i dont really keep my mental issues a secret here, because i trust you folks,

how do you deal with anxiety attacks?? im pretty prone to them and the only advice ive been given is to breath haha

like, when that wave of heat washes over you, you start shaking and trembling and panicking and augh.

ive tried counting and breathing in a rhythm , but it just doesnt cut it anymore haha. its kind of a problem for me at the moment because Im looking after my mums kids, and when theyre at school im kinda alone and cant go to the shops to get food. usually id have steven with me, or a housemate when we're out in public but by myself i have real difficulty. and its a bit embarrassing having to wait until the kids are home from school to take them to the shops with me because im too "chicken."

oh gosh im ranting now sorry haha

Yeah, I kinda reopened my dA. I realised that there are actually a ton of people I care about on there, so Ill stay. Im not on either website as much anymore, because WoW. But the latency has absolutely gone to shit and blizzard wants to do nothing about it for oceania but meh. Like, I regularly get 17000 + ms for home and world. Like holy fuck.

SO yeah Ive been drawing a little more because of my inability to play WoW and whatnot and its holidays and yeah. I had my birthday which was pretty chill, went to Supanova the day after and yeah boring shit really.
