So, I'm almost on summer. Just writing last few exams this week.

Also got hooked up with a job, woowoo.

Only problem is that when things start looking up for dear ol' Kayonoi, things crash down around him as well. >->

And yeah, that happened.

I don't really... Post things. Ever. I need to get on that. Life has just been busy lately, kinda. Though, as of thursday, life has gotten a lot... slower. Nothing really happening at all. Just school and sleeping.

Waiting for life to be interesting again. D: I mean, seriously. All weekend I could've just stayed in bed. I didn't need to do anything, and nobody really expected me to do anything for them. lolz.

And yes, this is about as emo as my journal will get.

So... I'm confused. What's the point of Easter...? Haha, I don't quite get it. I mean, I get that it's a religious holiday, but I don't see the big deal about it.

So, I've noticed a lot of people on FA making journals like

OMG I MADE A RELATIONSHIP WITH THIS PERSON AND I'M ALREADY MADLY IN LOVE WITH THEM

LOL LOVE OF MY LIFE

I mean, really. To me, it just seems like it's in bad taste. Something like a serious relationship just beginning doesn't sound like something I need to announce to the world. I'm sure my boyfriend wouldn't like it all -that- much, either, haha. :P He hasn't announced me, and I haven't announced him, and we've been together for a while.

I don't know. It seems like something that's a more private matter. If somebody asks me about it, I'll tell them honestly, but, like my sexuality and penis, I don't go around waving it at everybody all day. :B (It's funny 'cause most people assume I'm straight IRL, lolololol) And most of the time, I don't really care. I feel as if a relationship loses some of its effect when this happens, and I have a habit of taking it less seriously when somebody does it.

Anyway, that's my opinion on the subject. What do you fellas think?

Well, recently, I did an audition for Fiddler on the Roof. They needed guys around my age for it, for characters like Perchik and Fyedka. Anyway, last night, at the closing reception for Les Miserables, I found out I got Fyedka. That was a bit of a let down, as he's a pretty small part from what I've gathered, and I really, really wanted to play Perchik.

Today, though, what do I find out? The guy who got Perchik is the same guy who played Marius in Les Miserables with me. So, that's twice in a row, the part I've wanted more than anything has been snatched away from me by THE SAME PERSON. I just feel like total crap. D:

It's really starting to make me doubt my own abilities as a performer in musical theatre. I've only seemed to get good roles in poor performances, and ensemble/small walk-on roles in good performances. I really, really wish that directors would explain their reasoning behind their casting choices, it'd really let me be able to build on it.

Until such a thing happens, though, I'll be left perplexed as to why I just can't seem to get a break.

Well, finally got my account all set up! :3

Okay, so, I had the sketchiest moment of my life today. ;-;

So, I went to see this play downtown with a bunch of my friends. I was the last one to get picked up, so I'm waiting there outside in the dark. All my other friends had left. I'm standing there waiting for my ride to come (I don't have a license, they never interested me ;o) and this old homeless guy comes up to me. He asks for money and I'm all "Uuuuh, I don't carry cash, sorry." then he asks if I smoked weed... He was standing really close to me, and smelled awful. D: Then my ride showed up and I ran.

The worst thing is, is that the doors behind me to get back into the theatre were locked, so I could get back in to wait for my ride. >.<

Also, my rehearsals for Les Miserables are on the same street. :( This means that I might bump into him again. Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuck.

So, yeah. I listened to the song he sings in the beginning...

I cried.

BECAUSE IT WAS SO AWESOME HOLY JESUS

So, yeah. My audition = Success.

My song was Johanna from Sweeney Todd... Apparently, the director's favourite song from that show! :D Woo.

She loved my monologue as well.

Near the end, she had me do a range check to see how my tenor range is, despite my resume saying I'm a baritone. She seemed fairly impressed by it.

Then, to top it all off, before I left she asked me if I had to cut my hair for any reason between now and December (aka Showtime). I said no. (My hair is kinda long, almost shoulderlengthish.) She got excited and said "Great!"

So, uh, think she liked me?

So, like, yeah. I have an audition tomorrow. In less than 24 hours.

Well, I has an audition coming up soon, for a musical called Les Miserables. ;D I'm sure a few of you have heard of it, yes?

Anyway, I'm reeeeeeally excited for this audition. I haven't really done one in a while, really. :x I've got my monologue and songs picked out for it, just need to run over them a few times.

Woo, wish me luck and stuffs. ;D

Also, I'm planning to write a nice little story to post up soon. :3 With some weight gain it, too. Woo~. Still brainstorming stuff for it, though. Anyway, other than that, I won't say any more. <3

Well, some of you will probably be happy to know that I've finally stopped listening to "Beat It".

Of course, tonight, I spent about eight hours listening to "Billie Jean".

Well, I have had absolutely no luck in finding any ideas for a story to write. .3. So, I have opened up my requests. I figured that having people give me a base of what to write would be helpful. xD

ANYWAY

On another slightly less interesting note, last night, for no real reason, I listened to Michael Jackon's Beat It (as well as watched the music video) repeatedly... For five hours. @_@ Somebody hold me.
