This year has had a lot of ups and downs, mainly ups for the most part but now comes the hard swing of the DOWNS.

Being a stay at home parent when your partner is moving to another state is gonna put a small strain on things. I have to really kick my butt into gear and try to get back into trying to reach out and do commissions and such.

I also have an amazing partner (polyamorous relationship) and she is ready to catch me when I fall but that's just not the type of person I am. I still want her to focus on her goals and such and not worry about supporting me, I need to find a means to bring in a little income. I've been on other platforms but since it was more fantasy than fur I didn't think I should post things here, but I am seeing more diversity in the submissions so I will continue to add the fantasy to my furs (Sfw and NSFW, it's not all porn over here)

It has been a long while since I have been on FA as an active user (instead of passively not logging in and looking at art).

I have been kind of tapping back into my furry roots again. This is where I began and when no one else around me was drawing it, I got a little discouraged to continue (despite my husband being very active on this site and in the community).

I was trying to work on a comic and didn't think I would have had time to work on non-furry art because it wouldn't help me improve on this project which now I am suddenly tackling alone.

So for anyone who was following- sorry for disappearing. I have been sort of active elsewhere but I should have been equally as active here.

2020. I want to do better, and if anyone even sees this. Thank you for sticking around. I hope going further I can work on just what I like and go form there.

People who believe Foxes are not canines/dogs...

They are under Canidae... anything under that means in simple terms: DOG.

Why do people keep saying "Dog-Like" just say DOG. Foxes are dogs. Just because they don't do exactly the same things as other wild dogs doesn't mean they aren't dogs. They just adapted differently.

I realized that I have really just forgot that I even have a deviantart or a FA but I had been in an art funk and primarily posting on Photobucket for Gaia stuff...

I hope to change that. I hope to get some art out before the end of the year.

I guess to keep some certain furs appeased I will keep the anonymity of my spouse. I think living together really will help me belt out some art tho so that's a perk.

I would really like to save up to get one, but I don't have a current job at the moment and my mother has it in her head that I should try to do commissions towards it.

I just never know what people would want from me in terms of commissions...

so this will be a long- grueling task. But I'm willing to do it to get what I want.

So I'm jobless and I'm not sure of how to go about making money til I get a new job. I make 5% of my boss's profits during the weekend (when I get back to Texas) but really that's not enough.

Mowing Lawns is out of the question too. There is a war out there for lawn care now and I don't do a well enough job to be actually PAID for it.

I really wouldn't know what to offer for commission work. I mean... REALLY. I have yet to figure out what people want to buy from me...

So yeah, I'm just at a stuck point because I'm just tired of asking and bumming...
