Woohoo.

Anyway since I never post journals, I suppose now is as good a time as any. I don't really have any new music to upload - actually I might, but I haven't been able to transfer audio to the new computer I bought. Somehow the inputs on both the onboard spdif in, and the spdif in from a card I used on my old computer, feel like spitting out acidic digital noise instead of what I put into them. Along with that, the faders on my 8 track have gone fritzy - though I guess it was time to replace the thing anyway. Now that I've got work again, I'll probably be able to afford some new stuff, as well as food, which is good.

Welp, I'm here. I haven't been to an FC since 2001, and I have to say it's rather bigger than I expected. It's 1:30am on thursday night and the place is humming. I spent about an hour and a half in line to register. This is crazy! Anyway, given the amount of people here, its unlikely I will just bump into anyone and recognize them, so if you want to, give me a call at ??? ??? ????, or hit up my aim which is khortlwolf.

I'll be at FC this month. I'll probably be spending lots of time at the bar or in my room recovering from said bar, but anybody else who's going and wants to hang, give me a holler.

I haven't posted anything in a while because I've been pretty busy. In the last several months I've gotten a new job, a new boyfriend, and a new band, and all of those are taking up most of my time. In fact, all the space on my recorder doohickey has been taken up by band material, and until I'm done with it all and can archive it, I'm recorder-less.

In any case, I'll be at Califur this weekend if anybody is there and wants to say hi or hang out. I'll be on aim on my phone as khortlfluffywuff, or send me a message here and we can swap phone numbers.
