FWA 2011 Post-Con Report
Posted 14 years agoSo yeah, I'm gonna do one of these... Anyway:
So I drove
RoseHexwit and 
Antikythera in my tiny car from Raleigh to Atlanta and picked up 
ReverendYurodivy on the way. We left Friday morning at 11:30 am and arrived at 7 pm in Atlanta.
I spent roughly 70$ on stuff. Commissioned a new badge from
Boneitis, bought the CD Songs From The Vault: Volume 1 by 
Hali, bought the FWA 2011 T-shirt, and bought a copy of 
LizardBeth's comic Broken Plot Device. :D
So much for the loots, I spent the majority of the con chasing RoseHexwit and ReverendYurodivy around in their fursuits with camera(s). Did 2 videos of the fursuit parade simultaneously, and snapped a couple hundred pics. Managed to achieve my two major goals: seeing Matt Ebel and 2 the Ranting Gryphon. I sadly had to miss 
Bucktowntiger's show due to my arrival time, I got there just in time to say hi to him as he finished. D:
After 2's show I went running around trying to find Matt Ebel's room for the after party heh.. (I have a dumbphone, so twitter was inaccessible to me >.>).
Other than that the con was fairly uneventful, still haven't had any alcohol despite having turned 21 over 3 months ago now. X3
Overall the con was fun, lots of laughs were had and I got to talk to more people that I know online irl. :3
Can't think of anything else note worthy atm, so I'll just leave it there.

Snowboarding! I'd been skiing a lot before, but never snowboarding. I don't exactly have a knack for it, but its ok :3

Surprisingly yes :O, my new years resolution for this year was to do better in school, and I did :D
