So, after a week or two of having to move and get set up, I'm finally settled in. Though, my room is a tad messy and needs to be cleaned and organized a bit more, but it won't take long to do that.

ANYWAY

I'll be working on commissions this week in between getting my license and such switched over to North Carolina. I want to thank ALL OF YOU for being so patient with me, and I am so sorry you have been waiting so long. I will be keeping myself busy tonight with your paid commissions, let me tell you. <3

Also! Tomorrow, for those who are interested, I will be doing a Sketch Commission Stream! I'm thinking of doing so at around 2 or 3 pm EST, I'm not 100% certain yet, but I'll make sure to post both a journal and a bump with the exact time.

I made it. It took two days to get everything out of the truck and return it. We're currently working to break down all the boxes and combine them in the totes I brought and unpacked to save room, then we're going to move everything else to the storage room.

Everything about me right now is in pain xD I hurt so bad it isn't even the slightest bit funny. My feet hurt, my back hurts.. @_@ Lifting furniture and pulling on it for .. *counts* Four days straight can take it's toll on a chick.

AS FAR AS WORKING?! I quit--Naw, I'm kidding <3 I'll start back again either Wednesday or Thursday, whenever I'm completely settled in. I still have a lot of stuff to do and a lot of things to re-organize until I'm happy with it. I'll probably do a sketch stream soon to help my mom with the gas she needed to use to get up to Virginia, and to help with groceries and stuff.

I'll be moving in two weeks, so my presence online will be scarce. I'll work on commissions and stuff, that hasn't changed, but it might be quite a bit of time between. The past few days I havent worked on anything because Mike has had those days off, and I've been spending my time with him. Once he goes back, it's business as usual....aside from the packing and fretting. @__@

Just to warn, this is going to be a very frustrating time for me. Mike and I are sorta-kinda separating without the actual separation. Long story short, I'm moving in with mom to secure a permanent residence and Mike's staying behind and keeping his job until things are situated enough for him to move in with me.

No divorce or anything like that, just some complicated personal tests. These things happen, you know?


At any rate, once I get settled into my new room, and my 'office' set up, I'll be back to work. For now, I'll be super busy. This also goes to the notes I know I've got. I'm sorry I haven't responded quickly to you guys! ;w; I really am!! Love you all!

My stylus just took a crap. Like..seriously. It won't register at all on this tablet. I replaced the nib, unplugged and re-plugged the tablet just to make sure that's not what it was.. Nothing. It's done. Not to mention that this tablet is about... *counts* five years old and we had to tape the wire into the slot just to keep it working. It's an old Gen 1 Bamboo fun tablet that has been through hell and gone between Mike and I both for the entire five years I've had it. I got a cheaper tablet last year, a Huion, that lasted about... six months before it took a crap, so now I have two tablets that are worthless right now.

ANd a LOT of commissions.

And bills that are going to be late.

*pulls hair out* >w<

I'm gonna borrow  ferabird's tablet for a little while until I can pay my bills, and save enough to get me an intuos. A NEW intuos, one that isn't going to crap out on me in six months ;_;

This brings me to the point of this journal. I'm taking the next two days off, and I'm going to be designing a crap ton of adoptables, both holiday themed and otherwise. I'll also be doing a handfull of YCH auctions next month on top of my regular commissions. I need to make up enough to get my bills paid and get me a tablet so I can give my roomie's back.

For those waiting on commissions, I am so SO sorry that it may take a bit longer to complete them. It's SO not fair to you, and I can't apologize enough.. ;_; But please be patient with me? I will complete your commissions. I'm not going to take your money and not get your work done, it just may take a bit of time.

I just got home from a nice walk with my roomie so I'm giving myself a cool down and a cup of coffee before I start.

You must be in-stream to receive a sketch and it's first come, first serve. The price is $10 For a sketch, and an additonal $5 for a second character. For a third character and up, it's an extra $10 because the amount of time it takes to complete. I do sketch streams to pop out quick art for cheap. :3

I had planned on streaming today, but I ended up with a pretty painful headache. It's hard to keep my eyes open and looking at a screen for too long. Hopefully I'll be feeling better in the morning so I'll be able to stream for you guys.

I won't go into details as to what's going on here on FA, because people have been suspended/banned for bringing up their concerns. All I can say is that there are places you can go to find said information. Please do not discuss it in my journal, I don't want any drama/don't want to run the risk of someone being suspended.

I figured this year I would be doing some icons in between the bigger commissions for Valentines day to help with bills since my list is full, and icons are pretty quick to turn out. The kissing icons will be $60 per pair and will be extensive shaded with a background [as much of a background as I can fit in the icons.]

Your characters don't have to kissing if you want to get it for you and a friend. If you don't want kissing, then I can replace it with a flower being exchanged between the two characters.

I will have five slots for these only [Ten icons in all] since I don't want to get too stuck behind on regular commissions.
