Note For Commissioners--

I feel it's unprofessional to get into much detail, but I'm struggling with some personal issues right now. Because of this, work on the queue is a struggle for me.

Your art will get done, I'm hoping within a month or two. I'll also be trying to get some thank-you bonuses in for those who've been in the queue waiting.

Until I've completed at least half my current queue, I won't be taking on new orders for commissions or customs. However, I may still be making premade adopts.

I want to experiment with something and I'm giving my +watchers a chance to have their character be my guinea pig. :P

The art will be NSFW. Male, female, or herm are all welcome. Leave up to two characters in the comments. This is not first come, first served--I will be picking whichever characters takes my fancy. :)

New Year's + Freebie Count + Next Raffle~

Happy New Year, everyone~! Here's to a great 2019 for all of us :D

And a final count of the holiday freebies that I got done: 43 this year :D Let's aim for 50 of them next Christmas X3

As for my next raffle, I'm thinking it'll be at 900 or 1,000 +watchers. I'm currently at 789 +watchers. Though I'm also planning some art experimentation that will need guinea pigs, so those will be free art chances as well.

I think you can all tell by now that I love doing free art for you guys... XD

I am now open for my annual Christmas freebie journal! :)

These are all surprises--you get no choice of which bases I use. Some will be bases I can't take commissions on so they aren't even in my gallery here! These will range from icons to animations and fullbodies~

Rules:

+Comment with up to two characters. Any image I can use for reference is fine! It doesn't have to be an ~official~ ref. No overly complex OCs, please! I want to do as many freebies as I can, and simpler characters help with that. :)
+Tell me if NSFW is okay or not! You're not guaranteed NSFW if you're okay with it, but it gives me more choices for bases for your art~
+You must be +watching this account! But new +watchers are welcome to join in.

Not everyone will get a freebie, as I only have so much time to commit to this. But I'll try to do as many as I can. Also, I will be working in random order. So if I've done people who replied after you, it doesn't mean you were skipped! I'm just bouncing around randomly. :)

KeiAdoptables' Terms Of Service

General:



+I only accept USD PayPal for payments.  Funds must be sent for Goods/Services with no address needed selected.  Unless a hold is arranged, payment is expected within 24 hours.  Work will not begin until payment is received.  No e-checks.

+All bases are used within their specified terms and conditions.  Whenever possible, base artists are credited in the submissions' descriptions.

+You may upload your designs to any websites you use.  However, the base's creator and myself must both be credited in the description somewhere.

+Do not remove any signatures on images.  I do not personally use any signature--all signatures on designs and commissions/customs are from the base's artist and must be left in place.

+I reserve the right to use any of my designs, commissions, and other works for promotions, examples, etc.

+Designs, customs, and commissions can all be claimed/ordered on related submissions or through Notes.

+You may buy a design or commission something as a gift for another person.

+Work-In-Progress updates are not automatically sent out, but I will give a WIP to you if you ask for one at any time.

+I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.



Adoptables:



+Absolutely no refunds--please be certain you want to buy a design when you claim and pay for it.

+Slight edits to the designs are permitted. The character must still remain similar to the one you purchased, though.

+You may re-sell designs which are no longer used or wanted.  You must not sell for more than you paid unless the design comes with more art than when you originally bought it.

+Trading or giving your design away is always permitted.

+You may use the design for non-commercial uses such as art, RP, comics, etc.  It is yours to do with as you please!



Customs/Commissions:



+Full refunds will only be given if work has not been started.  If work as been started, only partial refunds will be given.  However, if I must cancel on my end for any reason, a full refund will always be given.

+I only fix my own mistakes for free.  If a poor reference was given or a detail was not mentioned, an extra fee will be charged if I have to re-do anything.  If I missed something or made an error, it will be fixed for free.

+Unless otherwise stated, I'm always open for all commission types and customs.  Customs/commissions can be done with nearly every base in my gallery.

+Turn-around time can vary, depending on the current queue, which base is being used, and the complexity of the design.  Unless the queue is long or real life interferes, I nearly always have pieces done in less than a month.

+If a hard deadline is required, an extra fee will apply.  The amount of the fee will vary with your piece's complexity and how soon it is needed by.

+Pieces are generally done in the order they're received.  However, I take breaks while working on more complex pieces and may complete simpler items at that time!

+I am willing to do private commissions/customs which will not be posted anywhere by me.  However, an extra fee will apply.  I am also okay with anonymous commissions/customs where I do post the finished product, but will leave the buyer's name as simply "Anonymous".
