General | Posted 14 years agoi really really just want this to be over with so i (and the others involved) can move on. this first long passage is what i wrote yesterday after court.
-im keeping this to the point, but i applogize for the length of this.
this took place 5 am this morning in SMALL CLAIMS COURT, as to why will be explained at the bottom.
the man Jonathan Williams was mentaly handicapped and was in his early fourties, he will be fined (i have bad hearing, i thought they said 4000, but it could be more) , charged, put through intense therpy and moved back in with his parents/caretakers, - i dont know the details of HOW but he wont be able to adopt animals-
they seized his computer and found a string of porn websites that he has been paying for, they listed the relvant sites (such as zootube?) but i am not familar with anything they mentioned, he was also possessing pictures of woman possing with animals. (they showed them in the court room)
the dog Saber was an 11 year old golden retreiver, he had stiff hips and his pelvis was pushed up, but this was due to his age. he had a akwardly formed eyesocket causeing a him to squint and have a build up of crust. this was from birth. he also had a rampid infection caused from a tare in his rectum. the skin around his nails had been licked back, not the owners fault. his jaw was not a recent break. his anus had received tramua and not much was mentioned about the dogs gentials, besides that he had a UTI. he was under weight but had food in his stomach. no mention was made to the dehydration.
Saber was put down wensday night after they tried their best to help him.
Jonathan started to cry as the vet spoke, and again when i made my statement, he didnt understand the extent to his dog's injuries, he thought it was due to old age.
the man denied ever saying such things as "he has a tight ass" "hes a hottie" since we do not have cameras in our shop, theres no proof that he ever did besides me and my boss's ears.
this is what was said after the vets statement and after i was sworn in.
"samantha you are the groomer correct?"
"correct"
"you were attending work at (the name of my shop), on wensday the 15th"
"yes"
"then you were to bathe Saber correct? please tell us what you witnessed"
"yes, when looking down at saber nothing appered to be wrong, when i went to pick him up he yelped, so i set him on the table and examined him, finding his lower left jaw seemed to be seprated from the right side, his nose was pushed to the right side, i then checked his gentials, seeing the skin appeared to be cut back and was swollen and infected, the penis of the animal was covered in dry blood, moveing behinde his anal glands appered to be impacted and the anus did not look normal. i checked over his nails next, they were managed but the skin around it seemed to be pushed back. while i was looking him over i must have frightened the dog and he tried to releive himself, he started to cry as it pained him to do so"
"and then you called for (my boss) to show him what you uncovered"
"that is correct"
"thank you that is all"
by 7AM we were permently dismissed. the was NO press coverage since it was small claims court. it would be bad publicty to - our bussienuss, and to mentaly challanged people owning animals. not many of you realise how MINOR my part is in all of this. our part is done, im sure more will happen between him and the vet since alot of the injuries were un answered (jaw, anus, penis)
after court dissmissed the parents of the man approched us. asking for the price of any damages since they feel like its 'their fault' , we told her she didnt owe us anything and then she paid the vet, with a check for the costs of when they had to care for saber. but again she approched us (boss and i) about money she could give us, again we deined and she told us how sweet the dog was when they were younger, when jonathan said he loved the dog they never thought this, how they will be paying most of the fines.
im sorry i have no 'hard' proof of any of this. i only signed some papers in court promiseing to not relase any information to press. i do not get a copy of this paper. tommorrow i would have taken a picture of the card (since hes been boarded before all of this a year ago) but im looking foward to this being over with. after court i had to speak to a cousieulor and im looking foward for things being normal again and for this to stop being dragged through all of this. i also did not have my phone in court, i didnt have anything, it was all taken from me and stored when i went through secuirty.
so, no 'hard justice' was served do to his illness's, so it seems by the 'website list' hes not a member of FA, no mention was made if he was a 'furry' or not.
my boss, jury, vet, and myself are convinced he had sexual contact with his dog. but it is out of my hands now.
i was also forced to sit through two sessions of counsileing.
i cannot really answer any of your questions, everything i know is written up above. i also will not be disclosing where i work to anyone. i cant stress enough how MINOR i really am in this. none of you seem to get that, i dont own the shop, im not the vet, im literly just in the background of all of this, do i have every single record and detail on this?no, i am not a judge, a police officer, hell even my BOSS is in the dark.-
now today i went back to work and my boss's wife and the co owner of our establishment went around into every room to burn sage to 'cleanse' the work place, lit candles in every room and then, removed all things that had to do with the subject (such as the kennel cards) to "set him free" (so i was basically chokeing on sage today, but you know what? whatever makes her and my boss at ease)
and a final note, against my will i took a picture of the kennel card, i really dont feel like i need to post it, its seriously a peice of yellow cardstock with the dogs name, the owners last name, the breed and the in and out dates. but right now i will repeat.

General | Posted 14 years agoyep. so i went to work this morning and some freak came intoday, fat.neckbeard, pull over hoodie with a sterotypical woflie furry with RED AND BLUE EYES. anyway he had a golden with him and as he passed the dog off to me he was jokeing with my boss how "hes such a hottie" "he has a tight ass" "hes packing" "hes a PLEASSSSSSURE to be around" . mind you. hes not hitting on my boss, hes reffering to his dog. but whatever i bring the dog into the back and i stared alittle, his nose seemed off to the side. like it was squished. so i picked up the dog to put him on the table makeing him yelp AND OH MY GOD. this hurts to repeat it.
his lower left jaw was broken and separated from the right side.
part of the nose was pushed in on one side.
the sheath on the dog had been cut back, the whole area swollen and dripping puss.
the penis itself was dried and cracked, was bloody.
his anal glands were impacted.
the anus was.. well it looked like a blown out ear lobes, just more puss filled and dried blood.
the dog tried to make a movement (restroom) makeing him scream and flail in pain.
what. the . fuck.
i called my boss back and well he called the police and animal group quickly, they examined the dog, finding his pelvic bone was also 'not in the right place', the skin around his nails was all pushed back and there was nail marks around the dogs neck, it was under weight, dehydrated and they mentioned they would most likely have to put the dog down.
the police found the guy quickly i heard. but what a shame. i hate people. what makes you think this is a good idea to do this to your dog?

i expected to get like two comments on this and everyone to shrug this off so THANKS FOR CAREING REALLY. this has been fucking the inside of my skull since it happened and im happy other people feel the same way i do.
unfortatenly i cannot tell you anything about the guy, i do not know his name. i do not think hes 'bashing' furries. i have a description of the character on his shirt? but its pretty bland. -white 'wolf' red and blue eyes. an X on its chest and a curly tail-. im sure many people have similar things so dont go attacking people.
i will also not know ANYTHING untill i go to work Saturday. including the guys name and the fate of him and the dog. i may have to make a statement and testify if this goes to court.

a bunch of baby rats (jarred) young mice, pinkie, preggo mouse with baby mouse. two angel fish, leatherrot mink stole, dyed raccoon skull, damaged when i purchased it. partial possum.

General | Posted 14 years agolol i try like every week but really :/ i am nearly out of debt, i need to make about 300$ more but ive been cheating my checks so i can buy rabbit food and now to get my cat spayed. dont expect to get 300$ worth of commissions but little bits help :c
i do get tips, sometimes, but it usually goes to gas. as you guys know allready it goes to the animals, ratties and bunnies since apfel eats me out of house and home.

ALOT of art protaining to someones fursona, dursona, persona, themselves banging up on a popular and copyrighted character, such as scar from the lionking, biolannte from the godzilla series or hell, buggs bunny and mickey mouse.
they draw story bords, their sonas haveing babies and a family filled with ALOT of sex.
not bashing im just curious as to why.
this also goes for people with rockstars and people who instead of drawing themselves with dante (from devilmaycry) it will be a blantent ripp off or his EXTREAMLY HOT SON THAT LOOKS JUST LIKE HIM
