Hello fellow earthly inhabitants!
I thought I would update my TOS since it has been two years and my old TOS is completely irrelevant at this point!
This is a good place to start if you are looking to commission me or purchase adopts.

Scat/Urine/Gas/etc

Humans (depending on the situation)
Items may be added if I come across other things.
If you suggest something and I add it to this list I am NOT judging you.
I just do not find it appealing or it makes me too uncomfortable to draw.

Ferals
Anthros
Humans (ask!)
NSFW/SFW
Basically, if it isn't on my NO list, I will probably draw it.
I reserve the right to say no, even if it is not on the list.

Adopt Information
All adopts, regardless of if they are completely mine or my edits done on bases MUST be linked back to me!
The only piece that needs to be linked to me is the original one I do, further art of the adopt doesn't need me on it.
If they are on a base produced by another person, please also link to them (they work super hard on them).
Payment is due before you repost the adopt.
I am willing to hold an adopt (length varies), but you do not have rights to the adopt until I get payment.
I will not hold adopts that are auctioned off unless you AB, in this situation, I will only hold for 3 days.
If you bid and win and can not pay, the next highest bidder will receive the adopt.
If something comes up that makes it so you can't pay, let me know BEFORE the auction ends.
I will hide your bid and will welcome you to future auctions.
If I am not warned before the auction ends, you will be blacklisted from all future auctions.
Once I get payment for an adopt, you have all rights to the character!
You may repost (link to me for original image).
You can also edit the original image, change the gender, details, basically anything you want!
Speaking of editing, I am almost always willing to do minor edits.
If it is an edit that you NEED to happen for you to be willing to bid or purchase, please ask ahead of time!
Sometimes it might be an edit I just am not capable of doing and I don't want you to purchase an adopt that will make you unhappy!
If I say I will do an edit, then I will (most likely same day!)
Base Work
I do a lot of work on bases.
I will ALWAYS credit the creator when posting the YCH and when posting art done on it.
It is required that you also post this information, along with credit to me, when reposting.
This goes for adopts on bases as well!
If I use a character as an example for the YCH I will credit the owner always (unless it is me, then sometimes I forego it).
When posting finished work, I tend to leave a link to the YCH to let people know I am still open.
By commissioning me for base work, you acknowledge that I have the right to do this.
I will not ever use your finished piece as an advertisement post (Where I put the price over the piece).
Refund Policy
I do not refund finished work. If the piece is complete, or mostly complete, I will not issue a refund.
If you change your mind before I start, please contact me immediately!
I do not refund adopts or auctions. As I said above, if you need to back out of an auction, you must warn me BEFORE it ends.
I am very understanding of financial situations. If you need one, please don't hesitate to contact me EARLY.
Freebies
Occasionally I will offer up free art.
The rules for such will always basically be the same.
You MUST be a watcher for free art (not needed for paid pieces, though I always love watches!)
If you watch and then unwatch, you will be banned from ALL free art opportunities.
You have 48 hours from the time I note you to respond in some fashion or I will redraw!
Free art will always remain at the back of my queue.
They will get done generally within a week.
But there is always the possibility that I will receive a large order, and paid work must come first.
Free art will be listed in the same place as all other owed art: on my FA front page.
If you want more detailed updates, please just send a note, it doesn't bother me one bit!
For Free art, I require some sort of reference sheet.
It doesn't need to be fancy, it could even be a traditional one.
I'm willing to work with people and descriptions, but with free art, I won't work off of just a description.
Edits of free pieces are at my discretion.
I put a lot of work into them, generally 6-8 hours already, and it's free.
If I miss something on your character like markings, or I do a color wrong, then I will go back if I notice or you ask!
But if it is just a complaint about linework or shading, I most likely will not.
It's free, I'm sorry but I already put my best effort in, meaning I probably can't improve on any art mistakes on the final product.
