I am offering colored sketch commissions for $5 a pop. Each sketch will have a single character doing whatever you want, and will be drawn during a three-hour session which will be broadcasted on my Livestream account. I draw before you pay, so your satisfaction is guaranteed.

Tell me which character to draw, and I'll draw it! If possible, give me reference images and/or a scene description (as detailed as you want). For anything unspecified, I'll simply do my best to determine what you want to see. ;} You can either post the info here or contact me privately. I'll reply to accept the deal.

If you would like to watch and give feedback while I draw, check the schedule. Find a three-hour block where I'm available and let me know the date/time. When I create an appointment for it on the calendar, it's set for us to get together. While I draw, you may use the Livestream chat room to talk to me, or you can give me an instant messenger contact on any IM service you want. Through chatting, I can make any changes you want, on the fly!

If you don't have the free time to watch, I can simply draw it on my own time. If you don't want me to stream my work publicly, I'll keep it private. Just let me know in advance.

Later, after I'm done with the sketch, I'll give you an address and you'll send it $5 USD via PayPal. You can then take your shiny new sketch and do whatever you'd like with it! =}

Well, 2010 has been a good year for me, all things considered. I'm much looking forward to this new 2011. This'll be last journal entry here at FA for miscellaneous art not posted this site. It may even be last journal entry here period. I'm going to be focusing hard on my studies over the next few years, and changes must be made to accomodate that. VertMB did a nice drawing/animation of Ket out of sheer kindness. What a cool guy!

I introduced a new (old) reptilian character, Myriad Dewcrest. I made a Minecraft skin of Ket, a colored edit of cth's Brask drawing from 2009, and sketches of Fate, Brask, Ket, Lolo & Kirby.

I posted never-before-seen art from local-shop, including new sketches of various characters (rule 34), and a very special double image commission of Turkish Delight & Ket (feat. Brask).

I also posted some old gift art from Celestial & argon vile.

The Fairmont. My first FurCon where I'll actually be staying at the hotel holding the convention. =}

Nobody. I'll have it all to myself!

What are your major plans at the con?
Just having fun. Meeting friends. Going out to eat. Doing whatever I can to be entertained. At previous furry conventions I'd often try to draw a lot, or get a lot of art (either free or otherwise). This year I'm only concentrating on having a good time. I'll still be doing arty stuff, but it's not going to be a priority.

Who will you be with?
I have several friends who I plan to meet up with, but I'm not going to name names lest I forget someone. It's all up in the air anyway.

Are you cliquey?
Fuck no. I've worked hard for my self-esteem. ;} I obviously have my share of friends, and some I hang out with more than others, but I feel I'm too independent of a person to stay in a tightly-controlled group. I like meeting new people and deciding for myself who I want to be with.

Do you like parties? Will you be attending any?
I like parties the most if I know the people there. I may wander between a couple parties just for fun. cth and I might be doing a small room party, since our rooms are joined, but that's just an idea right now.

Where will you be most of the time during the con?
I honestly don't know. This year's con is at a new location, so there's sure to be new places for me to explore. I'll go wherever is the most fun for me.

How is the best way to find you?
Send me a note and I'll give you my number. If I'm at the con, send me an e-mail instead of a note since I can check it easier. Otherwise, just ask the people I know.

Will you be fursuiting?
I haven't ever done so, and I have no fursuit of my own. I'll ask tyco if I can try out Gomi, but otherwise no.

However you need to. If I don't respond, that probably means I don't notice you, so try harder. But please be gentle if I'm drawing. I'll be severely pissed if I got bumped or startled while inking a picture.

Sure. You'll have to think of a subject though. I often have trouble thinking of things to talk about.

I want to buy a blue pencil used for sketching, but I went into Aaron Brothers today and they didn't seem to have any. I'll try Micheal's soon, but it would be really nice if I knew what the thing is called. It is (to the best of my knowledge) NOT a colored pencil of the Prismacolor kind, but rather a pencil that produces blue strokes and can easily be erased. If anyone knows about this, please let me know! I'm gonna be doing some sketching at FC and would love to be able to use this. =}

I'm not really a fan of holidays (except sometimes Halloween), but I do enjoy the paid vacation. Anyway, I just wanted to mention how I've rounded out 2009, as well as what you might expect from me in 2010.

For the end of 2009, I've cleared out a ton of unfinished pictures that have accumulated on my computer the last several years. I now have everything I've drawn that I can get my hands on posted online. You can see it all on my personal website, which I also just gave a large spit shine:

For 2010, there's obviously FurCon. I will be there, and I will have my own room at the con! But what's even more exciting is that cth and I might be throwing a room party or two. There's sure to be a lot of fun there.

Then, after that, there will be a lot of new art (since I no longer have old stuff lodged in my hard drive). However, there will be a few good old pieces I plan to finally finish, such as the Warp Pipe Orgy. I might get distracted here and there, but you're sure to see some good stuff come out of me in 2010.

Today marks the 7-year anniversary of the day I first started drawing porn. I know this normally isn't a number to make a big deal of, but given that my original artist name was Kinmotsu7, I find it fitting. Speaking of that, today also marks the official switch of my Fur Affinity account from Kinmotsu7 to Ket-Ralus (I would prefer "Ket Ralus", but spaces barred, I'll take a dash over an underscore or no separator at all). During the month of August, I pre-loaded my new Ket-Ralus account with my top 30+ works and my top 30 favs. Any new art I finish will be posted to this new account, so make sure you're watching it! My old Kinmotsu7 account still has all my old submissions (most have been moved to the Scraps section) complete with the original comments, etc. Nothing else will ever be done with this old account, except to post certain pictures that others draw for me and won't post themselves (these will also be posted to my website, as well as featured in my favorites and GTC journal entries on my Ket-Ralus account, so this isn't anything exclusive).

I'm not going to talk about how much progress I've made in my skill over the last seven years; that can easily be known simply by looking at my art. What I will talk about is what progress I would like to make as I continue drawing. It's worth stating that drawing is just one of my several hobbies, and I also have a full-time job to worry about, so I won't be able to dedicate as much time to this art as I would like. However, I'm going to try to get some actual practice in at least twice a week. Rather than rely purely on whatever comes to mind, I will focus on drawing specific artistic aspects that I wish to improve upon. Of course, there will still be plenty of dicks and such as long as it fits in with the themes I'm practicing. The product of each session in this practice series will be posted on my website, so if you're interested, swing on over.

I don't have anything further to divulge right now. You'll just have to wait and see whatever I decide to whip up next. =}

Some people might not exactly know what I'm doing with this new account currently. If so, you're in for a nice boring read!

I'm currently migrating from my old account. Every day during the month of August, I will add a new submission and favorite, with each image in its category getting progressively "better" as we near the end of the month. My criteria for determining what is better takes several aspects into account, can be arbitrarily grouped by content, and will be completely subjective. My submissions will only be chosen from my personally drawn work or true collaborations prior to August 2009. My favorites will only be chosen from art currently on FA and submitted prior to August 2009 -- but if the artist deleted a picture and didn't re-upload it (or I didn't notice the re-upload), it won't be considered ={. I've already had everything planned out from the beginning, so I'm just upping one of each category every day (no fav on the 31st though).

The 1st of September will be the beginning of new art (though it will also include anything I finish in the current month).
