That FA Meme everyone's doing
Posted 12 years agoIt's been about eight months since I last participated in a meme of any sort so I decided to give this one a try!
1. Why did you join FurAffinity?
Well, once I'd realized I was a babyfur, I started looking for suitable artwork on various Furry sites, but since I didn't know anyone in the fandom in person and have always been incredibly shy, I didn't really know where to go until one day I stumbled upon a link to a picture (Loupy Lupine, I think) hosted on FA and just happened to notice the site had a Babyfur tag! I signed up for an account days later!
2. What does your username have to do with you?
Virtually nothing. Back when I was new to the fandom I started an account on FurryMUCK, but didn't really have a character plotted - all I knew was that I wanted to be a cat. Needing a name, and having recently read that Sylvester of Looney Tunes fame derived his name from Felis sylvestris grampia (Scottish Wildcat), I thought it might be fun to take a similar tack. I considered a bunch of cat species "Geoffrey", "Pallas", and many others, but none seemed to quite fit until I looked at the African Wildcat (Felis libyca, then, Felis caffra). I decided to convert it to a name by using a 'K' and ditching the 'A'. That's how Kaffre came to be!
I briefly toyed with ditching the account after learning that Kaffre is a racial slur in some African countries, but since it's pretty unknown in the English-speaking world, I decided to keep the name.
3. What is your current avatar of?
A cute little kitten I took a photograph of!
4. How many watchers do you have, and how many do you watch?
I have 275 watchers and I'm watching 262 people. I tend to be quiet and post so rarely that there's really not much point in clicking Watch, just check my User Page every couple of months...
5. Do you have more than one account?
No. Just this one!
6. Name 3 of your favourite artists on FA.
Hmmm I'm not really sure:
zee-zee was, I believe, the first artist I Watched and I know he's the first person who Watched me!
munkart drew the first piece of babyfur art I ever saw and is very talented. I guess my final choice would have to be
fredvegerano , he draws beautifully and was always extremely friendly and polite to deal with.
7. What artist do you admire because of their personality?
Everyone in my Watch List! When choosing whether to Watch someone I look at journals and comments as well as pictures, declining those liable to fill my inbox with angry, profanity laden, journals or make nasty responses to comments. I consider personality equal in importance to Art quality in any Watchee!
8. Do you comment, fave, or both?
I like to Comment, but only if I think I have something constructive, amusing, or insightful to say about the picture, artist, or characters - hopefully that's most of the time!
9. What do you typically post on FA?
Pictures of babyfurs, feeble attempts at stories, and even the occasional inane journal entry.
10.What's your favourite submission in your gallery?
Probably http://www.furaffinity.net/view/8469067/ it was mostly a fluke, but I managed to draw six different furs, all of them of different different species, and have them turn out looking quite good. Generally, everyfur I draw comes across as vaguely feline-looking...
11. What are the things you wish you could draw better?
Pretty much everything, but a particular pet-peeve of mine is when a character has to interact physically with another person or a prop of some sort. That always winds up looking dreadful.
12. How many hours a day do you spend on FA?
It's hard to say. Usually it's just quietly in the background until I click "refresh" and look to see if there's anything new - maybe an hour or two a day when all's said and done.
13. Are you a fast, slow, or medium typer?
I'll say 'medium' as I'm effectively a two-finger typist by necessity - my little fingers won't go where they're told when I attempt at touch-typing the proper way. I'm pretty quick in my own style, however!
14. What is the most annoying thing people ask you?
I can't think of anyone asking me anything, let alone anything annoying! ^^
15. What is the most annoying/offending comment you've received?
Probably the most recent Shout I've received and even that's quite tame. FA's a pretty friendly place!
16. What/who inspires you?
Pretty much everyone who's pictures and stories I consume. Due to my lack of artistic skill (and preference), however, I tend to take most of my inspiration from cute or humourous situations rather than attempting to replicate any kind of actual artistic techniques.
17. Everyone has considered leaving FA once or twice. Have you? Why?
A few months after joining, I was very lonely and bored with the site and was seriously considering leaving for good. And then I made my first FA friend! ^^

July Journal - Home Alone
Posted 12 years agoDue to an interim House-Sitter falling through, I've been at my Grandmother's house tfor the past week which is why you've not seen me online quite so much as I would've liked.
So far things have been pretty good, but it is a bit lonely being away from my family and pets. Also, her computer lacks a printer/scanner so I'm probably not going to submit any art for the next little while though I do hope to use my spare time to draw lots more stuff for uploading later. Hopefully I'll be able to get some writing done too *crosses claws for luck*
Anyway, the next month or so promises to be quite the adventure so I'll try to keep you updated about what's going on here *kerhuggles everyone*

June Stuff
Posted 12 years agoWell it's been over a month since the last Kaffre journal so let's see what I've been up to these last few weeks...
I've finally received my Swapsies art a few days ago! http://www.furaffinity.net/view/10904113/ I think it turned out really nicely too! ^^
I'm working some arts of my own too which I hope to post before the end of the month *crosses claws*
With news of my buddy mjbear leaving FA, I saved all of the pictures from his FA gallery (sadly he'd already deleted his deviantart gallery) so if anyone wants a .zip containing all his FA pictures, but don't want to spend the time copying each individual picture, feel free to PM me the address you'd like them emailed to!
I've updated my list of songs that get you funny looks if you sing them to yourself in listening distance of another person to include:
All Dead ~ Queen
Art Lover ~ The Kinks
Hey You ~ Pink Floyd
When in Rome ~ Phil Ochs
You Will Burn ~ Steeleye Span
Oh finally, I'll be spending the latter half of July house/dog-sitting for my grandmother. Hopefully that'll give me a good opportunity to catch up on the pictures I've been meaning to draw for the last while!
Well that's about it for this month! *mega-kitty hugs*

Obligatory Journal
Posted 12 years agoAs part of my New Year's pledge, I promised to try and post at least 12 journals this year, and having failed to post one in April, felt that I'm way overdue to communicate with my many babyfur buddies
(I also promised 26 pictures of which I've drawn two and 4 stories of which I've written 0, but I still hold some hope of living up to those promises!)
Anyway, the main thrust of this journal hinges on two points.
First, I feel that I've been rather out of touch with everyone over the past few months and really would like to try and catch up with things so expect lots of random hugs and such over the coming weeks
Second, for those of you who haven't heard, my good friend and wonderful artist
mjbear plans to delete his account on an undisclosed date in the next month or so, so if you've not saved copies of your favourite pictures he drew now may be your last chance *scampers off to do just that*
Anyway, I guess that's it for this journal, but I promised to try and post my next journal less than a month from now! *multi-hug attack*

New Journal for March
Posted 12 years agoGiven that my new years journal promised at least 12 journals this year, I'm not technically behind schedule, but since the original intent was to post a journal every month, I wanted to make sure this goes up before the end of March!
(I know my artwork is also way behind schedule, but would like to think I can still catch up)
This month I, Kaffre Kitten, have:
- Participated in my very first Swapsies! (though my picture is still pending)
- Received my PT copy of "Antagonists" for ArM5!
- Learned that chickens will, in fact, eat a potato!
- Spent nearly $40 on candy... :embarrassed) Don't worry it's not all for me!
Also with Easter being extra-early this year, I've a question for everyfur: While the Easter bunny is usually depicted as a rabbit (cuniculus), I've heard that originally, the hare (lepus) was associated with the holiday - though admittedly I can't remember where - which species do you think he/she/it is?

Human Journal!
Posted 12 years agoAs some of you may know, I have some social anxiety issues I'm working on which paired with my Tachyphemia make communication with others difficult for me. So inspired by Zee-Zee's recent journal (http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/4367574/) I've decided to create this journal where furs can ask me about my RL self.
Since Tachyphemia affects written as well as verbal communication it should be a useful exercise for me to get used to talking about myself without having to worry about face-to-face interaction (which I'm also working on).
So if you have any questions about the human behind the kitten, this is the place to ask! Just bear in mind that I'm incredibly boring when I'm not being a fuzzy baby kitty...

Survey:
Posted 12 years agoZee-Zee's most recent picture (http://www.furaffinity.net/view/9932617/) got me to thinking and I realized that a lot of the babyfurs I know are either only children or the eldest in their family.
So in the interest of verifying matters, I propose a survey in which I request that my readers reply to this journal as follows (substituting your own information in place of mine):
1. Birth Order: Oldest child.
2. Siblings: Younger brother (by 2 years), and sister (by 12 years).
3. Extended Family: Oldest of many cousins, frequent visits.
I'm aware that the results are unlikely to be statistically significant, but I'm equally certain that they will be a fascinating glimpse into our fandom! ^^

Snowy kitty!
Posted 12 years ago*shakes snow from fur*
Well according to the News, we've gotten about 30cm of snow today and it's still blowing about obnoxiously so I'll be busy kitten digging out tomorrow
Fortunately, I've got nowhere I have to be over the weekend so I'll be safe and comfy at home away from traffic accidents. However, since we use satellite internet and I've writing to do for an upcoming report, you might not see me over the new few days, but I ought to be back Monday though! *happy kitty*
*dons mittens, scarf, and vonk before trundling back outside*

Ask a, slightly different, Canadian anything?

Lickity Speed!
Posted 12 years agoSorry for being away most of the weekend, everyone, I've been super busy renovating my bedroom and haven't had much time for hobbies like the babyfur arts and pictures I promised in my last journal, but I promise to get working on my scribblies just as soon as the opportunity presents itself (soon)!
On the plus side, I do now have access to hi-speed internet so I should be able to participate in watching Streams, participating in LiveChats, and so forth once I finally get my trusty computer up and running again. Which, if all goes well, should be very soon!
Finally, I was planning on writing a new Furry World meme for my first 2013 journal, but with my computer packed away I can't do that right now. Still, I wrote my last one over four years ago so I've met lots of new friends who haven't done it yet... If you're interested, it's at http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/562590/

New Year 2013!
Posted 12 years agoHappy New Year, Everyfur!
Ahhh the one night of the year when little furs of all ages get to stay up well past their bedtimes with no consequences beyond perhaps being forced into demeaning "Baby New Year" outfits and used as living party decorations... *sulks adorably*
Anyway, for my resolution, I've decided to return to the same one I've used the last few years: Make more art & stories for my friends and watechers! This year, however, I've decided to set a concrete goal for myself to see if I can make measurable progress towards it. Therefore, over the next twelve months, I, Kaffre Kitten, hereby pledge to draw no less than 26 pictures, pen no fewer than 4 stories, and post at least 12 journals!
I'll also be trying to be more sociable with everyone this coming year. Hopefully, we'll be getting high-speed internet in the next few weeks and I can ditch this clunky dial-up to facilitate more babyfur play-time! *crosses claws for luckiness*
OK, now that all that boring growed-up stuff is outta the way, everone line up for your very first Kaffre Hug of 2013! ^^

Solstice Journal
Posted 12 years agoHi everyfur! ^^
It's now officially December 21st in my Time-Zone which means that, from here on out, the days will be getting longer and, even more importantly, kitten bedtimes will be getting later thus increasing my odds of meeting Santa!
I've noticed a lot of furs doing annual art comparisons lately, but don't really think I've posted enough artwork these past two years for that to be practical so I'll just come out and ask my faithful journal-readers instead: Do you think my art's gotten better or worse over the past 12 months?
Finally, if any of you have any questions you'd like to ask me, feel free to do so below. If not, please line up for your complimentary "Official Kaffre-Journal" Hugs!
*hugs & purrs*

Replacement Journal
Posted 13 years agoThis journal is mostly just to rid my page of my post-birthday journal, but since it is a tuesday feel free to ask Kaffre (or myself) any questions you have and we promise to do our best to answer them!
I a big kitty again!
Posted 13 years agoWell, after spending a full week regressed into a little one year old baby kitty I feel I can say with confidence that Kaffre will never take being able to walk, speak, or eat solid food for granted ever again!
Of course, littler kitties DO get more attention and petty time from their grownups and no Time-Outs so that's a pretty good arrangement too.
Anyway, the main purpose of this journal is to express my thanks to everyone who commented on my birthday journal *huggles* and also to remind everyfur that I'm gonna be busy this month and so may be tricky to get hold of prior to December 1. Don't worry though, I'll do my best to be extra cuddly n' cute when I am here!
I guess that's it for this journal. Who wants more hugging? :-/

Obligatory Birthday Journal
Posted 13 years agoIt's now officially October 29th in my timezone and that means that it's time for the annual birthday magic that temporarily alters Kaffre's age from its default of three years of age. Unlike previous years where Kaffre became a mighty four year old kitty, however, this year due an ancient Mayan curse he'll be regressed into a one year old for the next 24 hours instead.
Despite this temporary setback, Kaffre's adapted really well to his new form and is more than ready to accept your huggles and gifts even if he is a bit grumpy about not being able to have any cake and having to put off playing with some of his toys until he's back to his usual size...
*tiny kitty braces for many hugs*
PS: *good luck hugs for everyfur on the east coast*

New Kitty Journal!
Posted 13 years agoI normally don't like to bring business stuff into Kaffre's carefree babyfur world, but I also know that a lot of my Watchers are Gamers who might be interested in this:
My friends at Atlas Games, in collaboration with Black Chicken Studios, have launched a Kickstarter to fund a computer game to be based upon their award-winning Tabletop RPG "Ars Magica and have asked their fans to help publicize the project. If you're an RPG fan, I hope you'll check out the link below and if you're not, perhaps you can pass it along to any friends that are.

In other news, this year I was thinking of having Kaffre spend his birthday regressed to the age of 1 instead of growing a year older for 24 hours. What do you think?

Kitty Birthday and November Approach!
Posted 13 years agoThis journal constitutes a friendly reminder to everyfur that my Birthday's in just this many days! *holds up both paws and one foot*
Practically upon us already! Therefore, I'd like to request that you all form an orderly line to collect your hugs and treat-bags. No pushing or biting, please! Be sure to deposit your gifts in the big pile to your left.
All playing aside, November will be a rough month for me and I probably won't be able to play as much as I would like to. I really do apologize because I've been wanting to spend a lot more time with my babyfur buddies, but sadly November won't be a good time to do so...
Try to have extra fun for me though! *kerhuggles

Meep! Thanksgiving journal
Posted 13 years agoOh noes I'd completely forgotten that Thanksgiving was on monday and haven't done any of the things I need to prepare for the Holiday! *scurries about in terror and confusion doing his best chipmunk/squirrel impression*
Actually, it's not quite as bad as all that, but I may be a very scarce kitten over the next few days so I'm going to give out hugs now so you'll all have some to tide you over till next week if you don't see me again this week!
Finally, it's not at all Thanksgiving related, but I recently rediscovered a great song that I heard one on the radio a long time ago! *happykitty*

Finally, it's not at all Thanksgiving related, but I recently rediscovered a great song that I heard one on the radio a long time ago! *happykitty*

Autumn Almanac
Posted 13 years agoDear Babyfurs and other friends,
I know my past journals have been rather formulaic and not a little boring, but as part of my attempts to deal with my social anxiety problems, I've decided to try being more outgoing here in the hope that some of the confidence I gain will carryover into face-to-face dealings with people.
To this end, I invite anyone who wishes to do so to ask me questions about either my real-life self or cute n' fuzzy lil' Kaffre! As you may have guessed from the above, I've recently started Speech Therapy again and have been advised to talk to more peoples. I know this text-based communication won't help my actual speaking ability, but given as how my problems stem from social anxiety it can't possibly hurt...
In further news, I hope to have all sorts of new arts and stories to present in October and November if all goes according to plan. *gives self a cuddly good-luck kitten hug*
Well that's it for this journal, I think *kitteny kerhuggles*

Question from a Kitty
Posted 13 years agoDear friends,
It has recently come to my attention that I don't have nearly as many pageviews or Watches as many of my friends - even those much newer to FA than myself.
I don't really care about the numbers themselves, but they may suggest something I've been worried about for a while now - that I've not made any new friends in the last little while.
Therefore, if any of you know any friendly furs who I'm not yet pals with, please do let me know so I can say "Hi" and give them hugs?
Thanks,
Kaffre

Snarks & Larders (WIP)
Posted 13 years ago"Kaffre, wake up!" whispered Zee-Zee, shaking the kitten gently.
"What?" he asked, trying to sit up only to be pushed back down by the frightened squirrel.
"Jerry's missing!" Zee-Zee explained tearfully, "I think a boojum got him!"
Kaffre let out a choked whimper. Zee-Zee's daddy had read them a story or a poem (he wasn't sure which) about a boojum. At the time, Kaffre hadn't even considered the possibility that they actually existed let alone roamed the Squirrel household , but Jerry's disappearance was undeniable proof that one was indeed afoot!
"What do we do?" the panic-stricken feline asked his friend.
"First, we must fortify the bed!" Zee-Zee decided, pulling the blanket over their heads and sitting on the loose end so that the boojum wouldn't be able to wedge its head under the blanket and get him. "Monsters hate blankets!" he explained to the feline, gesturing for him to sit on the blanket too (which he did).
"But Jerry was in bed with us when he went missing. If the blankets didn't protect him, how can they stop the boojum from getting us?" Kaffre asked, not trusting this plan.
"Jerry's head wasn't under the covers" Zee-Zee explained, "the boojum must've taken him away by the head"
"Oh" replied Kaffre, checking to make sure every bit of him was covered by blanket.
"Next, we try to remember things about boojums so we can protect ourselves!"
"Some snarks are boojums!" Kaffre offered helpfully. "And since some monsters are snarks that must mean..." but unfortunately, neither cub had paid enough attention during Zed's impromptu syllogism lesson earlier that night to be able to provide any satisfactory answer.
"No! We need to remember about fighting snarks!" Zee-Zee replied irritably, not liking it when someone else was being clever. "We just have to remember the rhyme from the story" he explained.
"But those precautions are for the regular everyday sorts of snarks!" Kaffre whined. "Are you sure they apply to the boojum variety? Or to boojums that aren't snarks?" he asked nervously, knowing well the poor Baker's fate.
"We have to assume that they do!" Zee-Zee declared authoritatively, trying to disguise the quiver in his throat.
"Now lesse: Seek it with thimbles -- and seek it with care" recited the little squirrel thoughtfully...
"I don't want to seek the snark!" the kitten protested in alarm.
"Me either..." Zee-Zee decided after a few moments thought.
"Hunt it with forks and with hope" Kaffre added.
"I think any actual hunting should wait til we've grownups to help us" Zee-Zee told the kitten, trying to sound brave.
"Threaten its life with a railway share" Zoomy suggested hopefully.
"That does sound promising, but what's a railway share?" the kitten asked.
"I don't know." Zee-Zee admitted with a sigh.
"Charm it with smiles and soap" finished the little cat.
"I like that idea, I'm a good smiler!" grinned Zee-Zee.
Kaffre smiled too, but his glowy yellow kitty eyes and 10cm carnassials did not make a good impression on the already jittery squirrel-boy. "You are not allowed to smile at the boojum" Zee-Zee decided.
Together the two babyfurs crawled out from under the blankets and crept off toward the kitchen to fetch some soap to charm the snark sic boojum with.
"Remember, if you vanish away you've got to tell me!" Zee-Zee ordered.
For a moment Kaffre considered asking Zee-Zee how he could tell the squirrel anything if he'd vanished away, but knew his friend would unbraid him for asking such silly questions and meekly followed the little rodent.
Soon the pair arrived in the kitchen.
"Where does mommy squirrel keep the soap?" Kaffre asked, unable to see any from the floor.
"By the sink for paw-washing" Zee-Zee replied pointing toward the countertop where the sink was located.
With a boost from Zee-Zee, Kaffre managed to scamper onto the counter and retrieved a large green bar of soap.
"Mmmm I like this soap. It smells like lemons!" Kaffre purred as he hopped down onto the floor with his prize.
"Let's get back to bed and prepare to charm the snark!" Zee-Zee told his friend as they crept stealthily back to the nursery and climbed back into their fort before securing the entrance again.
"Do you think Mr. boojum will like the soap I picked?" Kaffre asked, holding it up for Zee-Zee's inspection.
"What?" he asked, trying to sit up only to be pushed back down by the frightened squirrel.
"Jerry's missing!" Zee-Zee explained tearfully, "I think a boojum got him!"

July Journal
Posted 13 years agoWell I promised everyone I'd post a new journal soon so here it is!
Contrary to my best efforts I haven't been able to finish any new drawings over the last two weeks and I'm also far behind on a Playtest I'm supposed to be doing. These are hardly surprising as I always feel sluggish and tired in the hot and muggy summer weather. I had hoped to overcome it this year though. :sadkitty:
On the plus side, my shopping trip downtown with my little sister yesterday went better than I had hoped! I bought a shiny new prism and found a store that sells "Thrills" (my favourite candy which I had feared was discontinued after not being able to find any in months!).
Well, that more or less covers my RL stuff since my last journal, but of course Kaffre's been a busy lil' guy too. Not only has he featured in several picture ideas (coming soon, I promise), but he's been very much active in roleplay in my PM and on Cuddy's forum which might explain why he's been too tired to pose for my drawings... Either way, Kaffre has a couple of question that he wants to ask all his babyfur pals:
1. What sort of adventures do you have? (mostly domestic comedy with occasional mystery or fantasy stories)
2. What era are you from? (not intentional, but Kaffre seems to exist in the mid 1980s. At least in terms of the toys available to him)
3. Mommy and Daddy finally agreed to let me have a pet! Any name ideas for my few fishie? (*happy chirps*)
*omni-hugs engage!*

Pictures Updates
Posted 13 years agoI'll try to post a more substantial journal in the next few days, but this one is just to announce to my watchers that I've (finally) posted the completed versions of Kijibwa's Birthday and Naughty Sierra.

I've also settled on a name for my St. Dafydd's day comic. It's not particularly clever, but I felt it deserved an actual title...

Well, I guess that's it unless anyone wants to play Hugs?

Posted 13 years ago*scrambles up onto the bandwagon to be with my friends*
We've all seen what you can do, now lets see what makes you tick :) Answer the following questions
(honestly!) and share with the world who you really are. Ready? Go!
1. We all know what we call you, what about the folks at home? Whats your name?
Jason, or just Jay.
2. How tall are you?
5'5, maybe 5'6. I'm a little kitty...
3. Natural hair color? (if you can remember it)
Dark brown, almost black. Facial hair is black too.
3. What about eye color?
Very light brown, maybe hazel.
4. What orientation are you?
None.
5. Are you single, taken, or undecided?
Single and quite decidedly so.
6. What do you do in your spare time?
Too many things. Apart from my occasional babyfur related pictures and stories, I enjoy watching cartoons, playing a variety of tabletop games, and all sorts of word and mathematic puzzles.
7. What's your job?
I'm currently unemployed, but my last job was as a Biotechnology Technologist in a Molecular Ecology Laboratory. I also do some playtesting for a moderately successful RPG, but they pay in product...
8. What's one thing you like about yourself?
I'm pretty friendly and helpful, I think.
9. Alright, now what about something you dislike about yourself?
I'm painfully shy and consequently very nervous around new people/places.
10. What's some things your friends noticed about you when they first met you?
I'm not really sure since I don't have many RL friends, but I suspect the friendly-huggy kitten being so very scared of people IRL would be rather off-putting to some people.
Good! Hold on, yer coming up on some deeper questions now... ready?
11. Of what faith/religion are you (if any at all?)
None.
12. Do you drink?
Very rarely. I might have a glass of wine at New Year's, but that's about it.
13. Do you smoke?
No. I tried when I was younger, but never really cared for tobacco and absolutely despised the effects of the other smokable I was accidentally exposed to...
14. What are your fears?
Spiders and crowds are probably the most pronounced.
15. What are your dreams/goals?
I'm not really sure I have any. I'd like to find some form of employment, but I'm not really sure that can be considered a goal in and of itself.
16. Ever had any crushes/ex's in the past/present?
No.
Almost done!!! Time for some lighter topics now :D
17. Who's your best bud?
Probably my brother. He lives only about 1/2 hour away, but despite having a fairly tight-knit family, our lives are pretty separate for the most part.
18. Alright, you got the cravin' for munchies, what'cha reachin' for?
I dunno, maybe some nice bread
19. Favorite drink?
I'm pretty relaxed in my choice of beverage, but I'll have to go with Dr. Pepper. It seems to go down smoother than Cola when you're really thirsty.
20. Favorite color?
Grey.
21. If you had any super power, what would it be?
The power to change shape (my own or other peoples'). Being a baby kitty for real could be oodles of fun!
22. Favorite movie?
I don't watch a lot of movies...
23. Least favorite food?
Pretty much any sort of fruit. Don't know why, but I only like them as juice.
24. Quick! You have only one meal left before you die!!! What is it?
Maybe some yummy fried potatoes ' onions?
25. What do you drive/wish you drove?
I walk or take the bus to get where I'm going.
Last 5 questions. You're in the homestretch, come on, you can make it! Lets see what gets under your skin.
26. Most disliked bug?
Spiders, but crickets are a close second.
27. Most hated pet peeves?
I suppose 'mean people' would have to take the to spot.
28. Dislike in life?
Not quite sure what this means. Does it still refer to pet-peeves?
29. Most annoying?
See above.
30. Most disliked TV show?
Not a particular show per se, but I do find the phenomenon of "reality TV" in general to represent a nadir of western civilization. I know producers like them because they're dirt cheap to make, but I just can't figure out why people actually watch them...
