Something I hadn't thought about but I'm going to start applying a 30 day time amount that you may pay in if you commission me. This is so I don't have to wait on it and can auction off/use the original character sketch in my own way if not paid.

There will be, sadly, no exceptions to this. Either tell me upfront you cannot pay and reschedule a commission or don't try to buy one.

Failure to pay will result in a "ban" of commissioning me for another 30 days. More than twice I won't take any more commissions from your person. (Of course if someone were to gift it doesn't count)

If you tell me you can't pay before the 30 days are up and give me a reason you won't have to deal with the 30 day ban. I'd much rather be told the truth than wait and hope I get money to cover things.

The 30 days will start a day after I send the original invoice (so that you have an extra day to make sure it gets to you with no problems and it doesn't just not show up on your account)

You will be required to pay AT LEAST after you are shown a WIP. If you do not pay after that your image will not be finished until you pay. If you fail to pay before 30 days of the original charge date you will no longer be able to pay for the work and will be "banned."

Payment forms:

I use Paypal.

I send invoices over PayPal BUT I've seen that those will show more personal details that are linked to a person's PayPal account. Due to that many people avoid invoices.

If you would like a commission but do not trust invoices I can always share my email for the account to receive the money that way.

I say this more for reassurance that I can work either way and invoices are just good for keeping the details nice and neat in a column. I have no problems with someone not wanting to use invoices at all.

Please note these are not rules that I made so I can be greedy. I did this so that I have this stuff in writing and wanted to make sure it was clearly outlined to new commissioners who may have a habit of trying to buy art before having the money available. I have nothing against anyone that cannot make a payment on time, I just appreciate knowing that you can't pay. Not letting me know and just leave me hanging by saying "I'll pay it" is what annoys me. ;P

Tablet Fund Thing.

I wanna raise some money to get a new tablet as my old one is getting up there and experiencing some issues.

My current tablet does still work so this isn't like "prepurchasing" art to wait for the tablet to get here and then it gets done.

I don't have many work hours coming up so I won't have much distractions, I'll probably be streaming sometime next week or so and doing slightly discounted stream commissions. Also going to put together maybe some YCHs as I always thought those were fun. :>

This'll be open for as long as I need it to be as will the discounts. (Like if it gets stuck at 15% off then it'll be that for as long as I go until it bumps up or meets the goal)

There's really no special rules or anything, just small discounts for meeting goals and such.
Take note of what I don't draw as that still applies.

With how much work I've been doing it's kinda come over me that my current Patreon setup will most likely no longer work out for me.

I'm probably going to change the rewards from art to discounts except for higher-up tiers.

Proabably going to make the change after this month and see how much I can get done between working days. I hadn't expected to be working as much as I am, so I hadn't made any changes.

I know it'll probably turn off a few supporters and people in general but it's too much work and stress to try and keep it up.

I've gotten a job that's PRN (basically as needed) but I'll go through 2/3 weeks of training.

I should start my training next week, though not 100% on if it's 2 or 3 weeks...but, yeah! I'll be gone for the most time during then but after those weeks I'll still be around.

I've been getting a lot of fraud/declined accounts/users and figured I'd set it to upfront payment to try and deter that. If you were considering joining I'd say wait till the beginning of next month, unless you want to be charged basically twice.

I'm in a slight pinch of money for the next few months and was just thinking of things I could do that may help out.

I'm thinking of stream commissions, drawn during the stream and so on. They'd have a slight discount of -$5 off the final price or so just to keep things cheaper and easier for people.

And maybe a special for Valentines Day this month? Extra characters no charge and stuff. ^^ I'll probably think of some stuff soon and post up some more update stuff.

Oh, I've also started working on a larger scale (around 3000x3000 px) so now I'll even bigger images on my Patreon plus as many .psd files as I can get there.

So this like...week has been like...a bit topsey turvy for me.

So Friday I got my PS4 in the mail and I'm taking it outta the box and everything and as I'm kinda moving my older systems out of the way for this huge hunk of plastic I get a phone call...Now usually it's on silent so it just vigorously vibrates and I miss the call and see the symbol.

So it's my friend, who's moved away a few times, a few times with and without her boyfriend. She's practically a sister to me. Tells me her bf hit her and I'm like fuck that, dude, and she's like yeah...can I come stay?

Dude, yes. We've been needing to hang out. So she drives like 6+ hours to my house, getting here around 1 AM or so. So we just chill and sleep and stuff.

Saturday rolls around, mom got some movies to watch, we watch em. etc. And then I go back to my room, check my phone and I've got two texts. I'm an asshole so I figured one was from my boyfriend and one was from my friend who wants to hang out 24/7. I'm like, ugh, what's (friend) want now...Look at phone.

Boyfriend's kicked out of house and tells me that he won't have his phone. THAT'S IT. NO MORE INFORMATION. So Saturday is all just panic mode for my family and my friend. Try to call him, of course his phone's off...etc... no one else knows where he was, his dad's not in the phone books here, etc. Find his dad's gf on FB and message her, know he's there...So that's good...

So my friend stayed up till the 14th and is making her rounds to her other friends and I had my boyfriend over today...And I'm starting to get this really bad sore and puffy throat so I might be getting sick. I dunno.

That's what's been...you know, going on...I meant to says something earlier but kinda got swept up in everything else goin' on.

But I'll be getting back on the path to finishing up my art and stuff that I have for people. Might make some Christmas card commissions?? I dunno. I'd have to check out paper...haha I hope y'all had a good weekend and stuff. :P ♥
