Boy, it's.... been a while, huh?

Well, the main thing I wanted to do is clean up this profile, remove all of the clutter on the main page. It's been years and I've just not been feeling the desire to draw like I used to; I'll doodle now and then, but the energy just isn't there anymore. I do apologize to any of you who have been waiting for something to move here, but I won't lie: commissions aren't going to happen. I might offer a request doodle now and then, but those will be rare at best.

My life is in a place right now where I have enough to keep myself occupied; a decent, full time job and some hobbies to put my creativity towards. I'll still be around, just not in the capacity of an artist, instead I'll be trying to upload works I have commissioned myself, for any who might be interested.

And hey, feel free to ask if you'd be interested in joining in on some of the fun!

Hey everyone, figured I would pop in to update some things here.

I'm currently employed full time, so I'm considering myself to be on art hiatus at this time. I'm not sure when I'll get back into art again, so commissions are no longer open for now.

Sorry to all those who've been waiting for my work, but this is how I have to shift things to get by more effectively. I do hope to continue to post at least artwork I commission from others, and hey, message me if you're interested in getting something together!

It's been a while since I posted a journal, huh?

It's been a ride so far this year; got my first surgery ever to remove my gallbladder back in February, been tearing apart our old kitchen thanks to some water damage for almost two months now. It began with a leak from the dishwasher, then all the floor and several walls came out XD

I'm not sure when this project will be done, but I'm hoping it won't be much longer. And once that's done I intend to get back to artwork, I've got plenty to get to work on after all! So here's hoping commissions opening up sometime in June, keep an eye out!

I've sent out notes and messages to those on my wait-list for now, depending on responses I'll be opening in a more official capacity.

Just taking sketches or colored flats for now, and there is no rush to respond.

I'm finding myself feeling more and more disconnected from my work nowadays, I'm not sure where I'm going or what I'm doing. I know my work has been spotty over the years, and when I do get a good flow going I feel happy to a degree with how I progress, but now.... I'm not sure what I need to do with my art to make it feel more worthwhile, maybe I need a change of theme or medium to get a better handle again.

Once I complete my current commission, I'm going to take some time to re-evaluate what I do and why I do it, maybe a fresh start is what I need. I'll be maintaining my lists for the time being and honor any promises I've made to those willing to wait for me. I understand if it's frustrating or disappointing, but I think this is something I need to do.

Hey there everyone, popping in to let you know I'm technically open for commissions but only for those on the waitlist for now. Once I finish with those who want art I will be opening proper, but for now the only other way to get art from me is during designated streams where I'll be taking timed sketch commissions.

If you are on the list and haven't sent details, let me know and I'll provide a form for you to fill out.

Sorry for how long it's taking all, work on commissions is going a bit slow due to family issues and such. I still won't be opening until I'm done with the currently paid for commissions, those waiting for me to take on there commission are still on my list as long as they want to be.

I still have no estimated time frame to be done and ready to go, but I hope it will be soon!
