So, turns out I failed the admission exams for art school, so... No college for me till next year, I suppose.

Other than that, I'm working on the second chapter of the Comic, I have hopes getting back to release pages by next week or so, but it can be delayed, but nevertheless, keep up and following, there's updates to come.

Other than that, I hope you all had an amazing Halloween and stuff and happy thanksgiving.. Whenever that is.

So, it turns out that today on 1822 our country became independent from Portugal, which must have been important, but anyway, it's a holiday today, so I may delay today's page quite a bit, but I am still hoping to upload it today, if not, it'll be up until sunday.

I'm here today to thank you all for following up The Golden Week comic and even though it's just page 15, I wanted to ask you all if there's anything you think that's missing or what.

Well, this is a double post journal about me and stuff, happy reading. :)

as for the part not concerning commissions:

I'm really happy with the results of the Ace Attorney icon commissions, as you can see from my first to my last icon, I've improved a lot on faces and facial features with animals.

Now I want to practice and study bodies and legs (I just can't get these right without references...), as for so, I'm doing these reference commissions, allowing me to study various bodies of different animals and vary a bit.

So, thank you for all those who commission me to draw references for you all. =)

as for all else.

I was kind of going through stuff, and more stuff (college, job, life..) and now I've finally got back in action, planning to get back to drawing more and got myself a new tablet!! =D

now that I'm not working anymore, I can dedicate some time for drawing, which is still my favorite thing to do.

So yah, I may still look like I'm away and so, but I'm reading all comments, and I'm thankful for each single one of them, and now that I have the time, I'll try to answer them as they come, without delaying. =)

In either way, hope you're all good over there, and happy Autumn for everyone. X3

ahem, as you may have noticed, I AM indeed not being very active on FA anymore, that's due to having began college (again) and having a job now (yaaaaay).

anyway, I don't want to brag or rant about anything, just letting you all know that I can't be on FA that much anymore and neither have that much time to draw at all (I barely even sleep nowadays).

so, if any of you have any questions of any kind (even about the commissions I've never finished...), just ask me here, and I shall answer them.

Hey guys, how have you been? :)

Sorry to break it down to you all like this, but I'd like a few minutes of your attention to make a small speech.

As we have been seeing lately, people have been talking about the SOPA and PIPA, these are new bills, which will go under voting by the 24th deciding if they'll be approved or not.

Why should you care, you may ask, and this is why you should care; These bills are supposed to protect the work of the original artist/creator with laws and rules, among other things, but, at the same time they protect creativity, they take out our freedom on the internet. Imagine if we'd have to actually pay for each piece of art which is freely distributed here or for all the things we get freely on the internet? This will not only affect the music and art industry, it'll affect the internet as a whole, from little documents and articles we read to big time entertainment, like all the games we play and the music we listen, and sometimes even for free!

It is a concerning subject, and whatever they decide on the 24th can change the future of the internet and the way we use it, and all I'm asking you is that you inform yourself on the matter.

Fortunately, a lot of big names are against these bills too, you may notice that Google, Wikipedia and some other sites around are going dark in a form of protest to this and they've even got some info for you:

You can find more about it on the internet, but I guess that this will suffice for now, and lastly, I am sorry, I'm not a good writer when it comes to this kind of thing, but I really hope that at least I've made you think about these bills and made you eager to know a little bit more about them and how they affect us.

Let's not let them end the free speech right on the internet and don't let them censor it forever. Do what you can while you can.
