To the guy himself: this is basically the latest in a long line of bizarre things that have made my eyebrows skyrocket, as far as you're concerned, and I'd be grateful if you didn't get in touch again unless it's to actually sort this situation out.

Which I apologise for. I've been having a horrendous fortnight, and it culminated in some kind of panic attack anxiety paroxysm-esque thing a couple of nights ago, which really shook me up.
