Basically, the jist is that this gal - who yes, is a friend of mine - wants to become a games journalism personality. She wants to do the kind of stuff you used to see on TechTV/G4, and what you now see on YouTube channels like Jimquisition, Angry Joe, etc. You get the idea. She's partnered with this awesome artist, Joseph Maslov, to bring you some serious visual flair, and if you're looking to get some high-quality artwork, definitely check out some of her reward tiers.

Yes! They all DO fit in the same universe! Here's how!

Cevvy and Kyra are a monogamous couple. (Note, this also means that neither are to be used in any adult art where they would be having sex with someone else. They are completely tied to each other.)

Kyra is friends with Gabby. They met while working together at the local coffee shop.

Gabby has a crush on Kayen, who often stops into the shop for its relaxing and quiet atmosphere.

Kayen is... "friends" might be too strong a word here... something with Kami. Kami mostly just follows the guy around, bugging him and being playful.

Kyra, Gabby, and Kayen are all enrolled in college and are of college age. Cevvy is graduated, with a full-time job as a local reporter. Kami has no job, nor does he need one, since he's an immortal, supernatural creature.

I'm open to these characters being used in other peoples' art, as long as permission is asked first, and as I noted above, Kyra and Cevvy are totally monogamous. Gabby, Kayen, and Kami are much more free. If you're curious or want to use these characters in an adult situation, Gabby is bi-curious, Kami is pansexual, and Kayen is heterosexual.

How much do you think it would mess with people if I created a character that was all white, with just a tint of red/blue in the fur so that it only appeared on their edges in light (ie. like an outline) and lacked any facial features, and I named it Yourcharacter?

Don't look at me like that! This fandom has wolf bipeds with angel wings, zebras mixed with skunks, an assload of hermaphrodites, tigers whose tails are constantly on fire, and LIVING INFLATABLE HUSKIES - would my idea be so out of place? I didn't think so.

P.S. Before people start pissing all over YCH auctions, I actually think they're a great idea, and I like that they've become a "thing." It lets the artist make something they already have in their head, and customers get a preview, so they know beforehand what they're getting. Sometimes you commission an artist and they sketch out your description, but it doesn't work like you hoped, and you have to start all over, which can be frustrating for both parties.

Pretty Little Liars, Drop Dead Diva, basically anything that sacrifices decent plot or acting for estrogen-fueled drama.

Pretty much every rap artist.

I don't really care about any celebrities. I don't wish any ill will on them, but I'm really not involved in the scene at all, so when people are like, "OMG KIM KARDASHIAN IS HAVING A BABY THE POOR CHILD SHE WILL BE A TERRIBLE MOTHER" my thought is usually, "Meh." (Also, pay attention to your own life skills before criticizing others, mmkay?)

Stamp collecting. Coin collecting.

I'm pretty sure I understand all of my celebrity crushes, that understanding amounting to "I would like to rub naked up against them, while they are also naked." Ryan Goslin, Ryan Reynolds, Hugh Jackman for guys. Jennifer Love Hewitt, Emma Stone, Eva Longoria, Jessica Biel, Alison Janney (cougar love!) for girls. Also, remember how celebrities aren't my thing? Yeah, I had to look up those names to make sure they were who I thought they were.

20. Free rant on whatever grinds your gears at the moment.
I won't get into the politics of it, but let's just say the whole gun control debate right now is pretty irksome on every front. Politicians are saying video games are a bigger problem than the thing that ACTUALLY SHOOTS PEOPLE, and conservatives are giving the most ass-backwards reasoning as to why we shouldn't ban assault weapons. It's also a pain in the ass because a lot of people seem to have already moved on and forgotten, and the conversation has never focused on mental health. Ugh.
