Hey FA Friends! I'm terrible and i have un-intentionally went MIA from here and other websites. I am sorry.
I guess i dont have a whole lot going on besides a bunch of medical stuff. 2020 has become the OWWIE year for me. I mean im almost a month post op from getting my gallbladder removed at the ER as well as some other things along with chronic pains and nerve issues.

Im still working on fursuit stuff. but its older commissions and i feel like a crappy person and a bad artist for taking so freaking long. I am grateful that i have wonderful customers who continue to tell me its ok to work slower and no one is in a rush. still cant help but feel all little down-hearted tho. I am trying so hard.

Been absent from most sites for over a year. Not sure why but i have not checked multiple sites and profiles in some time. However im trying to change that. Hopefully i can get back into the swing of things and update stuff more.

Currently re-building my business. My goal is to have stuff mostly ready and shareable by BLFC this year. I have already taken on some small suit commissions and im excited to get those started. I've also been streaming on Twitch! Nothing crazy, just some gaming for now but one day soon it'll be a way to do live tutorials and general crafting streams.

Guys, the place i currently live is becoming a toxic and fearful environment. Im getting knocks on my door and window at odd times, being asked for things or to be let in. I live on the 1st floor which scares me even more. All the main entrances have been compromised and or tampered with, allowing anyone entry at anytime. This is supposed to be a secured building. It's not safe here! Property management and land lord is doing what they can but it doesnt put a stop to the activity. Police can't be called until something physical happens to someone and theres never been security personnel here. I'd like to move a whole city away. Doing so would grand me a feeling of safety, no one but close friends would know where i've moved to, i would actually be closer to friends, including my emergency contacts and even closer to furry events that take place in this state. I just need enough to cover a deposit at a place i've found.
So if you can give a hand in getting me out of this place then i'd greatly appreciate it.

So i have severely impacted wisdom teeth. Been dealing with it since they formed. Now i never got the chance to get them removed cause they didnt cause much pain. But now im constantly being derailed with the pain ive been getting. Each episode getting worse. My teeth hurt about every 2 weeks or so and the pain can last days if not weeks. Been trying to get a special CBCT scan so a surgeon will remove these suckers but i can't come up the the $300 needed. So this is where i ask for help.

Today at 4am, I got woken up by the tooth pain. Gums are more swollen around a tooth that hasn't even erupted yet, but its trying. Ear is whooshing like crazy too. Hurts to swallow or do anything that requires mouth movement. ibuprofen, Oragel and an ice pack only do so much.

My goal is to find a dentist near me today that could at least help with the pain part. I did get approved with CareCredit but then id still be paying the dental expenses.

Really. anything helps. even just sharing does more than you think. Thank you again for taking the time to read my crisis.

Alrighty, im feeling A LOT better! Tooth was fixed. Just senstive and sore now but that'll start goign away in the next week or so. Still dealing with a lingering cough but im not hacking up a lung as much.
Man i was in so much misery. Glad its almost behind me.

So i have been sick since last week. Been coughing, sneezing, got runny eyes, runny or stuffed up nose and my head is pounding.
Last month i went to this free clinic and got a tooth filled and wanted to surprise my dentist and be like look, i did a thing! But turns out that at the free clinic, the dentist didn't fill in my tooth right. So since about Monday ive had severe stabbing/piercing pain spreading from that tooth.
Ive been to the walk in clinic for this bug, went to the ER cause of the bug and the tooth (they didn't do a single thing to help) and then i had to go to the emergency dental clinic to find out why my tooth hurt. The winner is exposed nerves, an incorrect bite and a half-ass'd filled tooth!
Have to wait til im not sick to get the tooth re-filled but until then im miserable.
Upper respiratory infection+ tooth problem = I WANNA DIE
The meds the dentist did give me aren't enough (spent money i dont have on 8 measly tabs) and im trying all these home remedies to sooth the tooth, nothing helps. I feel like this is how im gonna go, im gonna die in misery.

If anyone feels like helping me out, i now have a stupid ER bill and now negative from paying for meds that don't help! So yea, id love the help!

Hey everyone, So i had to see a dentist recently and i have severely impacted wisdom teeth that are pushing against my other teeth causing swelling, jaw pain, ear problems and teeth crowding.
I really need to get these teeth extracted but that can't happen til i get a special detailed CT Scan to show the oral surgeon how much room there is to work with between the roots and nerves. If the nerve is accidentally nicked, i could loose feeling in half my face.
So anything helps. If anything i just ask you share. Donations will be accepted graciously.

So. Its that time of year again (well tuesday) where im supposed to celebrate the day of my birth, this time 28 years ago. Doubt thats gonna happen HOWEVER on the off chance that someone wishes to get me something, here's my list.

For so long, like at least 20 years i hated my name. The name given to me by what were supposed to be loving unconditionally adopted parents. I lived a life like Cinderella, doing chores and unable to go to school or even go over to friends places. (that would be my ball) only thing i lost more than a slipper, i lost my happiness and self-esteem.
I'd shudder, and still do, when i hear my current real name (Jamie)
It leaves a really bad taste in my mouth and it instantly takes me back to when the oh soo loving parents yelled out that name, giving me flashback anxiety.

I asked my Nana before she passed some years ago, if i could take her maiden name Hannum. She said yes, please do, we'd love to have another one in the family. So to this day, i want very much to have that as my name.
My counselor is in full favor of this change. says a complete new name will help me heal and maybe, just maybe get passed all the hurt and torment.

Id love for my new name to be Karmmah Hannum.

I ask with all my soul and heart, will anyone i call a friend here, help in making this happen? Even just a couple bucks will at least get me to where i wish to go,
If all goes according to plan, im going to the court house on Monday. I want to be happy and proud of a name and finally be able to move forward with my life.

Well for 3 weeks i have been wearing a special fitted partial cast. Unfortunately after returning to the sports medicine Dr on Wednesday. I am to continue wearing this dang cast another 4 weeks.
I have torn the ligament between my index and middle fingers. so basically i can't do the "peace" sign without being in extreme discomfort. This is very hard for me, i can't do many tasks to care for myself or work on commissions as i would like. I have a Dr's note, so now its kinda real that i certainly did a number on myself. So please bare with me as i get through this frustrating situation.

Any financial help during this time is greatly appreciated. This will help with bills and making sure i get the meds i need and eat on a more consistent level since cooking and preparing food is a hassle. (Just imagine for a moment not being able to cut something or something as simple as holding a fork) thats what i mean by hassle.

Im actually craving a pb&j sandwich but i can hardly grip a butter knife, let alone spread the peanut butter on the bread or even open the stupid peanut butter or jelly jars. So again any assistance donation wise would help in a long way to getting food i can eat and prepare with little struggle would make me so happy right now.

I have decided to spend my down time and cabin fevered fuzzy hiney starting up a Realm (server) in Minecraft and im currently trying to recruit some people that play on PC, dont mind good ol fashion vanilla minecraft and could pay me like 80 cents a month to keep the server up. I can't have no more than 10 and there's already 2 of us and another 2 are interested. So there is room for a couple more.

Good news is i can feel about 90% of my arm again but i can't really do much like grip, carry, push or pull.
Arm is angry due to finally seeing a physical therapist today. Verdict isn't what I was hoping. I'm still aways off from a full recovery. Unfortunately my range of motion is slim to none, strength and resistance is severely weak/lacking. Therapist wants me doing a few minimal stretches when able and to keep wearing the splint and continue icing. Next few appointments with her will consist of more stretching after massage and ultrasound therapy.
Tomorrow I'll be seeing a sports medicine Dr. Hoping they can help with better pain management and maybe a new splint cause the one i have is digging into my thumb knuckle.

Any help appreciated. Pumas gotta eat too!

Can't believe it's been at least 2 months since i posted anything. I hope you all weren't getting worried about me?

Here's what has been going on.

Have no way of upgrading computer stuff at this time to get Pumantics up and officially going unfortunately. Too broke to get the minimum stuff needed to build a decent gaming tower.

But i was caught up in my commissions that i have quite a bit of WIPs and things to upload eventually. I was working on finishing  snowblindfox001 head and hand paws. And a Poodle partial for a friend.

And then i have a raver fox planti-grade fullsuit and an D.A.D digi-grade fullsuit to start.

But that has all been halted due to injuring my (dominant) right hand/arm. Thankfully it's not broken but i came close.

Long story short, i punched a metal sign to avoid hitting someone. Reason being is the bus i was running to catch didnt care to stop and wait a couple seconds and it was 5 min early on a Sunday when it only runs once an hour. And the person who got off at the stop i was running to was an asshole and said i should have been there a little bit earlier in a snarky tone.

So yeah, i scared the guy away punching the sign but the sign got the final score giving me a double sprain and a bruised radius bone.
I hit it so hard that i can't really feel half my arm and most of the time its numb and cold with random tingling. And if i try to use my arm, i get very painful spasms.

For 3 weeks now all i've been doing is resting and being strict with myself to keep up with the R.I.C.E method. For those of you that dont know what that means, it stands for: Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation.

I'm having a real hard time guys, i took so much for granted physically speaking. At this time it's a real chore to bathe, get dressed/undressed, get decent stuff to eat, open things like the pill bottles i was given, to clean my apartment, take care of my animals, write, go to the bathroom,etc. Im sure my landlord got a laugh when i asked her to fill out the rest of my rent check.
At one point i was ambidextrous but i became accustomed to using my right to favor my left since i had wrist surgery many years ago and now im back to using my left and its so out of tune.

I've been mostly here on my own, doing things alone and i feel so damn vulnerable that it scares me. There aren't many friends local enough to come and assist me. But im too ashamed or too stubborn to ask the ones that are due to the fact i dont wanna be a whinny burden.

Been staring at the current projects around my sewing machine and i tear up because i can't work on anything. I feel i let my customers down. Working and keeping my hands busy keeps me content and anxiety at bay, and the joy is so worth it when a project is complete. But right now, im very near depressed and my anxiety is high. I fear i won't get full use of my arm or that i'll never be able to grip a needle again.

[EDIT] ( i was supposed to see the PT but i missed the appt due to loosing my bus card and i had to buy a new one in order to continue riding buses)
I start seeing the Physical Therapist tomorrow, i sure hope i hear something good.

In the mean time i remain crippled.
