Just wishing anyone who reads this a wonderful holiday experience!

In order to keep my sanity and deal with stressful situations, I draw, even if I am not the best. This semester must have been pretty stressful. Seeing how I Finished off 20 pages in one sketchbook and have nearly completed a 100 page sketchbook, All this semester. But I don't just draw to fill that purpose, It's also fun. What is more interesting about this is that I have only ever been increasing the amount I draw a year ever since I started, And before I used to fill about two sketchbooks a year. This year, I will probably have finished four to five of them! (even if 10 or so pages out of every one usually gets schematics drawn on it for some sort of circuit I'm building)

And to those people that I owe requests to, Ill get around to scanning them eventually, Right now I'm being lazy.

I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IT IS THAT IS EXCITING EITHER!
ITS JUST TIME TO BE EXCITED ABOUT SOMETHING!

I have free time, and I want to do sketches.

So I guess I will take the first five people who ask me to draw something.

Say a theme, and your character, and Ill do my best to draw it.
But on two conditions, make sure I do it, And keep clean.
If you want I will do some cool things like fantasy or so sci-fi stuff or just some random action scene. I am open to suggestions.

Okay, so hardcover sketchbooks are the devil when trying to scan anything, on top of my scanner being evil and the one time i want to scan arts instead of workbook problems it borks the CUPS driver requiring me to redo it...

Whew, now that I'm done ranting, It time to compile some sketches to upload into scraps cause I am a loser.

I am KC9TEN, I have yet to buy a radio so I'm borrowing one from a friend right now. You know what this means? It means I get to play with neat equipment!

Also, Tell me something to draw, nothing too complicated, but I need practice.

In artsy news I have been drawing a lot of live capture sketches, and capturing the moment with a brush pen. generally its messy, but its been what i have been doing recently.

Why are there not more artists drawing birds? We need more! Its also a great way to kill artist block. I am drawing fish because I haven't really tried to.

Quick, I need a cure! I am the most uninspired person out there when it comes to drawing.

Also, it was far more fun to get second life to work on my iPad, than actually playing second life. I must be a boring person.

Having this much free time is not good for me, I HAVE to do something. My classes are easy, not much work involved with them.


I guess I will attempt to do free arts again, but, I might not be able to submit stuff until I get around to unpacking my scanner or I could do digital stuff, MEH, whatever.

First things first, I have learned how to do a certain type of digital painting that its pretty darn good. The only problem is it Takes forever and I am still new to it, so everything I turn out seems to look like crap, I have something though that I don't think will turn out to be crap but it does have its flaws. I am not finished with that one yet.

Also, ever since Anthrocon, I have been going about on about Ham Radio and such. Well, I found out today that I can listen to chatter on the local repeater with a jerry riggered old police scanner. Which I am currently attempting to get working all while i study for the test thinger. I want to try and go straight for the top and get an extra license...

Somehow Somewhere I found inspiration! Now I can Finally be creative!

Anthrocon was amazing, and I can't wait until next year to go.

It was wonderful, I made several new friends and i am sad that I wont be able to see them until next year. But I have been hearing a goodbye that Is appropriate for this scenario. "I will see you later on the internet".

I also have a marking now! something original... well not really but its not been done with furries before!

So, For my first time here, I really seem to have the hang of this.

Also, I met two people from the salem area Here... Crazy I was only expecting to see one of them here. The other was a complete surprise.

Anywho, aside from the usual travel items list, what else should I bring? I am debating bringing my laptop cause I want to be social rather than be on it the whole time, but then I like my laptop...

Finals are the next 2 weeks, so things have gotten rather slow and boring lately.

There was a sale on watercolors at hobby lobby, and I bought a whole bunch of brushes and some basic colors for über cheap and so far I have been messing with that when I'm not studying. And I have mostly been using wildlife references and junk like that, I have a very bad habit of starting things and not finishing them, so there are plenty of uncompleted arts scattered about my desk. I'm trying to become creative, you can be an artist or an engineer and not be creative, but being creative means you will be the best or something like that.

On local news, Rain sucks, Seriously sucks. For the next couple weekends its supposed to rain, and guess what i have to do during the nice sunshiny week.

So, I am quite the drawing addict. I absolutely love to draw, for some reason Its just too fun. And i Haven't gotten much time to draw lately due to school and its terribleness of wanting all of my time...

I can't wait until summer, Because i have been trying out all sorts of art techniques and i would love to try them out and actually finish something to post for once. Heck, I might even update my comic, and make my other comic go live this summer. SO MANY THINGS THAT I WANT TO DO THIS SUMMER!

Gaming, College beat it out of my, I had to choose between time to draw/read or time to game... I know, Blasphemy, but you want to know what, I kinda like being different. just as long as i continue to read gaming blogs i wont appear to be living under a rock. Although, I am looking forward to Starcraft 2 this summer.

Anyways i spent the day working, and fixing my car, and doing homework... What a sucktastic way to spend the day, and most likely tomorrow. I don't like fixing cars, I'm a computer guy, not a car guy, so when I got bring in a part that is broken, and ask "can i have a new one of these" they look at me like I am an idiot because I have no freaking clue WHAT the thing is, Just that is broken and the part I need to fix stuff.

Also Car audio is annoying, I CAN'T FIND ANY 6x9 pioneers around here. I have to drive 2 hours tomorrow if i want some... Blech.

I feel as if I am being suffocated by distance, Seriously, I gotta get out of here!

Anyways, I have another break from school coming up, and I have planed to not work it. So, I can do things again like drawing!

Is it just me or is it a tad quiet around here? might be me. Anywho, I found out that crayons are insanely fun especially when you get a 64 box. Which makes me want to color things.

I have Discovered something Amazing, and it involves art! I have found that instead of trying to draw anatomy, I should draw poses, emotions, and the general feel of something, and it will look better. I might just be crazy but I like the results.

So the weather here is starting to become rather enjoyable. It got up to 60 degrees out, which has spawned massive amount of outside happenings. Its not yet warm enough to bust out the grill, but warm enough for shorts and flip flops. Its also warm enough for bikes, but my bike is crap and It wont let me top 22mph ... oh well, its what happens when you live off dumpster diving and super savings deals.
