Sorry I haven't been around much. Things have been crazy and I haven't been doing any anthro drawings.. been too busy doing free! fanart for cons and what not... I GUESS there is animals and so on behind them.. SO MAYBE I'LL POST THEM?.. YES/NO?
ANYWAY I am going on a Vacation for a week! YAY! Its been a while! Im going to Nova Scotia so that'll be fun, I've never been!
also I will be opening commissions in SEPT. probably just 5 slots of a set fee not sure yet..

Posted 12 years agoIm sorry about my last journal. I was having a REALLY SHITTY day and I vented out. It was wrong of me to do so and I am apologizing publicly for how I reacted.

My mom is doing Relay for Life and is trying to raise money to help those who need it most.
Shes doing this for everyone who can't do it for themselves.
They could be your Mother, your Father, Brother or Sister. Grandpa and Grandma... Your Aunt, Uncle or Cousin... it could be your best friend, your lover...She's doing it for you and me, its for the father I lost and for the grandparents who beat it and are still with us today, THAT'S who shes doing it for.
Her and her team are walking ALL night in order to raise money to help and I want to help her raise money as well.
I don't ask for anything much.. but I am asking you guys, The internet, (somewhere my mother doesn't travel often) to help her reach her goal of $300. Now I don't expect her to get all that and that's fine. She told me all this late in the game...BUT with your help I think she can get pretty close!
NOW you're all thinking "What's in it for me, Karley?" (WELL I hope not because this is for charity...) BUT there is something in it for you!
Custom 1" buttons made by me. Printed, pressed and mailed free of charge just for donating $5 and $7 for outside of Canada/USA.
Anything you want! (Minus any copyrighted images that will get me in trouble/suggestive/or gross stuff.) I will be opening up 30 spaces right away. I am setting a limit of 5 per person for now.

There are set amounts you can donate if you are feeling generous but there is also a blank slot to place the amount you want.
And yes, you CAN PAY WITH PAYPAL!(Isn't that fabulous?)
Please send me an image of the final transaction so I know it is complete and you donated. When I receive it I shall put your name upon the list!!
Expect the button(s) to take 3-6 weeks because I do work full time and I need to draw them all before printing.
I want to stress that NONE of the money is going to me in ANY WAY. It is ALL going to the "Relay for Life" association.
Also, if you can't donate, PLEASE spread the word. I really want to get this out to as many people as possible.

Well that was a whirlwind of a weekend.. my butt is SO SORE FROM SITTING IN A CAR FOR FOREVER.. UGHGHUGURHUG.
Anyway now Im back so I am able to finish those commissions. I have some interesting things to post up that involve custom buttons in the near future so I will keep you guys updated!
Anyway.. not much else to say.. Got to see my puppy at my parents whom I missed SO MUCH! But now im home with my kitties who were SUPER happy to see me!!! >////u///<
they're so cute.

Just a quick update to tell you that I'm going to my cousins wedding which in near my old home town... Which I haven't seen in 10 years... Its kinda surreal!
I'm excited and a little nervous because that town gave me a lot of bad memories... Oh well we shall see!
Also, come July, ill be upping my prices because I work full time and I don't mean to sound rude, bit I feel I'm worth more than I price out. I hope you folks don't mind too much. And with upping the price, the quality can be better Because I don't have to worry as much about time and getting things done fast.
Not like many of you care lol and not like I get lots of commissions but this is how I feel.
Thanks for understanding and what not. Ill probably break down the commission sheet better as well...
For those who have a commission with me ill continue working on them when I get back!
