My regime has gone badly wrong over the past month, and some time ago I was in the hospital for surgery, after which I couldn't stay in a sitting position for two weeks x_x

I don't understand yet what alternatives are really good, but maybe something will be found later. All paid orders will be completed, but I'm in a very depressed mood right now, so I need more time to collect my thoughts. I worry 24/7 about the situation, it’s very hard for me, I am against the war.
