Physical description: Black jaguar you can see the spots on, with lavender eyes. 5'4", athletic, broader shoulders with thickly muscled thighs, and a bit curvy (32DD, 26", 38"). She's a jeans or bondage pants sort of girl, with geeky t-shirts she cuts the sleeves off of, and a distinct lack of color in her wardrobe. Usually choosing dark blue or black jeans and black bondage pants with red, green, or orange accents. Most of her shirts are black, grays, dark brown, or dark red. She keeps her hair very short.

Personality description: She's an INFJ personality, so she's a bit shy but is extremely passionate about the things and people she cares for. A little bit of a hippy, a little bit of a goth, and a huge geek/nerd (Sci-Fi, Fantasy, culture, and mythology/religion specifically). Loves video games, especially RPGs on the SNES. Very much a tom-boy and considers herself androgynous, but doesn't really make any attempts to hide that she's female. I just have to admit I’m not okay.
Sure, there are a whole lot of good days, like tons of them, but then a bad day comes along and reminds me that I’m not the most mentally stable person. I break. I crack. I sob uncontrollably. I hear voices telling me how worthless and pathetic I am, how much I need to just die to make my loved ones’ lives better… how all my friends and family just pity my pathetic, worthless self and don’t give a single real care about me. I make them feel better about themselves… “Oh, at least I’m not her.” Drowning out everything around me. Or that white noise feel in my head. That feeling which makes me want to crack open my skull and let out whatever is inside making that feeling. Or claw open my wrists and let it out that way. Rocking back and forth in bed, sobbing, shaking, begging for it to stop.
I am not okay.
But, I’m mostly under control. I don’t hurt myself any more. I ask for help when I know I need it. I don’t take the voices seriously, when I can’t hear them. I know it’s all in my head, and I know I’m worth more than that. I know my friends and family love and care for me. I know people would be devastated if I died. So, I am okay. Usually. More often than not.

I had someone gift me DotA 2 on Steam, and it’s not a game I’m particularly interested in. He had 14 copies of it on Steam and was just giving them away, so he doesn't really have any one else to gift it to.

Does anyone want it?

Replaced my HDD, only to find that I didn't get an OS disc along with my lappy. Wtf, Dell? I'm gonna have to put the old one back in now, and email Dell to see about getting my OS discs shipped out to me, so I can use my new HDD. Buggerall!

I think it’s amazing how we can associate some particular thing so strongly with a person or certain memory. It’s been almost eight years since I left the abusive asshole, and I still have issues listening to Metallica (his favorite band [then, at least] and the only thing he could play on the guitar). All they do is remind me of him and the time we spent together. There’s some good memories of us, sure, but there’s a whole lot more in which he made me feel so much less than what I am. On the flip side of that, I’m listening to Journey, and I can’t help but feel Boyfriend with me, holding me close. It makes me smile and feel so much better than I (think I) am.
