Posted 4 years ago ╭━━━━━━━👑 🐺 👑━━━━━━━╮ It's been awhile. I'm just keeping it short, but I'm just popping back in for some art here and there. Other than that I've honestly just become very put off by this community (mainly stemming from Twitter 🤮 go figure). Too much constant drama, too much scamming, and enough cliques and petty nonsense to make highschool seem like a cake walk.
That being said, I'm just here for art from now on. So yeah, that's about it.

Posted 5 years ago ╭━━━━━━━⚠️ 🐼 ⚠️━━━━━━━╮ My good friend is in need of serious help dealing with an extremely irresponsible apartment complex landlord that's refusing to help them with an infestation issue, thus putting their health at serious risk!
Please please please if there's anything you can spare at all to them relocate to a safer place to live please help them out!
I'll link to their post containing all the details below. Even if you can't spare any funds then at least help get the word out. Please, no one should have to live in these kind of conditions!

Posted 5 years ago ╭━━━━━━━🍂 🐺 🍂━━━━━━━╮ So here's another update. I've uploaded all my backlogged art I've been sitting on for awhile now. My job has yet again cut my hours so I'm working less than 20 hours a week and making barely enough money to even pay for gas to work. To top it off our store isn't making any money at all so it's likely that we will be going out of business and I'll lose my job.
Covid cases are skyrocketing again in my state and city and word is we are about to go back into full lockdown again. Thankfully my mother never ended up catching it as we've had several scares that people at her job passed it on to her. So that's at least some good news.
Other than that...well that's really it. I can't pay my bills, I can't afford to feed myself, and things just keep seeming to get worse as time goes on. I won't be uploading anymore art (unless I happen to get lucky and win a raffle piece) so my page is going to be pretty dead for the foreseeable future.
If by any chance you're reading this and happen to have any money to spare, even if it's only a dollar or two, you can donate some money to my PayPal. Every tiny bit is appreciated more than I can put into words and all goes to my bills and food for me to make through these uncertain times.

Posted 5 years ago ╭━━━━━━━☁️ 🙁 ☁️━━━━━━━╮ So this is just kind of an update I guess of how things are going right now. My mom is currently home for 2 weeks on quarantine due to possibly being exposed to Covid at her work. A lot of people at her job are catching it and cases are starting to skyrocket again. Money is very tight as my hours have been cut yet again due to business being so slow at my job. I'm more or less relying heavily on tips to help even get me to where I need to be with my bills and then that leaves the struggle of getting money for gas, leaving me with nothing for food. Depression has been hitting pretty hard and I've found myself secluding myself more and being more quiet about things. Especially considering how aggressive people's behaviors have been lately about the smallest things, it's just ridiculous. Also had a friend die due to covid. He was my age and perfectly healthy and it just swept him away.
As always though if you would like to assist me during these hard times with even just $1 it goes a lot farther than you think and means the world to me.

That's about it I suppose though. Don't expect to see me posting art any time soon unless it's just backlogged stuff I have yet to post, or some pieces I happen to have gotten lucky and won in a raffle. Hope everyone else is staying safe out there.

Posted 5 years ago ╭━━━━━━━👑 🐺 👑━━━━━━━╮ I just wanted to post an update of how everything is going since my last journal. My mother is out of the hospital and doing better now thankfully and has been able to return back to work. Though given the nature of why she was in the hospital in the first place (heart issues), this is something that can change literally at the drop of a hat at any given time without warning. Mix that in with the fact that her job (she drives, trains drivers, and is a coordinator for the school buses for our local school district) puts her at an extremely high risk of catching Covid and if she were to catch it then there's no way she'd be able to pull through.
With that said, I myself have started having more frequent heart issues (severe palpitations and irregular heart beats which take an extended amount of time to correct themselves thus making it very hard to breathe). The heart issues my mother has is actually from my understanding a hereditary condition that has been passed down to myself as well so I am always just as much at risk of ending up in the hospital. I still haven't been able to secure a second job as apparently Covid has caused employers to be extremely picky on who they hire for whatever reason making it difficult for a lot of people in my city to even secure a simple job at a grocery store. I still have my first job, but the pay is awful and my manager is unbearable so I am still looking at getting a second job to be able to cover bills. I also am trying to save up for an RV (nothing too fancy just something I can live in to call home) so I can get back out on my own again after I was put into a situation about 3 years ago where all my possessions (literally everything I owned clothes and all) were stolen from me and I had to start my life over.
With all that said I wanted to thank those that have been able to donate and help me out (regardless of how much since every little bit helps). I actually don't like to ask for help and honestly wish I had a way to be able payback those who have given to me personally. I'll have to think of something to do or give in return for your kindness as it means the world to me especially during these trying times.

Posted 5 years ago ╭━━━━━━━🏥 😣 🏥━━━━━━━╮ I'm really struggling to make ends meet right now. I'm not making much money at my job and what little I do make is all going to bills. I got screwed out of my second job, and now to top everything off my mom is in the hospital with heart issues and I'm worried with everything going on that she might not make it.
I hate to do this, but I need help to pay for everything. If there's any way anyone can spare a little money even if it's only a couple of dollars here and there I would greatly appreciate it. I don't know how I'm going to manage to get through all of this but I greatly appreciate the support. I'll link my PayPal down below if anyone is able to donate. I'm pretty sure we've all seen how rather unsavory things have become here on FA as of late. I mean let's be honest, you can blatantly see some extremely disturbing and controversial content on the homepage daily even with the content filters on.

Posted 5 years ago ╭━━━━━━━⛈️ 🌀 ⛈️━━━━━━━╮ So I am literally right in the predicted path of the current hurricane in the gulf of Mexico right now. The storm is predicted to make landfall anywhere from later tonight till early tomorrow morning and will be a category 3-4 storm. Chances are very high there will extreme flooding and power outages leaving me unable to respond to any notes in regards to commissions or anything else.
I ask that you please be patient with me during this time and do not take it as me ignoring you if I happen to not respond to your notes right away. Thank you for understanding and stay safe everyone!

But nothing exciting is going to happen today. More or less just another day, you know covid and lack of friends and such. At least I was able to request today off from work (the only day I have off this entire week), so there's my birthday present to myself.

Quick question about PayPal
Posted 5 years ago ╭━━━━━━━❓ ⁉️ ❓━━━━━━━╮ So I just tried to send someone some money for two adopts and after selecting the "family and friends" or "goods and services" option PayPal asked me for THEIR first and last name, AND their country of residence???? I've literally never have seen this before so I'm extremely confused! Why would they ask me for someone else's personal information????
Does anyone have an answer for this??
