College starts tomorrow!
Posted 8 years agoI'm excited ! I'm scared! I'm yelling!
Today is some meet n greets (commuter students and nontraditional freshman, both me). It's weird - I haven't been in school for almost 10 years so this is all kind of new and weird to me, but since I'm doing it of my own volition, it feels a lot easier in that aspect.
(Of course, expect "I HATE COLLEGE" in a week or 2 lol)

Vacation ends tomorrow

I got really sunburned so I'm temporarily half lobster RIP. Also my first advisement meeting is August first! I get to schedule my classes. Gonna require some finessing because double major hours/credits are always a pain.
Also tip to anyone doing a double major: do your last required classes (ex research paper/thesis) on your final semester with both majors. If you finish one before the other, you could lose some financial aid. But financial aid covers 12 semesters (roughly 6 years) so you can easily double major and still get Pell grant so long as u don't complete one major's required classes before the other. hax
For anyone curious I'm going to Piedmont college in north GA! It's a very quiet place with tiny class sizes (seriously like 40 students per professor is a Large class). ANYWAYS i hope yall have a nice week!!!

I'm going to be sparse starting this Friday. I have orientation on Friday, then vacation starting Saturday and ending a week from then. I start school in less than a month!!
Apologies to people that requested if I get a little busy! They'll get done, just might take a month or two. I wasn't thinking my schedule through lol. That being said, I appreciate everyone who's been talking to me lately!! When I was first on FA a million years ago, I was really shy, but y'all have been very nice c:
Keep an eye out for some characters I'm getting as well! Some altsonas I've been pining after ;^;
