Hello! So I doubt anyone will see this but I need a bit of help. Does anyone know of any free or open source programs that can open .psd files? It seems like everyone makes there bases in this but I don't have photoshop in any variation. Nor can I afford it. So yeah if you know any programs it would be a life saver x3. Before you ask yes I have tried just converting it over but it just causes all the bases to merge? It looks really weird.

Anyway have a nice day. More art hopefully on the way.
