As for my plans..I'm going to head down to Woodland to get Pokemon White (finally not being left out lol). Also gonna hammer out an itinerary for June/July. AC is pretty much a go now, I just need to figure out a few details. I'm also flying to Orlando right after AC to catch the last Space Shuttle launch cause I'm a nurdturd, so if anyone wants to meet me there let me know and we'll see if I can find some time for that. (I'll be making another journal on this so stay tuned!)

4. I can come up with crazy shit without doing weed. (never done it tho, does this mean I fail as a California resident xD)
5. I think the Trombone is the most bad-ass instrument in the universe.
6. I almost got stuck trying to climb up a cliff onto the Golden Gate Bridge once.
7. I drink More Tea than any other kind of beverage combined.
8. I once tried to make a shirtwoot entry but it sucked so no one voted on it (ok more like 35 but still).
9. I buy things people don't buy, like that snivy plush that was on the floor and kicked around.

How can this shit happen.
I rarely even catch a cold and suddenly I caught a cold followed by the flu in less than 20 days. Either my immune system is acting up or there's some super-virus being unleashed in CA. Dear California..what happened to your nice disease free weather? D: I hate winter and rain.
Also Jeremy I think chances are I might not make it to Alexa's bday party unless I magically recover before Saturday. Sucks it's gonna rain, no lake Tahoe trip D:
Ok so in the meantime I might have to postpone today's scheduled comic update to next week. I have a few sketches I might upload sometime though.

I can't help but feel a bit empty while everyone's busy shopping for their thanksgiving feast though. I went to Safeway for some last-minute grocery shopping earlier, and all i saw was people loading their carts with ginormous turkeys, bags of stuffing and disposable cooking pans while my cart contained a single lemon.
I still bought some turkey for myself though!
But hey, it's Thanksgiving. What are YOU thankful for?

For me, this past year has been mighty crazy.
I'm thankful that in the past year I tackled my greatest fears, made a lot of life changing decisions, and did a lot of things I swore I never would have imagined myself doing(in a good way, xD ), and that I'm much more outgoing than I used to be.
I'm thankful that I'm able to draw, I really am.
I'm thankful that I have the best friends I can ever have, and that you guys are always here for me. I'm thankful that you're willing to put up with my nonsense too.
I'm thankful that I'm in a fantastic family, and even though they're far far away from California, I still feel close to them and I enjoy talking to them over the phone. I'm thankful that my parents are open-minded and accepting too!
Also, Rylee you're the best dog in the neighborhood, your antics never fail to brighten my day.Happy Thanksgiving guys! And for those of you who have already had it a month ago...uhm, happy late thanksgiving too! xD

All my projects are still in the tablet right now, but the fan makes such a horrid noise, so bad I don't want to risk overheating the CPU. To those who commissioned me, I'm really glad you guys are patient, I owe you guys so much.
In other news, I'm gonna create a blogspot account, hopefully I get to update it every now and then, I also plan o update my website when I get my tablet back.
School's starting to give me stress now, but I hope I'll still have time for art. It's a good test to see how well I can partition my time and get everything done.

General | Posted 15 years agoArgh, I hate it when some of my unpleasant memories come back to haunt me. It still feels every bit as heart-stabbingly painful. It's hard to keep myself composed, but I've learned to keep going on, and I have faith that I'll get to my goals someday.

I love my tablet so much, but the cooling fan started to make such horrible squealing sounds today D: This is just.. the worst time for something like this to happen. School is starting in 10 days, and there's no way I could get my tablet repaired that quickly. So.. argh, I spent a huge chunk of my savings on a macbook...pro. I thought this might be better for my tablet since it's 4+ years old and has been running for thousands of hours without crashing (but she's getting tired and slowing down significantly), and now I'll dedicate it to my art, so it doesn't have to deal with all the heavy workload anymore. It's weird to have to set up all these things on the computer again, but I think it's a worthy investment.. now I'll have to live on cheap food for months *sniff*
Btw, is it weird that I've been listening to Journey's song a lot lately? I LOVE their songs, and even though I've listened to them a million times when i was a kid (My dad played them in the car) they still feel every bit as heartwarming.
