Shop and US shipping
Posted 2 weeks agoI’ve received a few returns in the past days. So if you placed an order some time ago and haven’t received it, it seems there might currently be an issue preventing me from shipping even flat items and documents to the USA.
I’ll look into it, and please don’t worry, either I’ll find a way to resend your order or you’ll get a full refund.

Eurofurence 29
Posted 4 weeks agoBack home from the convention and as always, it was absolutely awesome! I had such a great time at my booth in the dealers den, enjoying the little chats in between and soaking in the inspiring atmosphere. The artshow was a true highlight again too.
Evenings were spent heading out for food and most importantly, sharing time with friends and like-minded people. These moments always leave me grateful and full of good energy.
My shop is now open again and I will add more items during the next days. Still fighting fatigue and post-con depression. When I head south end of autumn to spend the winter somewhere warmer, I will close my shop and go on a little hiatus as usual during the last years.

Shop, con preparations and a quick life update
Posted 2 months agoMy shop will remain closed until the end of the first week of September, after the convention is over.
Eurofurence is the only con I can attend this year due to health reasons. I’m really looking forward to seeing my furry friends again. Wandering through the art show, vending in the dealers’ den and sharing meals together in the evenings. Loneliness is often a struggle for me and August feels especially heavy, much like December, so this convention means even more.
The past few weeks have been incredibly busy and I’ve been struggling with my health getting in the way of being as productive as I’d like to be. Still, summer has been kind to me this year. Not too many hot days, just the way I prefer it. I’ve always loved the warm season...winter tends to make my health worse, but I can’t tolerate heat either, so this summer felt like the perfect balance.
Now autumn is already in the air. The birds have fallen silent, no longer singing their mating songs. The air carries a different scent, crisp and earthy. Mist lingers over the meadows in the early mornings...a quiet reminder that the seasons are changing once again.
After the con my shop we'll be opened for about two month to sell remaining art and merchandise. In November I’ll be heading to Southern Europe again to spend the darker season somewhere warmer and brighter than Northern Germany, just as I’ve done the past three years.
Hope you are all doing well!
I promise, there will be more regular updates in future. For the past 20 years, I’ve been trying to come to terms with living with chronic depression and for the past 10 years also with physical illness.

Art calendar 2025
Posted a year agoI again made an art calendar for next year featuring my artworks from the last month.
Available here: https://ko-fi.com/kdog
If you will attend Eurofurence this year you can also buy them at my booth in the dealers den.
I am absolutely swamped with convention preparations at the moment and can feel the excitement slowly building up about how everything is coming together. I can't wait to see my friends and favorite artists again and to be part of that big event.
Calendars, stickers, bags, prints, postcards and artbooks are done, lanyards and a bunch of originals are still in production.

Trying to be more active here again
Posted a year agoSince Twitter and Instagram are slowly going down the drain, I want to concentrate more on this site. I often lack the energy to post and write much, but will give my best to do regular updates here again. I also have a Ko-Fi where you can support me and download high resolution files of my art and buy originals and merchandise:

So what's up?
As always in summer I am busy taking care of my garden, growing food and repairing the old trailer I live in since 13 years. I love my little spot on the ranch in the north of Germany, but it keeps me busy preventing it from falling apart. The last winter I moved to the canaries during the cold month which tremendously improved my health and made life a bit easier and I hope I can scrape the funds together to rent something there again in November for a few months.
I was unfortunately not able to attend as many conventions this year as planned, so far there was only Mephit Mini Con in spring and I will be at Eurofurence late summer. I am so looking forward to EF! The new location in Hamburg is awesome and this year a bunch of artist friends I have missed during the last years, will attend again.

The community was always on my mind and the support I got here never forgotten.
