 and 4 was my midway point. Since we got snowed in I missed my appointment to set up a PET scan to see if it's still working.
So I'm currently waiting on a wheelchair to get a CT scan done. Had to drink this awful drink called readi-cat 2. Omg it does NOT taste like vanilla smoothie..
I brought my sketchbook with me so I'm hoping to doodle when I feel okay. I'll probably be in here til March 4th.

The only exception of distributing the copyrighted artworks found on this account are for teh commissioners who have bought rights to adoptables and commissions. Payment is to be prompt for immediate start of your commissions. There are two accepted payment options.
- Pay all at once
-pay half for the initial sketch, and pay the due amount after the commission is finished BEFORE i post it.
I have all right to refuse a commission if customer is rude, unresponsive or stalks me everywhere nagging me. This exception is for occassional reminders if i dont respond or give you updates. Always ask me about the status of your paid artwork. If you have not paid, dont ask.
Refunds WILL NOT be given unless the time period of your wait exceeds 8 months. For certain commissions, this time period is normal for the completion of said artworks. Refund will be given in increments of $25 if possible.
Please be aware, I do have a FULL TIME JOB as a PSE mail clerk for the USPS. That job is way more important than a few art commissions. However I will do my best to remain as professional as possible. I am fighting cancer and go away to the hospital 2 week's each month sometimes

Posted 10 years agoChemo week starts monday. A majority of you know what that entails. Sick as a dying dog for 2 weeks.
Hopefully when i return the roommate will have the internet turned back on. Hopefully.

You have to remember though mortgage here is like $1500. My roommates wife got fired before christmas and she decided to be secretary at her husband's business. So only one bread winner. The house is 6 bedroom 3 bath.
3 kids. 6 grown ups. 2 being the roomates mom and mother in law.
I live here because they offered there home to us due to my cancer treatments being 10 mins away rather than 1 hour. We pay a small amount in rent which i usually make each month. Plus i get $900 in disability. Goes to copayments. Gas. Dog food, ect. For each month.

All art work is property of Kandis Renee Myers a.k.a. Kaeko or Kaespaws and cannot be used or reproduced by any person or company without being purchased for a fee from or, having the written consent of Litterpawz Productions. Any unauthorized reproduction of art work is subject to legal action; and is protected by Federal, State and Local law.

The only exception of distributing the copyrighted artworks found on this account are for teh commissioners who have bought rights to adoptables and commissions. I still require you to provide credits where they are due and watermarks/signatures are NOT to be removed. Removal of these will be violation in the TOS. Additonally, Posting of any works, commission or not is in violation of the TOS.
Payment is to be prompt for immediate start of your commissions. There are two accepted payment options.
- Pay all at once
-pay half for the initial sketch, and pay the due amount after the commission is finished BEFORE i post it.
I have all right to refuse a commission if customer is rude, unresponsive or stalks me everywhere nagging me. This exception is for occassional reminders if i dont respond or give you updates. Always ask me about the status of your paid artwork. If you have not paid, dont ask.
Refunds WILL NOT be given unless the time period of your wait exceeds 8 months. For certain commissions, this time period is normal for the completion of said artworks. Refund will be given in increments of $25 if possible.
Please be aware, I do have a FULL TIME JOB as a PSE mail clerk for the USPS. That job is way more important than a few art commissions. However I will do my best to remain as professional as possible. I am fighting cancer and go away to the hospital 2 week's each month sometimes

Posted 10 years agoI'm buying myself one bday present and everything else I get was already owed to me. So don't complain I'm using donations to buy art. That's strictly not the case.
Coming up however you won't see many pieces posted because everything that I did buy a ways back has nearly been completed. (My mini Christmas spree)
My mother in law has poured out my gofundme to her family and I'm going to honor the rest of the year by being celibate with buying artwork. I think I had a fairly good run. Now it's time to be responsible and focus on my child and getting better for his sake.
