Hello~

I just wanted to make this to greet my fellow supporters a happy holiday. This year was a bit rough as I was juggling responsibilities between jobs and keeping an eye out on my mental health, but so glad to push it through despite everything LOL. I admit that I'm a bit shy with stuff like this, but I still wanted to say my thanks to all of you.

Commissions should open back on the 2nd week of January, and possibly opening 1 or 2 YCHs for next month (gonna be Valentine's day related I think but we'll see).

Hey Hey! A heads up to those who are waiting on their commissions right now; I'll be sending updates this weekend instead of later today (unless I can squeeze some energy, but chances of getting updates today is slim). I've been very tired these days and staring at the canvas for too long trying to get myself to move feels unproductive. So after finishing any current commissions (including alts being worked on), I wont be accepting anything new until 2022. I've neglected putting out YCH auctions recently so I wanted to give it some more attention before the year ends. I might only post 2 in total.

The last week of October has bee hella busy with events - from my birthday to a halloween-ish beach party with friends and now a company Halloween event coming this Monday. I work on night shifts so its gonna be annoying having my loud nephews around lmao. Sharing a bit of my personal life here because why not lmao

Anyway, I ate too much oysters two days ago that I ended up having the shits the day after. Went to the doctor today and I just found out that the company I work at is still in the middle of renewing their contract with the HMO they partnered with, so my insurance was declined LOL.

Soooo yeah... I didn't mind paying for my checkup and the medical certificate in full, but I had to pay for the stool sample thing and, uh, I don't feel sick anymore. I probably just wasted money paying to send poop to the lab which will never happen unless my stomach decides to act up again :^))

Saving my receipts though so I can still get reimbursed later haha.. haaa

Lesson learned: Don't eat too much seashell unless you're sure to take the risk (and maybe have some soda with you too 'cause I heard it helps settle your tummy down)

I haven´t been affected yet and I hope it will NEVERhappen, because seeing independent freelancers getting badly affected by international clients pulling out their commission due to the current events in my country makes my blood boil. Thatś not how you help our people who are already struggling.

But, perhaps this is why Iḿ not getting any of my current YCHs sold because people are doing this? Ihope thatś not the case. I have a 2nd job to keep me afloat at least, but it fucking sucks that people think theyŕe being ḧelpful¨ by cancelling their commissions to artists who have NO control in whatś happening right now.

With the new job I'm in, I thought it was time to update my ToS and price sheet.

For next month, the changes will be:

-Instead of sending first WIP within 5 days, it will be 7 days. Feel free to ask for updates after 3 days though!
-Sketch commissions will only be in colored full body starting at $15 (removing portrait and half body sketch)

ALSO I may do an art style change for YCHs starting next month. I'll stick to Render style A as it's more comfortable for me to work on (and seems more popular lol)

I got a full-time night shift job! While being a full-time artist for over 3 years was doing fine for me, I felt like applying for another job for extra money. I did not expect to get in, but I'm glad it all worked out in the end!

With that being said, any commissions I am currently working with right now may have some delay on updates as I am adjusting with the new work schedule. Just wanted to let you guys know in case you're wondering what's going on with my life right now.

On the night of December 16, the typhoon came and caused a power outage that lasted until this morning. There was no mobile services too until just today so I couldn't use my data to make this update beforehand. Honestly, I underestimated the lengthy power outage and other inconveniences that happened. At least from where I live, the damage isn't as awful compared to other regions.
